    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell d'Administració de l'Empresa Municipal de Transports Urbans de Palma SA, en la sessió de dia 15 de gener de 2026 va aprovar les bases, que regiran el procés de selecció de personal mitjançant concurs oposició per al personal del Grup professional 3: Encarregat/a de departament del departament de tecnologia de la informació i innovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest document té per objecte establir una convocatòria mitjançant concurs oposició, per a la cobertura de 3 places de personal fix del grup professional 3: Encarregat de departament en administració de sistemes TIC per al departament de Tecnologia de la Informació i Innovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, a conseqüència d'aquest procés selectiu, es constituirà una borsa d'ocupació per a futures contractacions temporals de la mateixa categoria. Aquesta borsa estarà integrada per un màxim de 4 aspirants que, no havent obtingut plaça fixa, segueixin als adjudicataris en l'ordre de puntuació final. Aquesta borsa s'utilitzarà per a cobrir les necessitats temporals de l'empresa, seguint el rigorós ordre de prelació establert en aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a aconseguir una composició equilibrada de la plantilla de l'EMT-Palma, d'acord amb l'article 43 de la Llei 11/2016, d'igualtat de dones i homes i el Pla d'igualtat de l'Ajuntament de Palma, es determina que el 33% de les places ofertes en aquesta convocatòria han de ser cobertes per dones, en els termes establerts en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tot això en compliment de la normativa vigent següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Reial decret legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors i actualitzacions posteriors, especialment els art. 8, 12 i 15.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local, especialment els art. 91 i 103.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat públic, art. 1.3., 2, 7, 11, 13 i del 55 al 61.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Reglament orgànic del govern i l'administració de l'Ajuntament de Palma (BOIB n. º 120, d'11 de setembre de 2004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Llei 57/2003, de 16 de desembre, de mesures de modernització del govern local, amb les actualitzacions vigents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Llei 4/2011, de 31 de març, de la bona administració i del bon govern de les illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Grup professional&lt;/strong&gt;: Grup 3: Encarregat de departament amb les funcions pròpies del seu grup professional en funció de les necessitats organitzatives de l'empresa i la mobilitat funcional establerta en la normativa laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nombre de vacants a cobrir&lt;/strong&gt;: 3 places.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Condicions econòmiques&lt;/strong&gt;: Les recollides per al nivell salarial del grup 3, del Conveni Col·lectiu de l'EMT-Palma vigent a cada moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Horari de treball&lt;/strong&gt;: L'horari de treball és l'establert en el Conveni Col·lectiu de l'empresa vigent a cada moment, sent la distribució del mateix amb caràcter flexible segons necessitats organitzatives, productives i/o tècniques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Centre de treball&lt;/strong&gt;: Qualsevol dels dos centres que té a la seva disposició l'empresa, o qualsevol altre que l'empresa pugui tenir en un futur.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Descripció de la necessitat&lt;/strong&gt;: Es requereix disposar de tres encarregats de departament amb experiència en administració de sistemes informàtics amb l'objectiu de donar resposta al creixement de les necessitats de digitalització, integració de sistemes i modernització tecnològica de l'empresa. Les funcions seran les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Administrar servidors físics i virtuals, gestionant serveis de xarxa corporatius (DNS, DHCP, Activi Directory o equivalents).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Gestionar, mantenir i monitorar bases de dades, incloent-hi disponibilitat, rendiment, resolució d'incidències i còpies de seguretat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Administrar plataformes de virtualització, contenidors, xarxes virtuals i altres components de la infraestructura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Fer tasques de manteniment preventiu i correctiu, documentant actuacions i resolent incidències tècniques de nivell intermedi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Aplicar actualitzacions, pegats de seguretat i procediments de recuperació per a garantir la continuïtat i seguretat del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Planificar, executar i supervisar els sistemes de còpies de seguretat, així com els procediments de restauració de dades i sistemes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Participar i oferir suport tècnic en nous projectes de l'organització des de la perspectiva dels sistemes d'informació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Elaborar i mantenir documentació tècnica relacionada amb el seu àmbit d'actuació, incloent-hi configuracions, inventaris, diagrames, procediments operatius i manuals interns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Col·laborar en auditories internes i externes en matèria de seguretat, qualitat i compliment normatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Aplicar i observar de manera efectiva les mesures de seguretat tècniques i organitzatives derivades de l'Esquema Nacional de Seguretat (ENS), el RGPD i les polítiques