En data de 19 de desembre de 2023 es va publicar, en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 171 la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), per la qual es convoquen, mitjançant el procediment anticipat de despesa i per als anys 2023 i 2024, subvencions per a la creació d'empreses de joves agricultors i agricultores.</p> <p>2. De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè de l'esmentada Resolució, el termini de presentació de sol·licituds va acabar el dia 29 de febrer de 2024.</p> <p>3. En data de 5 d'octubre de 2024 es va publicar, en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 131 la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es modifica i s'incrementen els crèdits que preveu la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es convoquen, mitjançant el procediment anticipat de despesa, per als anys 2023 i 2024, subvencions per a la creació d'empreses de joves agricultors i agricultores.</p> <p>4. Després de la concessió, un beneficiari va presentar la sol·licitud de desistiment de l'ajuda que se'ls hi havia concedit (Annex I).</p> <p>5. Per altra banda, dos beneficiaris varen presentar la sol·licitud de renúncia de l'ajuda que se'ls hi va concedir (Annex II).</p> <p>6. Es procedeix a concloure de la seva sol·licitud procediment i procedir a l'arxiu dels expedients.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.25cm; margin-top:0.49cm"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">Fonaments de dret</span></span></span></span></strong></p> <p>1. Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), per la qual es convoquen, mitjançant el procediment anticipat de despesa i per als anys 2023 i 2024, subvencions per a la creació d'empreses de joves agricultors i agricultores.</p> <p>2. Ordre 10/2023 de la consellera d'Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentació, de 5 d'abril de 2023, per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en el marc del Programa de desenvolupament rural de les Illes Balears 2023-2027, correspon aprovar la convocatòria d'aquestes ajudes mitjançant una resolució.</p> <p>4. Llei 39/2015 de 1 d'octubre de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.25cm; text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">Proposta de resolució de desistiment</span></span></span></span></strong></p> <p>Per tot això, s'informa favorablement del desistiment i es proposa al vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:</p> <p>1.Acceptar la sol·licitud de desistiment detallada a l'annex I, que és un total d'1 expedient, que comença i acaba amb MARIA FRANCISCA RAMIS GUERRERO, pel motius descrits a l'esmentat annex.</p> <p>2. Acceptar les sol·licituds de renúncia detallada a l'annex II, que és de 2 expedients que comença amb UNAI SERRANO BUSTOS i acaba amb MARIA LUZ MONDANI.</p> <p>3. Declarar conclòs el procediment i procedir a l'arxiu dels expedients detallats a l'Annex I i II.</p> <p>4.
