&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar inicialment la modificació de la relació de llocs de treball per incloure una nova fitxa en quadre de la relació de llocs de treball de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Santa Eugènia, aprovat pel Ple de 3 d&amp;apos;abril de 2014:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Durant aquest termini les persones interessades podran examinar l&amp;apos;expedient i presentar les reclamacions que estimin pertinents. L&amp;apos;acord es considerarà definitivament aprovat si durant l&amp;apos;esmentat termini no es presenten reclamacions, a l&amp;apos;efecte de les quals la Batlia elevarà l&amp;apos;acord a definitiu i ordenarà la seva publicació en el Boib. En cas que es presentin reclamacions s&amp;apos;elevarà, en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes, a l&amp;apos;Ajuntament en Ple, proposta d&amp;apos;estimació o desestimació de les mateixes i d&amp;apos;aprovació definitiva de la modificació de la plantilla orgànica i de la relació de llocs de treball (art. 169.1 TRLRHL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
