&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES ESPECÍFIQUES DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA D'UNA BORSA DE FEINA DE TÈCNIC/A EN EDUCACIÓ INFANTIL —PERSONAL LABORAL TEMPORAL— DE L'AJUNTAMENT DE SA POBLA, MITJANÇANT CONCURS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA. Objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és la creació d'una borsa de treball de tècnic/a en Educació infantil de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla mitjançant CONCURS, a l'efecte de dur a terme la contractació de personal laboral temporal, d'acord amb l'article 15 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tipus de contracte: laboral temporal, de conformitat amb l'article 15 del RDL 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors i el Reial decret 2720/1998, de 18 de desembre, pel qual es desenvolupa l'article 15 de TRLLET en matèria de contractes de durada determinada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nivell: 3 del Conveni Col·lectiu del Personal Laboral de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Lloc de treball: Escoleta municipal Huialfàs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Període de prova: 30 dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA. Normativa d'aplicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta selecció es regirà per les prescripcions contingudes en les bases d'aquesta convocatòria i, en allò que no s'hi prevegi, per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RDL 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors, i el Reial decret 2720/1998, de 18 de desembre, pel qual es desenvolupa l'article 15 de TRLLET en matèria de contractes de durada determinada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'empleat públic, i normativa de desenvolupament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la CAIB, i supletòriament, per al no previst a l'anterior punt, pel Decret 30/2009, de 22 de maig, pel qual s'aprova el procediment de selecció de funcionaris interins de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i per la restant normativa que hi sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decret 23/2020 de 31 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Text Consolidat del Decret pel qual s'estableixen els requisits mínims dels centres de primer cicle d'educació infantil. (BOIB núm. 1351 d'agost de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ordre del conseller d'Educació i Universitat de 8 de març de 2018 per la qual es fixen les titulacions que cal tenir per fer classes de i en llengua catalana (BOIB núm. Núm. 38, de 27 de març de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així com normativa de desenvolupament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA. Forma de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La selecció serà mitjançant el procediment de CONCURS DE MÈRITS, de conformitat amb el barem que es detalla a la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;base VUITENA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. En el cas de que es produeixin empats en la puntuació de les aspirants es resoldran aplicant successivament els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La major puntuació obtinguda en l'apartat d'experiència professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Majors de 45 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) La persona amb majors càrregues familiars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Per sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA. Requisits de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Hauran de reunir les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o la d'algun estat membre de la Unió Europea. Les aspirants que no tinguin la nacionalitat espanyola o d'algun estat membre de la UE, hauran d'acreditar documentalment la seva nacionalitat amb un document vigent i el permís de residència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Tenir 16 anys i no haver complit l'edat de jubilació forçosa, si fos el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Posseir la capacitat funcional per al desenvolupament de les funcions corresponents al lloc de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- No haver estat separat/da ni acomiadat/ada, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a l'exercici de funcions públiques per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que desenvolupava en el cas de personal laboral, en el qual hagués estat separat/da o inhabilitat/ada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- Acreditar el requisit de coneixements de la llengua catalana corresponent al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nivell B2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; o en condicions d'obtenir-lo en la data de finalització d'admissió de sol·licituds. Aquests coneixements s'han d'acreditar mitjançant l'aportació d'un certificat oficial expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o expedit o homologat per l'òrgan competent en matèria de política lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.- Tots aquests professionals han de complir els &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;requisits de capacitació lingüística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; recollits en la Llei 3/1986 de normalització lingüística de les Illes Balears i la normativa que la desplega, d'acord amb l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació i Universitat de 8 de març de 2018 per la qual es fixen les titulacions que cal tenir per fer classes de i en llengua catalana (BOIB núm. Núm. 38, de 27 de març de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.-&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Estar en possessió d'una de les següents titulacions o certificats de professionalitat, de conformitat amb el Decret 23/2020 de 31 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Text Consolidat del Decret pel qual s'estableixen els requisits mínims dels centres de primer cicle d'educació infantil. (BOIB núm. 1351 d'agost de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Títol de mestre amb l'especialitat d'educació infantil o títol de grau equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Títol de tècnic superior en educació infantil o titulació equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Certificat de professionalitat d'educació infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Certificació de les unitats de competència que componen la qualificació d'educació infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Qualsevol altre títol o acreditació declarats equivalents a algun dels anteriors o que hagin estat habilitats per a l'atenció a nens de 0-3 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.