    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El 30 de desembre de 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;, el Consell de Govern de les Illes Balears va acordar autoritzar la creació de l'escola infantil de primer cicle Son Gibert, de titularitat de l'Ajuntament de Palma. En aquest Acord, s'ha detectat una errada en relació amb el codi de centre que hi apareix, atès que aquest pertany a un altre centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància de les persones interessades, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes. D'altra banda, l'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, estableix que correspon efectuar la correcció a l'òrgan que hagi dictat l'acte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, el Consell de Govern, a proposta del conseller d'Educació i Universitats, en la sessió de dia 23 de gener de 2026, adoptà entre d'altres l'Acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Rectificar l'errada material de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 30 de desembre de 2025 referent a la creació de l'escola infantil de primer cicle Son Gibert, de titularitat de l'Ajuntament de Palma, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;a) En l'Acord&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;allà on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
