&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; 16 de desembre de 2026,&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;la coordinadora del FIOP, una vegada elaborat el Pla de Formació FIOP, que inclou l'oferta de cursos dirigits al col·lectiu de persones amb discapacitat per a l'any 2026 i les bases aplicables, va emetre un informe proposta sobre aquesta oferta amb la finalitat d'aprovar la convocatòria corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En la sessió de 8 de gener &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;de 2026, a proposta de la presidenta de l'EBAP, el Consell de Direcció, en exercici de la funció que estableix l'article 11.2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; dels Estatuts de l' EBAP, va aprovar el Pla de Formació FIOP per l'any 2026, que inclou l'oferta de cursos dirigits al col·lectiu de persones amb discapacitat (annex 2) per a l'any 2025 i les bases per les quals es regeixen aquests cursos (annex 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. D'acord amb el que estableix l'article 12 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, correspon a l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP) la formació, la capacitació i el perfeccionament del personal al servei de l'Administració autonòmica i de les entitats que en depenen. Així mateix, aquesta norma afegeix que, en els termes que s'estableixin, correspon a l' EBAP la realització d'activitats formatives i de selecció del personal al servei de les altres administracions de l'àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'article 1 del Decret 191/1996, de 25 d'octubre, pel qual es regulen les condicions generals de les activitats formatives que organitza la Conselleria d'Interior (actualment, Conselleria de Treball, funció pública i diàleg social), indica que l'Institut Balear d'Administració Pública (actualment, Escola Balear d'Administració Pública) és el principal instrument de la política formativa de l'Administració pública de les Illes Balears, i elabora periòdicament diferents plans de formació que responen als principis d'eficàcia i de qualitat de les activitats formatives, amb la finalitat d'afavorir la participació del personal al servei de l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'article 5.14 del Decret 31/2012, de 13 d'abril, pel qual s'aproven els Estatuts de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, inclou, entre les seves funcions, la promoció, l'organització i la gestió de la formació específica de les persones amb discapacitat, per tal de facilitar-ne la incorporació a llocs de treball de les administracions públiques de l'àmbit territorial de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La resolució de la Presidenta de l' EBAP, a proposta de la directora gerent, per la qual es fixen les àrees de formació en què s'han d'estructurar els plans de formació que organitza l'Escola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, d'acord amb les atribucions que atorga l'article 11.2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; dels Estatuts de l' EBAP, el Consell de Direcció adopta els següents acords:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ACORDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Aprovar l'oferta de cursos per a les persones amb discapacitat del Pla de Formació FIOP aprovada pel Consell de Direcció de l' EBAP per a l'any 2026, d'acord amb el que estableix l'annex 2 d'aquest Acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar les bases que regeixen el desenvolupament d'aquest pla de formació, també aprovades pel Consell de Direcció, d'acord amb el que estableix l'annex 1 d'aquest Acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Delegar a la Direcció Gerència de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública la modificació o la supressió dels cursos en funció de la demanda i la disponibilitat pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar aquest Acord del Consell de Direcció en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquest Acord, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el Consell de Direcció de l' EBAP en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la publicació en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquest Acord, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. L'objecte d'aquestes bases és fixar el termini de presentació de les sol·licituds, els requisits d'inscripció, els criteris de selecció dels alumnes i el desenvolupament dels cursos del Pla de Formació per a Persones amb Discapacitat per a l'any 2026 .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. La inscripció als cursos del FIOP suposa l'acceptació d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3. Correspon a la Direcció Gerència de l' EBAP resoldre els aspectes i les incidències que puguin sorgir sobre l'aplicació d'aquestes bases o sobre els casos que no s'hi prevegin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 2. Persones destinatàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Les persones destinatàries de les activitats formatives del FIOP són les que acreditin una discapacitat igual o superior a un 33% i que tinguin interès a treballar en l'Administració pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears o bé es trobin en situació de servei actiu dins l' Administració Pública, atenent als requisits necessaris per a cada curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. Les persones esmentades en el punt anterior tenen dret a participar en les activitats formatives del FIOP en els termes i en les condicions que es determinen en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 3. Requisits d'inscripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. Cursos per a persones amb discapacitat&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;que no tenguin el seu origen en una discapacitat intel·lectual&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;(reserva 5%).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableixen com a requisits generals en aquest apartat: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir una discapacitat igual o superior al 33% que no tingui el seu origen en una discapacitat intel·lectual ( Requisit exclusiu).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Autonomia personal ( Requisit exclusiu).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Situació laboral en atur (valorable).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Haver participat o participar en algun procés selectiu d'oposició d'Administració públiques (valorable).