L'article 82 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en el qual es regula l'ocupació de llocs de feina en comissió de serveis.</span></span></p>

La Instrucció 1/2021, del president de l'IMAS, de 29 de gener, d'establiment dels criteris generals per a l'ocupació temporal de llocs de feina de l'IMAS per mitjà de comissions de serveis.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>a. </strong></span><span style="color:#000000">El termini per presentar sol·licituds comença l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i finalitza en un termini de set dies hàbils a comptar de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat la convocatòria en el BOIB.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">La durada inicial d'aquesta comissió és de dotze mesos, prorrogable a instància de l'òrgan corresponent. </span></span></span></p>
