    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mitjançant Resolució de Batlia núm 2026/0311, de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, de data 5 de febrer de 2026, es va decretar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar les bases reguladores del procediment selectiu que figuren a l'annex d'aquesta resolució, per a l'accés com a personal funcionari de carrera, pel torn lliure, de dues places d'arquitecte tècnic, de l'àrea de Urbanisme de l'Ajuntament Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Convocar el procediment selectiu d'acord amb el contingut de les bases que s'aproven.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar les bases de la convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al tauler d'anuncis del lloc web de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, així com publicar al BOE l'anunci de la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Contra la convocatòria i les presents bases, que exhaureixen la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades o bé recurs potestatiu de reposició, a interposar davant aquesta Batlia, en el termini d'un mes des de la seva publicació al BOIB, d'acord amb l'establert als articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, o bé directament i de forma alternativa recurs contenciós administratiu, d'acord amb l'establert als articles esmentats i als articles 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, a interposar davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació en el BOIB de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bases específiques que han de regir el procediment selectiu, pel torn lliure, de dues places d'Arquitecte tècnic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 1a.- Objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La present convocatòria té per objecte regular el procés selectiu per proveir, com a personal funcionari de carrera, dues places d'Arquitecte tècnic, escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, grup A, subgrup A2, mitjançant el sistema de concurs-oposició, vacants i dotades pressupostàriament, corresponents a l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública de l'any 2022 (la plaça ja es va convocar durant l'any 2024 (BOIB núm. 101, de 1 d'agost de 2024), però que, una vegada conclòs el procediment, ha quedat deserta) i de l'any 2025 de l'ajuntament d'Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les places tenen els següents codis, 3220 i 2020112 de la RLT vigent, estan a l'annex de personal i a la plantilla de personal de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La naturalesa dels llocs a cobrir són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Torn: Lliure&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sistema selectiu: Concurs-oposició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Als afectes de la creació d'una borsa d'interins amb la categoria d'arquitecte tècnic per cobrir les necessitats relatives a les circumstàncies que permeten nomenar personal funcionari segons el que preveu l'article 10 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, i l'article 15 de la Llei 3/2007,de 27 de març, de la funció pública de les Illes Balears, es formarà una borsa d'interins amb aquells aspirants que superin el primer exercici però que no adquireixin una plaça en propietat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes bases i el procediment de selecció es regiran de conformitat amb els termes establerts al Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic, a la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la CAIB, i supletòriament, per a allò no previst a l'anterior; en el Reial Decret 364/1995, de 10 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament General d'ingrés del personal al servei de l'Administració General de l'Estat i de provisió de llocs de treball i promoció professional dels funcionaris civils de l'Administració General de l'Estat; en el Reial Decret 896/1991, de 7 de juny, pel qual s'estableixen les regles bàsiques i programes mínims del procediment de selecció dels funcionaris d'Administració i en la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La present convocatòria i les bases es publicaran en el BOIB i en el tauler d'anuncis de la web municipal, i de conformitat amb l'article 6.2 del Reial decret 896/1991, de 7 de juny, l'anunci de la convocatòria també es publicarà al BOE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 2a.- Requisits de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per accedir a aquest lloc de treball, serà necessari:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola sense perjudici del que estableix l'article 57 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel que s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Tenir 16 anys complerts i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Estar en possessió del títol d'Arquitecte Tècnic, Aparellador o equivalent. En el cas de titulacions expedides a l'estranger, cal aportar la corresponent credencial d'homologació o reconeixement del Ministeri d'Educació i Formació Professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Posseir la capacitat funcional per al desenvolupament de les funcions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Posseir certificat expedit, declarat equivalent o homologat al nivell C1 de llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per resolució judicial per a l'exercici de funcions públiques, l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o l'exercici de funcions similars a les que s'haguessin desenvolupat en el cas de personal laboral, en el qual haguessin estat separades o inhabilitades. En cas de pertànyer a un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitades o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmeses a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, al seu Estat, en els mateixos termes, l'accés al servei públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Abans de prendre possessió del lloc de treball, ja sigui com funcionari en pràctiques o funcionari de carrera, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar que no està sotmès a cap supòsit d'incompatibilitat establert en la Llei 53/1984 de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques o comprometre en seu cas, a exercir l'oportuna opció en el període de temps que preveu l'article 10 de la disposició legal anterior, i no percebre pensió de jubilació, de retir o d'orfandat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els requisits establerts en els apartats anteriors s'hauran de complir en data del darrer dia de termini de presentació d'instàncies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 3a.- Forma i termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les instàncies per participar al concurs-oposició s'hauran de presentar, segons el model normalitzat que figura a l'Annex 2 d'aquestes bases, adreçades a la Sra. Batlessa de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia. Dites instàncies es podran presentar a l'Oficina d'Atenció a la Ciutadania, en el registre general electrònic de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, o en qualsevol de les formes previstes a l'art. 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds serà de VINT DIES HÀBILS, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat (BOE). Quan el darrer dia del termini sigui inhàbil, s'entendrà prorrogat al primer dia hàbil següent. Els successius anuncis es publicaran únicament en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i en el seu cas, en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Juntament amb la sol·licitud, les persones interessades hauran d'acompanyar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Còpia autèntica del document nacional d'identitat o, en el cas de no ser espanyol/a, del document oficial acreditatiu de la personalitat (NIE, passaport o targeta de residència).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Còpia autèntica del títol acadèmic exigit en cada convocatòria (anvers i revers) o certificació acadèmica que acrediti haver superat tots els estudis per obtenir el títol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Còpia autèntica del certificat, títol o diploma de coneixement del nivell exigit C1 de llengua catalana. La no acreditació serà causa d'exclusió de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. La falsedat en les dades que es facin constar en la sol·licitud o en la documentació annexa, sempre i quan determini la mancança dels requisits per participar en la convocatòria, comportarà l'exclusió immediata de la persona sol·licitant des del moment en que s'adverteixi, sense perjudici de les mesures legals que corresponguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits de les persones aspirants que s'hagin de valorar en la fase de concurs &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NO &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;s'han de presentar amb la instància inicial. S'hauran de presentar dins el termini de DEU dies naturals comptats des de l'endemà de la publicació del llistat definitiu de les persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició, adjuntant l'Annex 3 d'aquesta convocatòria i els documents acreditatius dels mateixos. Només es reconeixeran i seran objecte de valoració els mèrits obtinguts fins a la data de publicació de l'anunci de la convocatòria en el BOE, no es valoraran els mèrits obtinguts amb posterioritat. A més, no es valoraran els mèrits obtinguts abans de la publicació de la convocatòria que siguin al·legats però que no es justifiquin degudament dins el termini de presentació de mèrits abans indicat. Els documents acreditatius de mèrits hauran de ser copies originals. En cap cas es requerirà documentació o esmena d'errors relativa als mèrits, llevat de defectes merament formals advertits en la documentació presentada per l'aspirant, sempre que aquesta acrediti el mèrit al·legat en l'aspecte substantiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 4a. Admissió d'aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Expirat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, la batlessa dictarà resolució aprovant la llista provisional d'aspirants admesos i exclosos, que es farà pública a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament; es concedirà un termini de deu (10) dies hàbils perquè les persones interessades presentin les al·legacions que considerin oportunes, i seran esmenats els errors. Els/les sol·licitants que dins el termini assenyalat no esmenin els defectes justificant el seu dret a ser admesos seran definitivament exclosos/oses del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop examinades les que s'haguessin presentat, es publicarà la relació definitiva d'admesos a través dels mitjans esmentats. Les possibles reclamacions o al·legacions, si n'hi haguessin, seran acceptades o rebutjades en la Resolució que aprovi la relació definitiva d'aspirants admesos i exclosos, que es farà pública de la mateixa manera que la relació anterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els successius anuncis del procediment selectiu es publicaran al tauler d'anuncis electrònic del lloc web de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia (www.alcudia.net). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de no produir-se reclamacions a la llista provisional s'entendrà aquesta elevada a definitiva sense necessitat de nova resolució, circumstància que es farà pública mitjançant diligència, al tauler d'anuncis electrònic del lloc web de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia (www.alcudia.net). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, amb la publicació de la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses es farà pública la data, lloc i hora de realització del primer exercici de la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 5a.- Tribunal qualificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els òrgans de selecció seran col·legiats i la seva composició s'ajustarà als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels seus membres. La pertinença als òrgans de selecció serà sempre a títol individual, no podent ostentar-la aquesta en representació o per compte de ningú. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal està format per cinc membres (un president, un secretari i tres vocals) i els seus respectius suplents, per cobrir les absències que es puguin produir. Tots els membres del tribunal són funcionaris de carrera, d'igual o superior categoria a la de la plaça convocada, i amb titulació acadèmica d'igual o superior nivell a l'exigida per a l'ingrés en la subescala.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'abstenció i la recusació dels membres del tribunal s'han d'ajustar al que preveuen els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal queda facultat per resoldre els dubtes que es presentin i prendre els acords necessaris per al bon ordre de les proves en tot el que no preveuen aquestes bases. Tanmateix resoldrà les al·legacions que li siguin plantejades. Tots els membres del Tribunal Qualificador, tindran veu i vot. En el cas que es produeixi un empat en les decisions del Tribunal, el president podrà fer ús del vot de qualitat per desfer-lo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal podrà disposar de la incorporació d'assessors especialistes, amb veu i sense vot, en cadascuna de les proves del procés. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podran assistir, amb veu però sense vot, les persones representants de les organitzacions sindicals representatives, per efectuar funcions de vigilància del correcte desenvolupament del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 6a.- Procediment de selecció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció constarà de dues fases: oposició i concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest procediment inclourà addicionalment un període de pràctiques per un termini de 6 mesos i tindrà com a finalitat primordial l'adquisició i reforç de les competències de caràcter general per a l'exercici de les funcions en l'Administració local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El període de pràctiques serà avaluable i la qualificació serà d'apte o no apte. L'aspirant que resulti no apte perdrà el dret al nomenament com a funcionari de carrera, mitjançant resolució motivada de l'òrgan competent, a proposta del Tribunal Qualificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I) FASE D'OPOSICIÓ (Fins a 70 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serà prèvia a la fase de concurs i tindrà caràcter eliminatori. Estarà constituïda per la realització d'un exercici, que es realitzarà el mateix dia. Les persones que no aprovin l'exercici quedaran eliminades del procés selectiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Exercici (70&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De caràcter obligatori i eliminatori. Consistirà a respondre per escrit a una o vàries qüestions i en la resolució d'un o diversos supòsits pràctics, tots ells relacionats amb el temari exposat en l'Annex 1 d'aquestes bases i amb les tasques pròpies de les funcions assignades a les places objecte de la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durant la realització d'aquesta prova les persones aspirants podran, en tot moment, fer ús dels textos legals, que poden estar subratllats, però no comentats. No es permetrà la utilització de llibres de consulta o jurisprudència. La legislació aplicable serà la vigent el darrer dia de presentació d'instàncies per participar en el procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'incompliment del punt anterior durant la realització de la prova, observada pels membres del Tribunal, suposarà l'exclusió del participant en l'exercici i en el procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'exercici es puntuarà de 0 a 70 punts, i seran eliminades les persones aspirants que no aconsegueixin una puntuació mínima de 35 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada qüestió i cas pràctic que es posi al dia de l'examen, s'especificarà la seva puntuació, i el resultat global, serà la suma aritmètica de les notes de cada un dels casos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Temps màxim: 150 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclosos els exercicis i una vegada realitzada la correcció de la prova, el Tribunal qualificador farà públic el resultat dels exercicis de la fase d'oposició al tauler d'anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament, amb la publicació del llistat d'aspirants que han resultat aptes a les proves, amb expressió de la seva identitat i la puntuació obtinguda, atorgant als interessats un termini de tres dies hàbils per tal que puguin formular-ne al·legacions o reclamacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas d'haver-hi reclamacions o al·legacions, el tribunal qualificador, un cop examinades, les resoldrà i, d'acord amb el seu resultat, procedirà a fer públic el llistat definitiu de resultats de la fase d'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb els resultats definitius de la fase d'oposició, el Tribunal podrà conformar una borsa temporal, que es pot emprar per nomenar personal funcionari interí per ocupar les possibles vacants d'Arquitecte tècnic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta borsa temporal quedarà sense efecte al moment en que entri en vigor la borsa definitiva resultant del procediment selectiu (regulada a la base 10a).