internes de l'entitat, assegurant el compliment operatiu en l'administració diària dels sistemes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Prestar assessorament i suport tècnic avançat a altres àrees de l'organització en relació amb els sistemes informàtics i les aplicacions internes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Monitoratge proactiu de la infraestructura TIC, configurant alertes i anticipant incidències o degradació del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− En general, totes aquelles funcions pròpies de la professió relacionades amb l'administració, explotació, actualització i evolució de sistemes d'informació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Les funcions exposades, tenen caràcter enunciatiu i no limitatiu, podent assignar-se altres funcions inherents o necessàries per a l'adequat funcionament del Departament. Així mateix, de conformitat amb el que es disposa en l'article 22.4 de l'Estatut dels Treballadors, podrà acordar-se amb caràcter conjuntural i en atenció a les necessitats organitzatives de l'empresa la polivalència funcional, assignant al treballador/a funcions distintes de les pròpies del seu lloc, sempre que es trobin compreses dins del seu grup professional o en categories equivalents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2.- Justificació de l'existència de fons&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es produeix variació substancial en la massa salarial pressupostada i aprovada per a l'EMT-Palma per a l'exercici 2025-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.3.- Procediment de selección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sistema selectiu del procés serà concurs oposició, sent la fase d'oposició d'un 70% i la fase de concurs un 30%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció s'efectuarà d'acord amb els principis constitucionals d'igualtat, mèrit i capacitat, així com els de publicitat, transparència, imparcialitat, professionalitat, independència, discrecionalitat tècnica, adequació i agilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els factors a valorar seran l'aptitud, l'actitud i els coneixements pràctics del lloc a cobrir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les proves o exàmens a realitzar s'efectuaran per sorteig, entre aquells temes que presenti l'empresa, que no podran ser inferior a tres models d'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es desenvoluparan procediments específics per a detectar i sancionar els intents de les persones aspirants a falsejar els mèrits al·legats, amb la finalitat d'assegurar la transparència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.4.- Autorització de l'inici del procediment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aprovació del present document per part del Consell d'Administració, previ compliment del Codi de bon Govern de l'Ajuntament de Palma de data 28/02/2013, i aprovat pel Consell d'Administració en data 15/01/2026, suposa l'autorització de tot el contingut d'aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.5.- Bases de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.5.1.- Requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants hauran de reunir els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o la d'algun dels estats membres de la Unió Europea o tenir permís de residència o permís de treball en vigor en el moment de la incorporació a l'empresa. La documentació acreditativa és fotocòpia original DNI o passaport en vigor (per al seu acarament) i, per als aspirants que no tinguin nacionalitat espanyola, el permís de residència i de treball (si és el cas) i diploma oficial acreditatiu del grau de competència i domini de l'idioma espanyol de nivell igual o superior a B2 conforme al Marc Comú de Referència per a les llengües.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tenir 18 anys d'edat complerts i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) No sofrir malaltia ni estar afectat per limitació física o psíquica que sigui incompatible amb l'exercici de les funcions del treball a desenvolupar. Així mateix, una vegada finalitzat el procés de selecció i abans de la incorporació al lloc de treball, s'haurà de passar satisfactòriament un reconeixement mèdic a càrrec del Servei de Prevenció de l'Empresa, amb la qualificació d'APTE. La no superació d'aquest suposarà la impossibilitat d'incorporació i l'exclusió de la llista, atès el caràcter eliminatori d'aquest requisit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) No haver estat separats/as, mitjançant procediment disciplinari, del servei de cap administració o empresa pertanyent a administració pública, dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se inhabilitats/as de manera absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial. En el cas de nacionals d'un altre estat, no trobar-se inhabilitats/as o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmesos/as a una sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu estat i en els mateixos termes, l'accés a una ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Experiència mínima de 24 mesos, dins dels cinc anys anteriors a la data límit de presentació de la sol·licitud, com a tècnic en administració de sistemes informàtics (l'experiència exigida com a requisit no es valorarà com a mèrit).