&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. Beneficiaris:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La persona o persones que resultin guanyadores d'aquesta convocatòria, les quals són els representants de les distintes carrosses i comparses que s'inscriguin a Sa Rua 2026, en el moment de la presentació de la seva sol·licitud, no hauran de trobar-se en cap dels supòsits que prohibeixen l'obtenció de la condició de beneficiari que preveuen els articles 10 de l'Ordenança municipal de subvencions i 13.2 de la Llei 38/2003.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Així mateix, també hauran de complir amb les obligacions que s'estableixen en els articles 11 de l'Ordenança abans esmentada i 14 de la dita Llei 38/2003.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. Objecte.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquest Concurs, el qual es tramita com a un procediment de subvencions en règim de concurrència competitiva, té com a finalitat potenciar la creació artística i la participació ciutadana a les festes de Carnaval 2026 de Palma, mitjançant la participació de carrosses i comparses a Sa Rua 2026, la qual tendrà lloc el diumenge 15 de febrer a les 17.00 hores, als carrers indicats al plànol adjunt a aquesta Convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. Bases reguladores.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ordenança Municipal de subvencions aprovada pel ple de l'Ajuntament de Palma en sessió de el 26 de febrer de 2015 (BOIB núm 35. de 12 de març de 2015)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. Quantia.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2800 euros, repartits en 4 premis de 450 euros para la modalitat de carrosses i 4 premis de 250 euros para la modalitat de comparsas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les carrosses i les comparses interessades a participar a Sa Rua 2026 han de presentar la següent documentació requerida, del 2 al 12 de febrer (ambdós dies inclosos), de dilluns a divendres, de 9.00 a 14.00&amp;nbsp;hores, al Departament de Participació Ciutadana (plaça de Santa Eulàlia, 9, 3r pis): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