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II) FASE DE CONCURS (Fins a 30 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de concurs serà posterior a la fase d'oposició i en cap supòsit servirà per superar la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop acabada la fase d'oposició, el Tribunal passarà a valorar els mèrits adduïts per aquells aspirants que hagin superat la fase de l'oposició, d'acord amb el barem previst en aquesta base. Els mèrits es presentaran tal i com s'estableix en la base tercera, en un termini de deu dies naturals des de la publicació del resultat definitiu de la fase d'oposició i adjuntat l'Annex 3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits que el Tribunal valorarà en la fase de concurs, seran els següents, sempre que hagin estat prèviament acreditats en el termini i condicions establertes en les bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1) Experiència professional. Puntuació màxima: 15 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Per cada mes de serveis prestats en l'administració pública relacionats amb les tasques pròpies de la categoria convocada, en un lloc igual, similar o superior: 0,30 punts per mes complet i, en cas de períodes inferiors a un mes, estimant la part proporcional sobre 30 dies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament serà valorat aquest apartat quan, de la documentació aportada per la persona aspirant, es desprengui que l'experiència laboral està directament relacionada amb les funcions de la plaça o lloc a cobrir. A aquest efecte s'haurà de presentar certificat de l'Administració en el qual s'indiqui la data d'alta i baixa, així com el lloc de treball ocupat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran els serveis prestats en l'Administració Pública en virtut d'un contracte administratiu subjecte a la Llei de contractes del sector públic. Tampoc es valoraran els serveis prestats en qualitat de personal eventual o de confiança, de conformitat amb el que s'estableix en l'article 20.4 de la Llei 3/2007 de 3 d'abril, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Per cada mes de serveis prestats en l'empresa privada relacionats amb les tasques pròpies de la categoria convocada, en un lloc igual, similar o superior: 0,15 punts per mes complet i, en cas de períodes inferiors a un mes, estimant la part proporcional sobre 30 dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament serà valorat aquest apartat quan, de la documentació aportada per la persona aspirant, es desprengui que l'experiència laboral està directament relacionada amb les funcions de la plaça o lloc a cobrir. A aquest efecte s'haurà de presentar, necessàriament, a més d'una vida laboral, la documentació que acrediti aquest fet (contracte, certificat d'empresa, etc). En cap cas es valorarà aquest apartat, si la documentació presentada no reflecteix el lloc ocupat ni les seves funcions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2) Formació professional. Puntuació màxima: 12,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració d'aquest criteri es durà a terme d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1) Titulacions acadèmiques. Puntuació màxima: 7,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran únicament les titulacions no al·legades com a requisits per a la participació en el procediment selectiu. Únicament es podrà aportat un títol per a cadascú dels epígrafs següents, atès que es pretén atorgar una major puntuació a les persones que hagin assolit un nivell més alt en l'escala del Marc Espanyol de Qualificacions per a l'Educació Superior (MCER).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Títol de doctor/a, del nivell 4 del MCER: 4 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Títol de Màster universitari, amb caràcter oficial, nivell 3 del MCER: 3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Títol de Grau/Llicenciatura, nivell 2 del MCER: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Títols propis de postgrau universitari (màster de títol propi no oficial, expert universitari, especialista universitari) que comprenguin almenys 30 crèdits ECTS: es puntuaran segons el nombre de crèdits que constin, a raó de 0,0025 punts per hora, amb una puntuació màxima d'1,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implica que no es poden valorar els de nivells inferiors necessaris per a obtenir-lo, excepte en el cas del títol de Doctor/a o estudis de màster, en la qual sí que es podrà valorar el grau, la llicenciatura, diplomatura o equivalent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que en el diploma no s'especifiqui el valor dels crèdits, els crèdits anteriors al Pla Bolonya es valoraran a 10 hores per crèdit i els crèdits ECTS a 25 hores per crèdit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la valoració de les titulacions, s'estarà al que es disposa en la taula d'equivalències del Ministeri d'Educació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2) Cursos de formació. Puntuació màxima: 5 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà la formació específica i relacionada amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada. La valoració d'aquest criteri es du a terme d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris impartits i/o reconeguts per l'Escola Municipal de Formació, l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP), FELIB, l'Administració de l'Estat, l'autonòmica o la local, les organitzacions sindicals signants dels acords de formació continua de les Administracions públiques, les universitats i les escoles tècniques, o els homologats per qualsevol d'aquestes institucions, així com la formació organitzada i impartida pels Col·legis Professionals. En