- Justificar el pagament de la taxa de 26,00 € d'acord amb l'Ordenança fiscal relativa a les taxes per a proves selectives de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla (BOIB núm.167 de 12/12/2019) o bé, acreditació de les bonificacions i/o exempcions de què puguin ser objecte, previstes al Títol VI de l'esmentada ordenança fiscal i justificant de pagament de la quantia resultant, si pertoca &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(https://sapobla.eadministracio.cat/transparency/7a612dcb-9974-43c3-a98a-9016bcd265fa/). El pagament ha de realitzar-se mitjançant transferència al següent número d'IBAN: ES73 0182 5747 4902 0150 3747 (BBVA). En el concepte de la transferència ha d'indicar-se el nom de la persona aspirant i el procés al qual participa (NOM + TEI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.- Certificat Negatiu del Registre Central de Delinqüents Sexuals i Tràfic d'Éssers humans, conforme la Llei orgànica 8/2021, de 4 de juny, de protecció integral a la infància i l'adolescència enfront de la violència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de prendre possessió de la plaça, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar que no ocupa cap lloc de treball ni realitza cap activitat al sector públic delimitat per l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. Si realitza alguna activitat privada, inclosa la de caràcter professional, ho haurà de declarar en el termini de deu dies naturals, per tal que la corporació acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat. Els requisits establerts en els apartats anteriors hauran de complir-se el darrer dia del termini de presentació d'instàncies i mantenir-los en el moment de formalitzar el corresponent contracte de treball, si fos el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUENA. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds per participar a les proves de selecció s'hauran de presentar en el Registre general de l'Ajuntament, de dilluns a divendres, de 9 a 14 h, o en la forma establerta a l'article 16 de la Llei 39/15, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, o bé mitjançant la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla, o a través de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla (https://sapobla.eadministracio.cat/info.0), a través del tràmit habilitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si les sol·licituds es presenten en la forma prevista en l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, s'haurà de remetre còpia de la sol·licitud en la qual consti la data de remissió, a la Secretaria de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla o bé mitjançant avís al correu electrònic llreus@sapobla.cat. Sense la concurrència d'aquest requisit, les sol·licituds que es registrin a l'Ajuntament fora del termini de presentació no seran admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Còpia de la titulació exigida o certificació acadèmica que acrediti que té cursats i aprovats els estudis necessaris per a l'obtenció del títol corresponent, o còpia dels certificats de professionalitat, de conformitat amb el Decret 23/2020 de 31 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Text Consolidat del Decret pel qual s'estableixen els requisits mínims dels centres de primer cicle d'educació infantil (BOIB núm. 1351 d'agost de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Declaració jurada o promesa que no ha estat separat/da, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de l'Estat, de les comunitats autònomes, ni entitats locals, ni està inhabilitat/da per a l'exercici de funcions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- Còpia del certificat de coneixements de la llengua catalana requerit &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(B2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, o bé documentació acreditativa de la seva homologació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- Còpia del certificat de capacitació per a l'ensenyament en llengua catalana al primer cicle de l'educació infantil &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(CCI)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, que habilita per a la docència en llengua catalana en el primer cicle de l'educació infantil, segons l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació i Universitat de 8 de març de 2018 per la qual es fixen les titulacions que cal tenir per fer classes de i en llengua catalana (BOIB núm. Núm. 38, de 27 de març de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.- Justificant de l'abonament de la taxa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Certificat Negatiu del Registre Central de Delinqüents Sexuals i Tràfic d'Éssers humans, conforme la Llei orgànica 8/2021, de 4 de juny, de protecció integral a la infància i l'adolescència enfront de la violència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.- Còpia dels mèrits al·legats als efectes de la seva valoració, els quals hauran d'anar relacionats a la instància. Els documents presentats podran ser còpies, però hauran de ser autentificades en el moment que l'aspirant sigui seleccionat si així es requereix per l'òrgan contractant. Els mèrits o serveis a tenir en compte estaran referits a la data de publicació de la convocatòria en el BOIB, que actuarà com a límit. No s'admetrà cap documentació referida a mèrits una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentació d'instàncies. En cap cas es requerirà documentació o esmena d'errors relativa als mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valorarà cap mèrit que no s'hagi acreditat amb l'aportació de la documentació corresponent dins el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. El fet de no acreditar qualsevol dels mèrits en la forma indicada implicarà que aquest mèrit no es valori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini per a la presentació d'instàncies serà de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DEU DIES HÀBILS (10)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; comptats a partir del següent al de la publicació d'aquestes bases en el BOIB. Igualment aquestes bases es publicaran al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://www.sapobla.cat/ca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISENA. Admissió de les aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, el tribunal aprovarà la relació provisional de persones admeses i excloses, amb la indicació de la causa d'exclusió. Aquesta resolució es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla, http://sapobla.eadministracio.cat/board//, i es concedirà un termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TRES DIES HÀBILS (3)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per a la presentació de possibles reclamacions, esmena d'errades o rectificacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat l'esmentat termini es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis del portal web de l'Ajuntament la llista definitiva de les persones admeses i excloses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'abstenció i la recusació dels membres del tribunal s'ajustarà al que es preveu en els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VUITENA. Barem de mèrits del concurs. Màxim de 100 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima de la fase de concurs serà de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;100 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació, seminaris o jornades impartits o promoguts per les administracions públiques, pels agents socials, per centre oficial o homologats, que estiguin directament relacionats amb les funcions de la plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris impartits i/o reconeguts per l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP), l'administració de l'Estat, l'autonòmica o la local, les organitzacions sindicals signants dels acords de formació contínua de les administracions públiques, les universitats i les escoles tècniques, o els centres o cursos homologats per qualsevol d'aquestes institucions o organisme competent. En aquest apartat s'inclouen els cursos de formació ocupacional impartits o promoguts pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), i per altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos, per ser valorats, han de tenir qualsevol durada igual o superior a deu hores. Els crèdits d'aprofitament suposen els d'assistència; és a dir, no són acumulatius l'assistència i l'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada hora d'assistència es valorarà amb &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0,03 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada hora d'aprofitament es valorarà amb &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0,05 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de no indicar-se la durada no es puntuarà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest mèrit s'acreditarà mitjançant certificat o fotocòpia del títol d'assistència o aprofitament, o certificat expedit pel centre o institució que hagi organitzat el curs, amb indicació de la durada del mateix i de les matèries tractades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de cursos o formació valorada en crèdits, si no específica la durada en hores, es valorarà de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament es valorarà el certificat de coneixement de llengua catalana més alt i el certificat de llenguatge administratiu (LA) és acumulable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valoraran les certificacions expedides pel Govern de les Illes Balears, o títol, diploma o certificat equivalent segons l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats, de 21 de febrer de 2013 (BOIB núm. 34, de 12 de març de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA. Valoració del concurs, relació resultant i constitució de la borsa de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- El tribunal procedirà a la valoració dels mèrits proposats pels aspirants de conformitat amb les clàusules anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclosa la valoració dels mèrits, el Tribunal farà públic al tauler d'anuncis del portal web de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla, http://sapobla.eadministracio.cat/board//, les puntuacions provisionals atorgades a cada aspirant per cada un dels conceptes prevists a la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;base VUITENA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Els interessats podran presentar al·legacions al Tribunal dins del termini dels &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3 dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; següents al de publicació de l'esmentada valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada finalitzada aquesta fase de valoració i puntuació, esgotat el terminis de revisió i resoltes, en el seu cas, les al·legacions presentades, el Tribunal resoldrà de manera definitiva. En el supòsit de produir-se empat de puntuacions entre els aspirants, es resoldrà de conformitat a la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;base TERCERA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució definitiva s'elevarà al Sr. Batle per resoldre la constitució de la borsa de treball, que vendrà conformada per totes les aspirants que hagin complert els requisits. Les aspirants que conformin la borsa de treball es trobaran a l'espera de ser cridades per l'Ajuntament per ordre de puntuació quan es produeixi la necessitat de contractar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució per la qual es constitueixi la borsa de feina s'ha de fer pública en la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla i al BOIB, amb indicació de les persones que en formaran part i la puntuació final que han obtingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESENA. Funcionament de la borsa de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A. Situació de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que formen part d'aquesta borsa a l'efecte d'oferir-los un lloc de treball, estan en situació de disponible o no disponible, en ambdós casos, sempre a sol·licitud de la interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mentre les persones aspirants estiguin en situació de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No Disponible&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en la borsa, no seran cridades per l'oferiment d'un lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estan en situació de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disponible&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en la borsa la resta de persones aspirants. Aquestes seran cridades per l'oferiment d'un lloc de treball d'acord amb la seva posició en la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B. Justificació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El rebuig per part de la persona aspirant en el moment de l'oferiment, es considerarà justificat sempre que s'acrediti dins el termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3 dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la comunicació telefònica d'un dels següents motius:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Trobar-se en situació d'incapacitat temporal, intervenció quirúrgica o accident, justificant-ho mitjançant la presentació de l'oportú informe mèdic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en alguna de les situacions següents: embaràs, adopció o acolliment (permanent o preadoptiu), descans per maternitat o paternitat, acolliment o malaltia greu o hospitalització d'un familiar o excedència per cura de fills