&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformitat amb el que preveu l&amp;apos;article 45.1 de la Llei 39/2015 d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, es fa públic que el Ple de la corporació, a la sessió celebrada el 29 de gener de 2026, va adoptar els següents &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACORDS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprovar inicialment les Bases específiques reguladores de les subvencions d&amp;apos;adquisició de llibres de text i material didàctic per a centres educatius sostinguts amb fons públics i amb alumnat empadronat al municipi d&amp;apos;Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. &lt;/strong&gt;Sotmetre el projecte de Bases específiques reguladores de les subvencions d&amp;apos;adquisició de llibres de text i material didàctic per a centres educatius sostinguts amb fons públics i amb alumnat empadronat al municipi d&amp;apos;Eivissa a un període d&amp;apos;informació pública, per termini de trenta dies, mitjançant anunci publicat al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al tauler d&amp;apos;anuncis de la corporació, a fi que el veïnat i les persones legítimament interessades puguin examinar l&amp;apos;expedient i formular reclamacions, objeccions o observacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER. &lt;/strong&gt;Informar que, en el supòsit que durant el termini d&amp;apos;informació pública no es presenti cap reclamació o suggeriment, l&amp;apos;acord inicialment adoptat s&amp;apos;entendrà definitivament aprovat sense necessitat d&amp;apos;un nou acord exprès per part del Ple.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Durant el termini expressat, les bases estaran a disposició dels interessats al taulell d&amp;apos;anuncis de la seu electrònica de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Eivissa i de dilluns a divendres de 9:00 a 14:00 hores, a les dependències de la Regidoria d&amp;apos;Educació ubicades al Carrer Canàries, nº 35, Edifici CETIS, torre 2, 4ª planta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
