&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. A l'annex 3 Comissió tècnica de valoració de la Resolució del conseller d'Hisenda, Innovació i Funció Pública de 5 de setembre de 2025 per la qual s'aproven la convocatòria, les bases, el barem de mèrits i la designació de les comissions tècniques de valoració del procediment per proveir llocs de feina de personal funcionari de carrera del Consell Insular de Mallorca (BOIB núm. 121 d'11 de setembre de 2025), s'ha designat la composició de tots els membres de la Comissió tècnica de valoració d'aquest procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Per motius organitzatius interns en la composició de la Comissió tècnica de valoració d'aquest procediment, s'ha decidit modificar les designacions establertes a l'annex 3 de la Resolució de 5 de setembre de 2025, per tal de poder continuar amb la tramitació del procediment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estableix que les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància de les persones interessades, els errors materials, de fet, o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Resolució del conseller d'Hisenda, Innovació i Funció Pública de 5 de setembre de 2025 per la qual s'aproven la convocatòria, les bases, el barem de mèrits i la designació de les comissions tècniques de valoració del procediment per proveir llocs de feina de personal funcionari de carrera del Consell Insular de Mallorca (BOIB núm. 121 d'11 de setembre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'Acord del Consell Executiu de data 28 de setembre de 2022, delega determinades atribucions del Consell Executiu en el conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública (ara conseller executiu o consellera executiva d'Hisenda, Innovació i Funció Pública, d'acord amb el BOIB núm. 92, de 15 de juliol de 2025) en matèria de personal (BOIB núm. 128, d'1 d'octubre de 2022), atès el que disposa l'article 9 de la Llei 40/2015, de 2 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, en relació amb l'article 28 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot el que s'ha exposat, dict la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