menors de 12 anys o ascendents dependents o en qualsevol situació prevista en la normativa en vigor als efectes de permisos i llicències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Defunció d'un familiar fins a segon grau de consanguinitat o afinitat, amb límit temporal de cinc dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Matrimoni o constitució de parella de fet durant el període de llicència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per estudis reglats, els quals suposin tot un curs acadèmic complet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada justificat, la persona aspirant quedarà en situació de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No Disponible&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, és a dir, estarà inactiva en la borsa fins que finalitzin els motius al·legats i ho comuniqui a Recursos Humans. Per això, s'haurà de comunicar inexcusablement la finalització de la causa per la qual es va rebutjar el contracte o el nomenament mitjançant escrit dirigit a Recursos Humans de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla, en el moment que es produeixi. Això suposarà l'activació automàtica en la borsa com a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disponible&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per a possibles ofertes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan la persona aspirant rebutgi l'oferta i no hi presenti cap justificació en el termini indicat - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3 dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;comptadors des del dia de l'oferiment- serà penalitzada i passarà al darrer lloc de la borsa. Tres ofertes rebutjades sense justificació significaran l'exclusió de la borsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C. Funcionament de la borsa de feina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cobertura ordinària: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el Departament de Recursos Humans es posarà en contacte telefònic amb l'aspirant amb un màxim de tres intents, amb un marge de temps per a la crida, de mínim 15 minuts (entre cridada i cridada a la mateixa persona). S'ha d'informar a l'aspirant del lloc a cobrir i les característiques del mateix. Un cop es contacti amb l'aspirant, aquesta disposa com a màxim fins a les 9.00 hores del dia hàbil següent per mostrar la seva conformitat amb la contractació o contràriament, manifestar el seu rebuig a l'oferta de feina, de conformitat amb la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;base DESENA B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si dins el termini indicat, no manifesta el seu interès a ocupar el lloc de feina, si no hi renúncia expressament o no respon al telèfon de contacte que ha facilitat o altra circumstància que impedeixi la seva incorporació, passarà a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop es contacti amb l'aspirant, aquesta disposa com a màxim de 3 hores des de la comunicació per part del Departament de Recursos Humans per mostrar la seva conformitat amb el nomenament o contràriament, manifestar el rebuig a l'oferta de feina, de conformitat amb la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;base DESENA B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si dins el termini indicat, no manifesta el seu interès a ocupar el lloc de feina, no renúncia expressament al mateix o no respon al telèfon de contacte que ha facilitat o altra circumstància que impedeixi la seva incorporació, passarà a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa de feina i es passarà a contactar amb el següent aspirant de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada vegada que s'hagi de procedir a cobrir un lloc de la borsa, ha de quedar constància dins l'expedient, mitjançant una diligència de les característiques del lloc a cobrir, els dies de la crida, els intents de contacte amb les aspirants, la resposta d'aquests i la justificació, si s'escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si algun dels integrants de la borsa renuncien tres vegades seguides a diferents ofertes de feina (és a dir, no manifesta la conformitat a incorporar-se al lloc de feina, renúncia expressament a la contractació, no respon al telèfon de contacte que ha facilitat o altra circumstància que impedeixi la seva incorporació), serà definitivament exclòs de la borsa de feina a tots els efectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan la persona seleccionada mitjançant aquest sistema de borsa cessi en el seu lloc de treball, es reincorporarà novament a la borsa de treball ocupant el lloc que ocupava en el moment de la contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que l'integrant en la borsa de treball, al qual correspongués la crida per ordre de puntuació, pogués incórrer en un encadenament de contractes o manteniment de relació laboral de més de 24 mesos en un període de 30, que poguessin derivar en una relació indefinida amb aquesta Administració, se suspendrà aquesta crida passant al següent de la llista. La suspensió serà pel temps necessari per a evitar la incursió en frau de llei que derivi en una relació indefinida. Transcorregut el termini necessari es restablirà la possibilitat de la seva crida en el lloc de la borsa que obtingués segons puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ONZENA. Vigència d'aquesta borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La borsa de feina objecte d'aquestes bases tindrà una vigència màxima de 3 anys des que es publiqui la resolució de constitució al BOIB, de conformitat amb l'article 12 del Decret 30/2009, de 22 de maig. Tot sense perjudici, en quant a preferència, a l'establert pels processos d'estabilització, altres processos o altra normativa. Un cop hagi transcorregut aquest període de temps la borsa perd la vigència i no es pot reactivar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TASQUES TÈCNICS-QUES EDUCACIÓ INFANTIL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Obrir i tancar les portes de l´escoleta, en els moments d'entrades i sortides generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Núm. 38, de 27 de març de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.- Justificant de l'abonament de la taxa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.- Còpia dels mèrits al·legats als efectes de la seva valoració, els quals hauran d'anar relacionats a la instància. Els documents presentats podran ser còpies, però hauran de ser autentificades en el moment que l'aspirant sigui seleccionat si així es requereix per l'òrgan contractant. Els mèrits o serveis a tenir en compte estaran referits a la data de publicació de la convocatòria en el BOIB, que actuarà com a límit. No s'admetrà cap documentació referida a mèrits una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentació d'instàncies.
