&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primer.-&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar el primer punt del Decret de batlia núm. 2023-0960 de 29 de juny de 2023, i designar regidora responsable de l&amp;apos;àrea municipal de Medi Ambient i Gent Gran a Carolina Mendo Ciudad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.-&lt;/strong&gt; El contingut de l&amp;apos;àrea de Medi Ambient i Gent Gran és l&amp;apos;establert, de manera exemplificativa, en el punt segon del Decret de batlia núm. 2023-0960, de 29 de juny de 2023:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta delegació es fa en els mateixos termes que en el Decret de batlia núm. 2023-0960, de 29 de juny de 2023, i suposa la direcció interna i gestió dels serveis adscrits a l&amp;apos;àrea però no inclou la potestat d&amp;apos;emetre actes administratius que afectin a tercers, la qual està reservada al batle o a la Junta de Govern Local, segons correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar aquest decret a la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