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Estar en possessió d'una de les següents titulacions: Tècnic Superior en Administració de Sistemes Informàtics en Xarxa (AGAFAR), Tècnic Superior en Desenvolupament d'Aplicacions Multiplataforma (DAM), Tècnic Superior en Desenvolupament d'Aplicacions Web (DAW), o qualsevol altre cicle formatiu de grau superior de la família professional d'Informàtica i Comunicacions, o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Acreditar amb certificació oficial, coneixements de comprensió, expressió oral i escrita de l'idioma anglès B1, amb els criteris del sistema ALTE o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants hauran de reunir els requisits abans indicats dins del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, i no haver perdut cap dels requisits en el moment de la contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Empresa es reserva el dret de contrastar la informació i documentació aportada en qualsevol moment del procés o fins i tot després de la contractació d'aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol moment que l'EMT-Palma, esbrini o constati de manera fefaent la manca dels requisits o la falsedat de la documentació o declaració presentada, l'aspirant serà exclòs immediatament del procés, i en cas d'estar contractat serà acomiadat disciplinàriament sense perjudici de la responsabilitat que hagi incorregut per falsedat, reservant-se l'EMT-Palma, les accions legals pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La sol·licitud d'autobaremació té consideració de “declaració jurada” la falsedat del consignat en la mateixa suposarà l'exclusió. En qualsevol moment que l'EMT-Palma, esbrini o constati de manera fefaent la manca dels requisits o la falsedat de la documentació o declaració presentada, l'aspirant serà exclòs immediatament del procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.5.2.- Presentació de sol·licituds i documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds i els documents és de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;vint dies naturals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, comptats a partir de l'endemà que es publiqui aquesta convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'estipulat en la llei 39/2015, la presentació de la sol·licitud i els documents es presentaran de forma i electrònica, en el tràmit habilitat a aquest efecte en la seu electrònica de l'EMT-Palma. La presentació electrònica requereix identificació digital amb certificat digital.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud i els documents, es realitzarà a través de la Seu Electrònica (https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat) de l'EMT-Palma, de dilluns a diumenge a qualsevol hora del dia, sempre que comprengui el termini de lliurament de documents estipulat. La sol·licitud està inclosa en el procés de registre, per la qual cosa no és necessari aportar el document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud i els documents tan sols es podran deslliurar a través de la Seu Electrònica de l'EMT-Palma, de dilluns a diumenge en qualsevol hora del dia, sempre que comprengui el termini de lliurament de documents estipulat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb la Llei 39/2015, els interessats hauran d'aportar al procediment les dades i documents exigits en aquestes bases, fent-se responsables de la veracitat dels documents que presentin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el termini màxim de dos mesos, comptats des que acabi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, es publicarà la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses en el procés selectiu, que es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'EMT-Palma (https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat), apartat ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants excloses o omeses disposen d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, comptats des de l'endemà de la publicació, per a al·legar el que correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini al qual es refereix el paràgraf anterior i esmenades, si escau, les sol·licituds, el tribunal qualificador publicarà la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'EMT-Palma (https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat), apartat ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'admissió de la sol·licitud, comporta la plena acceptació per les persones sol·licitants d'aquestes bases, amb expressa autorització per al tractament automatitzat de les seves dades als arxius de l'empresa i la publicació de resultats en els mitjans que l'empresa consideri, segons el que s'estableix per la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre de Protecció de Dades Personals i Garantia dels Drets Digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;FASE D'OPOSICIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (70 punts sobre 100).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase d'oposició, que tindrà una valoració màxima de 70 punts sobre 100 del procés selectiu, constarà de dues parts: Una prova teòrica i una prova competencial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primera part – Prova teòrica (50 punts sobre 70).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consta d'un sol exercici, amb caràcter eliminatori i amb una valoració màxima de 50 punts dins de la fase d'oposició. El format d'aquesta prova serà tipus test i abastarà el temari descrit en l'Annex II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prova estarà composta per 45 preguntes més 3 de reserva, amb un temps per a desenvolupar aquest exercici de 90 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les preguntes estaran distribuïdes de manera equilibrada entre els diferents temes. Cada pregunta tindrà quatre possibles respostes, i només una serà correcta. Les respostes correctes es puntuaran amb 1,1111 punts, les respostes errònies restaran 0,3703 (una tercera part) i les preguntes no contestades no seran valorades. La puntuació màxima d'aquesta prova és de 50 punts i per a superar-la caldrà obtenir com a mínim 25 punts en total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'EMT-Palma (https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat), apartat ocupació pública, la llista provisional de la&amp;nbsp;valoració d'aquest apartat. En el mateix acte s'obrirà un termini de tres dies hàbils (dissabtes i diumenges exclosos) per a presentar al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini que refereix el paràgraf anterior i esmenades, si escau, les al·legacions, el tribunal qualificador publicarà la llista definitiva dels resultats de la prova en la seu electrònica de l'EMT-Palma (https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat), apartat ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segona part – Prova competencial (20 punts sobre 70).