aquest apartat s'inclouen els cursos de formació ocupacional impartits o promoguts pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), i per altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acreditació de les accions formatives es farà mitjançant certificacions o documents oficials estesos per les administracions i/o organismes competents, i han d'incloure les hores de durada o els crèdits dels cursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas tindran la consideració de cursos relacionats amb les funcions a desenvolupar els cursos realitzats en matèria d'igualtat de gènere, informàtica i prevenció de riscos laborals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest apartat serà valorat d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'hora d'aprofitament es valora amb: 0,0050 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'hora d'assistència es valora amb: 0,0030 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el certificat no determina si ha estat amb aprofitament o assistència, es valorarà com d'assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un crèdit ECTS equival a 25 hores de formació. Un crèdit CFC o LRU equival a 10 hores de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3) Coneixements de català. Puntuació màxima: 2,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats expedits o reconeguts com a equivalents per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears. El certificat LA es pot acumular amb el C2. La puntuació en cada cas serà: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Certificat C2 o equivalent: 2,00 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Certificat LA o equivalent: 0,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclosa la valoració dels mèrits, el Tribunal farà pública en el tauler d'anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament les puntuacions provisional atorgades a cada aspirant, desglossades en els apartats que composen la fase de concurs, atorgant un termini de tres dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la data de publicació dels resultats provisionals per presentar reclamacions respecte d'aquesta i, una vegada que el Tribunal Qualificador hagi resolt les al·legacions presentades, es procedirà a publicar els resultats definitius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació final dels aspirants vindrà determinada per la suma de les puntuacions obtingudes en cada exercici de la fase d'oposició i dels mèrits valorats en la fase de concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat, aquest es resoldrà aplicant la següent graduació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Major puntuació en la fase d'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Si persisteix l'empat s'aplicarà l'apartat d'experiència professional de la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Si persisteix l'empat, s'aplicarà l'apartat de titulacions acadèmiques de la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Si persisteix l'empat, s'aplicarà l'apartat de cursos de formació de la fase de concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Si persisteix l'empat, finalment es procedirà al sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 7a.- Relació de persones que han superat el concurs-oposició, proposta del tribunal de nomenament de funcionari en pràctiques i proposta de la borsa de treball. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada publicada la puntuació definitiva del procediment selectiu, el Tribunal qualificador donarà per finalitzat el concurs-oposició, i elevarà a la Batlia la seva proposta definitiva de relació d'aspirants que l'han superat, amb la proposta de nomenament com a funcionaris en pràctiques dels aspirants que hagin obtingut una major puntuació total en el global del concurs-oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no pot proposar el nomenament com a funcionari en pràctiques d'un nombre de persones superior al de places convocades en concordança amb l'article 61.8 del TREBEP. Això no obstant, amb la finalitat d'assegurar la cobertura de les places convocades, quan hi hagi renúncia de l'aspirant seleccionat abans del nomenament com a tal o de la seva presa de possessió, el Tribunal elevarà a l'òrgan convocant una relació complementària de les persones aspirants que vagin a continuació de la proposada, per ordre de prelació, per al seu possible nomenament com a personal funcionari en pràctiques en substitució de qui renunciï. També es podrà formular dita relació complementària en el cas que l'aspirant que realitzi la fase de pràctiques resulti “no apte” o renunciï durant la realització de l'esmentada fase.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal també elevarà a la Batlia la seva proposta de la borsa de treball que inclourà el llistat de les persones aspirants que hagin superat l'exercici de la fase d'oposició, amb les corresponents puntuacions obtingudes en les proves superades, així com també les puntuacions obtingudes en la fase de concurs d'aquells aspirants que hagin superat tota la fase d'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prelació en dita borsa vendrà donada per l'ordre segons les puntuacions obtingudes en el procediment selectiu, inclosa la fase de concurs per aquells aspirants que hi hagin arribat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 8a.