&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Així mateix, les obligacions dels beneficiaris dels ajuts, que en base a l' article 15 de la convocatòria són::&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els/les beneficiaris/es hauran de comunicar l'acceptació de la subvenció, no obstant això, passats 5 dies hàbils des de la publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) de la resolució definitiva sense cap resposta, s'entendrà que l'associació beneficiària accepta la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Realitzar l' activitat que fonamenta la concessió de l' ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Justificar la realització de l' activitat, així com del compliment dels requisits i les condicions que determinen la concessió de l' ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sotmetre' s a les actuacions de comprovació de l' Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Recollir, en tots els elements publicitaris de l'activitat subvencionada, la col·laboració de l'Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas de concessió de l' ajut, l' entitat beneficiària haurà de publicar un anunci a la seva pàgina web, xarxes socials, tauler d' anuncis o un mitjà similar, informant sobre la concessió de la mateixa per part de l' Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la present Resolució que posa fi a la via administrativa, pot interposar alternativament recurs de reposició potestatiu davant l'Alcaldessa d'aquest Ajuntament, en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà al de la recepció de la present notificació o publicació de la resolució, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques; o bé interposar directament recurs contenciós-administratiu, davant el Jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos, a comptar des de l'endemà al de la recepció de la present notificació, de conformitat amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciós-Administrativa. Si s'optés per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu no podrà interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que aquell sigui resolt expressament o s'hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci. Tot això sense perjudici de què pugui interposar Vè. qualsevol altre recurs que pogués estimar més convenient al seu dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