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La segona part consistirà en una prova competencial amb una valoració màxima de 20 punts dins de la fase d'oposició, destinada a avaluar les competències professionals de la persona aspirant. S'estructurarà en dos exercicis: Un qüestionari competencial i una entrevista estructurada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El qüestionari serà corregit conforme a una plantilla de baremació establerta prèviament per un professional en la matèria, assignant puntuacions en funció de l'adequació de les respostes a les competències avaluades. La qualificació d'aquest exercici s'expressarà de 0 a 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'entrevista estructurada serà valorada mitjançant una plantilla prèviament definida que descrigui els nivells d'acompliment per a cada competència, atorgant igualment una puntuació de 0 a 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació final de la prova competencial resultarà de la suma de totes dues puntuacions, expressada en una escala de 0 a 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per títol de Formació Professional de Grau Superior relacionat amb el lloc de treball (no es valoraran aquelles titulacions que s'hagin presentat com a requisit ni convalidacions als mers efectes professionals): 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada grau universitari, llicenciatura, enginyeria tècnica o superior, relacionat amb el lloc de treball (no es valoraran aquelles titulacions que s'hagin presentat com a requisit): 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada màster oficial, postgrau oficial o doctorat relacionat amb el lloc de treball (no es valoraran aquelles titulacions que s'hagin presentat com a requisit ni aquelles que siguin considerades com a títol propi d'una universitat): 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Per cursos de formació complementària relacionada amb el lloc de treball a cobrir (màxim: 4 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos amb certificat d'aprofitament: 0,10 punts per cada 10 hores de durada, amb un límit màxim de 1,5 punts per curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos amb certificat d'assistència, o sense esment exprés: 0,05 punts per cada 10 hores de durada, amb un màxim de 0,75 punts per curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;* No es valoraran com a mèrit els estudis que constitueixin un requisit previ o necessari per a cursar altres estudis que sí que es valorin, ni aquells que siguin exigits com a requisit per a participar en la convocatòria, excepte els corresponents a títols de postgrau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, no es valoraran els cursos integrats en plans d'estudis universitaris, els estudis de doctorat, les accions formatives derivades de processos selectius ni els diplomes relatius a jornades, seminaris o activitats anàlogues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'acreditarà mitjançant l'aportació de fotocòpia de certificats oficials, diplomes i/o titulacions de la formació complementària en els quals s'especifiqui el nombre d'hores de durada, el seu contingut i data de celebració o, en defecte d'això, la data d'expedició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tots els casos només es valoraran una sola vegada els cursos relatius a una mateixa matèria, encara que s'hagi repetit la seva participació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mèrits de perfil (màxim: 15 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Experiència professional a partir de DOS (2) anys treballant en empreses públiques o privades on s'hagin fet tasques relacionades amb la plaça oferta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà l'experiència professional fent treballs propis de la plaça oferta, acreditada mitjançant certificat d'empresa, còpia de contracte laboral o qualsevol altre document que el constati, a raó de 0,1 punt per mes, no computant-se a aquest efecte els vint-i-quatre (24) mesos exigits com a requisit mínim d'accés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'experiència professional s'acreditarà presentant certificacions de l'ocupador on consti haver realitzat les labors descrites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'haurà de presentar Informe de Vida Laboral emès per la TGSS i Contracte de Treball o nomenament corporatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es tindrà en compte el nombre de dies cotitzats que apareguin en l'informe de vida laboral expedit per la TGSS, aportat per l'aspirant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits es valoraran amb referència a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds per a participar en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'EMT-Palma (https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat), apartat ocupació pública, la llista provisional de la valoració d'aquest apartat. En el mateix acte s'obrirà un termini de tres dies hàbils (dissabtes i