- Resolució de nomenament com a funcionaris en pràctiques i realització del període de pràctiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Batlia, una vegada elevada la proposta indicada en el punt anterior, dictarà resolució de nomenament com a funcionaris en pràctiques a les persones que hagin resultat guanyadores del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, requerirà als aspirants per a que presentin la declaració jurada o promesa que no ocupen cap lloc de treball ni que fan cap activitat en el sector públic de les que es comprenen en l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques. Si fan alguna activitat privada, incloses les de caràcter professional, ho hauran de declarar en el termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la presa de possessió, per tal que l'òrgan competent acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o d'incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta resolució es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis del lloc web municipal i en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. La presa de possessió s'ha d'efectuar en el termini de tres dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà que es publiqui en el BOIB la resolució esmentada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 9a. Nomenament com a funcionaris de carrera i presa de possessió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de sis mesos des de l'inici del període de pràctiques, el Tribunal Qualificador emetrà acta de valoració dels aspirants, i elevarà a la Batlia proposta de nomenament com a funcionari de carrera dels aspirants que hagin resultat aptes en la fase de pràctiques. En el cas que l'aspirant resultés no apte, l'òrgan competent podrà dictar resolució per la qual nomeni funcionari en pràctiques, al següent aspirant que hagi superat el concurs-oposició, per ordre de prelació. A la vista de la proposta del Tribunal, es dictarà resolució per la qual s'ordenarà la publicació en el tauler d'anuncis del lloc web municipal i en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, on s'indicarà la persona que ha superat el procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presa de possessió s'ha d'efectuar en el termini de tres dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà que es publiqui en el BOIB la resolució esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de prendre possessió del lloc adjudicat, les persones interessades hauran de fer constar que no han canviat les circumstàncies des del nomenament com a funcionaris en pràctiques, en relació al fet que no ocupen cap lloc de treball ni que fan cap activitat en el sector públic de les que es comprenen en l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques. Si fan alguna activitat privada, incloses les de caràcter professional, ho hauran de declarar en el termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la presa de possessió, per tal que l'òrgan competent acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o d'incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 10a. Borsa d'interins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada seleccionat l'aspirant que superi el procediment selectiu, la Batlia dictarà resolució per la que es constituirà la borsa de treball resultant de dit procediment, per al nomenament de funcionaris interins, que serà objecte de publicació al tauler d'anuncis del lloc web municipal i al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La borsa de treball que es constitueixi de la present convocatòria tindrà caràcter preferent a les que es puguin convocar de forma extraordinària un cop exhaurida aquesta borsa, fins a la propera convocatòria de selecció derivada de d'oferta pública que s'aprovi, que substituirà a la borsa que es conformi de la present convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estan en la situació de no disponible aquelles persones integrants de la borsa de treball que estiguin prestant serveis com a personal funcionari interí en l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, corresponent al mateix cos, la mateixa escala o especialitat, o que, per concórrer alguna de les causes previstes en els apartats a, b, c, d, ò e, de la base 10a, no hagin acceptat el lloc ofert. Mentre la persona aspirant estigui en la situació de no disponible en la borsa, no se la cridarà per oferir-li un lloc de treball. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estan en la situació de disponible la resta de persones aspirants de la borsa, amb la conseqüència que se les ha de cridar per oferir-los un lloc de treball d'acord amb la seva posició en la borsa. Les persones aspirants que, havent-hi renunciat, al·leguin i justifiquin alguna de les circumstàncies previstes en la base dècima conserven la posició obtinguda en la borsa. Això no obstant, queden en la situació de no disponible i no rebran cap més oferta mentre es mantingui la circumstància al·legada, amb l'obligació de comunicar l'acabament de les situacions esmentades en la forma i el termini prevists en la base onzena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 11a. Renúncia i exclusió de la borsa d'interins&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha de comunicar a la persona aspirant que correspongui el lloc i el termini en el qual cal que es presenti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona interessada no manifesta la seva conformitat amb el nomenament en el termini d'un dia hàbil —o en el segon dia hàbil següent si la crida es fa en divendres— la seva disposició a incorporar-se en el termini indicat per la Batlia, s'entén que hi renuncia. Aquest termini ha de ser com a mínim de 3 dies hàbils i com a màxim de 15 dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A les persones aspirants que hi renunciïn de forma expressa o tàcita d'acord amb l'establert a la base desena anterior se les ha d'excloure de la borsa de treball corresponent, llevat que al·leguin, dins del termini d'un dia hàbil —o en el segon dia hàbil següent si la crida es fa en divendres—, la concurrència d'alguna de les circumstàncies següents, que s'han de justificar documentalment dins dels tres dies hàbils següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Estar en període de maternitat o de paternitat, d'adopció o d'acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, incloent-hi el període en què sigui procedent la concessió d'excedència per a cura de fills i filles per qualsevol dels supòsits anteriors, o trobar-se en situació d'incapacitat temporal per motiu d'embaràs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Prestar serveis en un lloc de la Relació de llocs de treball de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia o dels seus organismes públics, com a personal funcionari interí en un altre cos o en una altra escala o especialitat, o com a personal laboral temporal o indefinit no fix. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Prestar serveis en un lloc de la Relació de llocs de treball de les Administracions públiques o dels seus organismes públics dependents com a personal funcionari de carrera i no poder acollir-se, en aplicació de la normativa, a cap de les situacions administratives legalment establertes que habiliten per al nomenament com a funcionari interí de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia. d) Patir malaltia o incapacitat temporal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Estar, en el moment de la crida, exercint funcions sindicals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones interessades estan obligades a comunicar per escrit dirigit a la Batlia l'acabament de les situacions previstes en els apartats anteriors, excepte la de l'apartat b, en un termini no superior a deu dies hàbils des que es produeixi, amb la justificació corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La manca de comunicació en el termini establert determina l'exclusió de la borsa. La posterior renúncia d'una persona funcionària interina al lloc de treball que ocupa, així com l'incompliment del deure de prendre possessió del lloc prèviament acceptat, suposa l'exclusió de la borsa de treball per a la qual va ser cridada, excepte que aquestes circumstàncies es produeixin com a conseqüència de la crida per ocupar un altre lloc de treball en un altre cos, una altra escala o especialitat de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia o dels seus organismes autònoms o en els casos de força major. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 12a. Nomenaments interins i gestió de la borsa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants que conformin la borsa de treball es trobaran a l'espera de ser cridats per l'Ajuntament per ordre de puntuació quan es produeixi la necessitat de nomenament com a funcionari interí. L'ordre de preferència per efectuar els nomenaments vindrà determinat per l'ordre de puntuació. Si hi ha més d'un nomenament a efectuar, de les mateixes característiques, es poden fer crides col·lectives simultànies a tantes persones aspirants en situació de disponible en la borsa com es consideri necessari per atendre les peticions de cobertura de llocs pendents. En aquest cas, els llocs oferts s'han d'adjudicar per ordre rigorós de prelació de les persones aspirants de la borsa que hagin manifestat la seva conformitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants que siguin cridats i donin la seva conformitat al seu nomenament com a funcionari interí en el termini d'un dia hàbil (o dos dies hàbils si la crida es fa així un divendres) hauran de presentar, en el termini de tres dies hàbils comptats des del següent a l'acceptació, un certificat mèdic acreditatiu de posseir la capacitat funcional per al desenvolupament de les funcions corresponents i una declaració jurada o promesa de que no ocupa cap lloc de treball ni que fa cap activitat en el sector públic de les que es comprenen en l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques. Si fa alguna activitat privada, incloses les de caràcter professional, ho haurà de declarar en el termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la presa de possessió, per tal que l'òrgan competent acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o d'incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que l'aspirant proposat no reuneixi els requisits exigits, o no els acrediti en el termini establert, la Batlia acordarà la seva exclusió i procedirà a proposar el nomenament de l'aspirant següent per ordre de puntuació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentada la documentació, es procedirà al nomenament del primer aspirant de la borsa de treball, per ordre de puntuació, havent-se d'incorporar al lloc de treball en el termini mínim de 3 dies hàbils i màxim de 15 dies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La vigència màxima d'aquesta borsa serà de tres anys a comptar de la publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 13a. Incidències, publicitat, règim normatiu i recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal queda facultat per resoldre els dubtes que es presentin a la interpretació d'aquestes bases i prendre els acords necessaris per al bon ordre d'aquesta convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els actes d'aquesta convocatòria que estiguin sotmesos a informació pública seran inserits en el tauler anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia (www.alcudia.net), al marge de la seva publicació al BOIB quan sigui preceptiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la convocatòria i les presents bases, que exhaureixen la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades o bé recurs potestatiu de reposició, a interposar davant aquesta Batlia, en el termini d'un mes des de la seva publicació al BOIB, d'acord amb l'establert als articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, o bé directament i de forma alternativa recurs contenciós administratiu, d'acord amb l'establert als articles esmentats i als articles 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, a interposar davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