diumenges exclosos) per a presentar al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini al qual es refereix el paràgraf anterior i esmenades, si escau, les al·legacions, el tribunal qualificador publicarà la llista definitiva dels resultats de la valoració dels mèrits en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'EMT-Palma &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat), apartat ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que el Tribunal qualificador comprovi l'existència de frau una vegada publicades les llistes definitives, aquest frau determina l'exclusió del procés i la consideració de no haver participat, a més de les actuacions legals que derivin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Criteris de desempat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat, aquest s'ha de resoldre atenent els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;La major puntuació obtinguda en la prova competencial exercici de la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La major experiència laboral a la categoria oferta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La major puntuació obtinguda en els mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Les persones víctimes de violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La persona de més edat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Si persisteix finalment l'empat, s'ha de fer un sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.5.4.- Vigència de les llistes de possibles emprats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La borsa de treball resultant de la present convocatòria mantindrà la seva vigència fins al 30 de juny de 2029, o fins a l'esgotament dels candidats i candidates de la llista, o bé fins quan s'acabi el procés de consolidació mitjançant concurs oposició per a obtenir la condició de personal laboral fix. No obstant això, els aspirants que en el moment de la finalització de la vigència de la bossa tinguin un contracte laboral temporal en vigor, mantindran aquest contracte fins a la data de finalització estipulada en aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.5.5.- Ordre d'incorporació i crida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada finalitzat el procés de selecció, els aspirants que hagin obtingut les places fixes convocades seran anomenats per a formalitzar el seu contracte, seguint l'estricte ordre de prelació de la llista definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants que integrin la borsa d'ocupació podran ser contractats temporalment segons les necessitats de l'Empresa, seguint el mateix ordre de prelació, una vegada adjudicades les places fixes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Crides i Comunicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les crides es realitzaran per qualsevol mitjà que consideri l'EMT-Palma, podent fer-se telefònicament o mitjançant qualsevol mitjà acreditable en dret. L'aspirant disposarà d'un termini de 2 dies hàbils, des de l'endemà de la comunicació, per a donar resposta. Els aspirants hauran de mantenir permanentment actualitzats les seves dades de contacte (telèfon, correu electrònic i adreça postal) davant l'EMT-Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Renúncia i penalització&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aspirant serà exclòs definitivament de la llista (tant per a les places fixes com per a la bossa) si renúncia injustificadament dues vegades consecutives a un contracte ofert. S'entendrà que s'ha produït la renúncia injustificada a la contractació si l'aspirant no compareix dins del termini comunicat per l'empresa per a formalitzar el contracte o si renúncia expressament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Causes justificades de rebuig&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es consideren causes justificades de rebuig temporal del contracte les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Malaltia acreditada mitjançant el corresponent certificat mèdic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Període d'embaràs, maternitat o situacions assimilades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− A petició de l'interessat, qualsevol altra que de manera excepcional l'EMT-Palma estimi oportuna de forma motivada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquests casos, els aspirants conservaran el seu lloc en la llista i podran ser citats novament quan deixin de concórrer les causes de rebuig, sempre que hagin comunicat a l'EMT-Palma la seva disponibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Període de prova&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, s'haurà de superar un període de prova de quatre mesos, segons el que s'estableix en l'article 14 de l'Estatut dels Treballadors. La no superació del període de prova suposarà la rescissió del contracte i la pèrdua de qualsevol dret de permanència en la borsa d'ocupació. Les situacions esmentades en l'article 14.3 de l'Estatut dels Treballadors (incapacitat temporal, etc.) interrompran el còmput d'aquest període.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Efectes de la borsa d'ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La inclusió dels aspirants en la borsa d'ocupació no generarà cap dret de contractació, sinó només l'expectativa de crida per a ser contractat temporalment en funció de les necessitats de servei de l'Empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Per a la valoració dels mèrits que resultin necessaris, el Tribunal podrà disposar de la incorporació d'assessors o assessores especialistes, els quals es limitaran a prestar l'esmentada col·laboració en les seves especialitats tècniques i tindran veu, però no vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