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A part dels requisits generals, cada acció formativa específica pot definir els requisits més concrets, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentació corresponent a aquests requisits, haurà de ser presentada juntament amb la sol·licitud, si no consta en poder de l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir una discapacitat igual o superior al 33% que tingui el seu origen en una discapacitat intel·lectual ( Requisit exclusiu) o formar part dels cossos d'ordenança de suport, mosso de suport o auxiliar de suport de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Autonomia personal ( Requisit exclusiu).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Situació laboral en atur (valorable).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Haver participat o participar en algun procés selectiu d'oposició d'Administració públiques (valorable).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A part dels requisits generals, cada acció formativa específica pot definir requisits més concrets si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentació corresponent a aquests requisits, haurà de ser presentada juntament amb la sol·licitud, si no consta en poder de l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 4. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. El termini d'inscripció previst per a les activitats formatives del primer semestre és de 10 dies hàbils,&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;a partir de l'endemà de la publicació en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per al segon semestre, el termini d'inscripció s'obrirà dins el mes de setembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2 Es podran obrir terminis extraordinaris d'inscripció a activitats formatives que disposin de places disponibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3. En l'annex 2 d'aquest Acord es publiquen les dates d'impartició de les activitats formatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.4. Les sol·licituds presentades fora de termini no es tindran en compte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.5. La forma d'inscripció a les activitats formatives en «darrer minut» només és aplicable a les activitats de modalitat presencial o de vídeo formació ; excepte, pel que fa a les activitats de la modalitat semipresencial, que també serà aplicable si el primer dia de l'activitat coincideix amb una sessió presencial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 5 Modalitats de les activitats formatives&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les activitats d'aquesta convocatòria es desenvolupen a partir de diferents modalitats en funció dels seus objectius d'aprenentatge. Les modalitats són les que s'exposen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Presencial. Activitats que s'imparteixen en un aula on l'alumnat i el personal docent comparteixen espai físic comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— En línia. Activitats desenvolupades en la plataforma Moodle mitjançant canals electrònics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Semipresencial. Combina dos espais d'aprenentatge: un de físic i un de virtual. Hi ha interacció amb el docent a l'espai Moodle i a les sessions presencials que són a un espai comú (aula).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Vídeo formació. És la modalitat en la qual les persones participants es troben en temps real a través d'una plataforma de videoconferència ( Per exemple Via Zoom).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— En línia i vídeo formació. Combina dos espais d'aprenentatge: una aula virtual i un espai d'interrelació entre les persones que participen a través d'una eina de videoconferència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Presencial i vídeo formació. Combina sessions que s'imparteixen en un aula on l'alumnat i el personal docent comparteixen espai físic i sessions en temps real a través d'una plataforma de videoconferència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 6. Modalitats d'inscripció als cursos i presentació de documentació . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1 Empleats amb accés al Portal de Serveis al Personal de la CAIB. El personal de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i el personal del sector públic instrumental amb accés al Portal de Serveis al Personal ha de tramitar les sol·licituds per aquest mitjà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.L'alumnat que no es troba en actiu dins el Govern de les Illes Balears, pot tramitar la sol·licitud seguint algun dels procediments:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Mitjançant la inscripció per Internet de la següent manera: S'han de tramitar les sol·licituds accedint a la pàgina web de l'EBAP ( http://ebap.caib.es); a continuació, des d' Accessos directes, s'ha de clicar a «Plans de Formació de l'EBAP 2026» a continuació, s'ha d'accedir al pla (FIOP); finalment, accedeix a oferta de cursos ( Mallorca, Menorca o Eivissa) i una vegada accedit a un curs es pot accedir a: «Matriculació per Internet». No s'ha d'enviar a l' EBAP el justificant de matriculació que apareix al final del procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el moment d'emplenar la sol·licitud, les persones interessades han de signar una declaració responsable sobre la veracitat de dades consignades, inclosa en el mateix tràmit telemàtic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada realitzada la sol·licitud, es podrà aportar la documentació necessària segons l'acció formativa a l'adreça electrònica corresponent:fiop@ebap.caib.es (Mallorca)/ ebapmenorca@caib.es (Menorca) / ebapeivissa@caib.es (Eivissa).. Si sorgeix algun impediment, els alumnes es poden posar en contacte mitjançant els telèfons de l'EBAP de les seus de les Illes (Palma 971177626/ Maó 971177197/ Eivissa 971177689).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Mitjançant inscripció presencial, amb el model de sol·licitud disponible a la pàgina web de l'EBAP (http://ebap.caib.es) &amp;gt; Impresos d'utilitat &amp;gt; Model de sol·licitud de curs, o a les seus de l'EBAP, on hi podreu trobar l'imprès de la sol·licitud. S'han d'emplenar totes les dades de la sol·licitud, inclosa l'adreça electrònica, que és l'eina per comunicar l'admissió al curs. Les sol·licituds incompletes poden ser causa d'exclusió. Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar en el Registre de l'EBAP o en qualsevol de les formes que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (si es fa la sol·licitud en qualsevol forma legalment prevista, que no sigui el registre de l'EBAP, s'ha de comunicar a l' adreça electrònica corresponent: fiop@caib.es( Mallorca)/ ebapmenorca@caib.es (Menorca)/ ebapeivissa@caib.es ( Eivissa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud per participar en aquest procediment suposa el coneixement i l'acceptació inequívocs de l'aspirant del tractament de les dades de caràcter personal a càrrec de l'òrgan competent i únicament per a les finalitats establertes. El tractament de la informació facilitada en les sol·licituds tindrà en compte les previsions del Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 27 d'abril de 2016, relatiu a la protecció de les persones físiques pel que fa al tractament de dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades, i a la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt . 7 Selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. Només s'admetran les sol·licituds que compleixen els requisits que estableix la convocatòria corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. La selecció es farà atenent els requisits, les característiques del curs i l'evolució formativa dels alumnes durant el transcurs d'anteriors activitats del Pla FIOP. En el cas de les persones que no han participat en les edicions anteriors, es tindrà en compte el compliment dels requisits específics establerts per a cada illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 8. Llistes de persones admeses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'EBAP publicarà la llista de persones admeses a la seva pàgina web (&amp;lt;http://ebap.caib.es&amp;gt;) i també comunicarà individualment l'admissió a cada alumne mitjançant l'adreça electrònica facilitada a l'EBAP .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 9. Causes de no admissió o exclusió de les activitats formatives&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quedaran excloses del procés de selecció les persones que incorrin en alguna de les circumstàncies següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Presentació de sol·licituds fora de termini o per una via diferent de les que s'esmenten en en el punt 6 d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Omissió, inexactitud o falta de veracitat de les dades consignades en la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) No pertànyer al grup destinatari de l'activitat formativa o no compliment dels requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 10. Supressió i modificació dels cursos i resolució de casos especials&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1. L' EBAP, per desenvolupar millor les funcions que té encomanades, pot suprimir cursos; organitzar-ne de no programats amb anterioritat per necessitats puntuals que hagin sorgit; efectuar-ne diverses edicions sempre que les circumstàncies ho aconsellin i modificar-ne, si és pertinent, els continguts, la durada, les dates i els programes enunciats per adaptar-los als requeriments de la formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2. Es poden excloure dels cursos els alumnes que no compleixin les normes elementals de comportament, respecte i consideració cap als professors o tutors, la resta d'alumnes o el personal de l' EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.3. En general, els cursos han de tenir entre deu i vint alumnes a Mallorca, entre tres i quinze alumnes a Menorca i a Eivissa. Aquesta quantitat pot augmentar o disminuir només en el cas que el contingut del curs i/o l'estructura de l'activitat formativa ho permetin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 11. Llista d'espera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.1. En totes les activitats formatives es poden establir places de reserva per cobrir les baixes o les renúncies que hi hagi. L' EBAP actualitzarà aquesta llista d'espera de manera interna i en farà la gestió pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2. En qualsevol cas, correspon a l' EBAP la confirmació i la comunicació de l'admissió a un curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 12 Material didàctic dels cursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El material didàctic es farà arribar a l'alumnat de la manera més adient als continguts i a les recomanacions dels docents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 13 Instruccions per a les activitats formatives la modalitat presencial &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.1. Amb l'admissió es contreu l'obligació d'assistir a les activitats formatives. Si no es pot assistir a les activitats, s'ha de comunicar per escrit a l'adreça electrònica &amp;lt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;fiop@caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;gt; amb la major antelació possible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.2. Les absències superiors al 20% d'hores lectives, encara que estiguin justificades, suposen la pèrdua del dret a obtenir els certificats d'aprofitament que es regulen en el punt 13 d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.3. Les persones en situació d'incapacitat temporal no poden assistir a les activitats formatives de l' EBAP. La incapacitat temporal s'ha de comunicar per escrit a l'adreça electrònica &amp;lt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;fiop@caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;gt;, per tal de cobrir, si escau, la plaça vacant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.4. Respecte al punt anterior, s'exceptuen els casos en què es presenti un informe mèdic a l'EBAP que justifiqui que el seguiment de les activitats formatives és compatible amb la incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 14. Instruccions per a les activitats formatives de la modalitat &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;en línia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.1. Per fer les activitats formatives de la modalitat en línia, és imprescindible que els alumnes disposin, durant el desenvolupament de les activitats, d'un aparell amb connexió a Internet que en permeti el seguiment. En cas contrari, no es poden fer les activitats formatives en línia de l' EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És necessari que l'aparell amb connexió a Internet tengui les característiques tècniques següen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Navegador Mozilla Firefox o Google Chrome actualitzat ( recomanat).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Java Runtime Environment ( necessari per fer certs tipus d'activitats).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.2. Per fer les activitats formatives de la modalitat en línia, és imprescindible que els alumnes tinguin una adreça electrònica que sigui operativa, atès que totes les comunicacions de l' EBAP amb els alumnes es vehiculen per aquest mitjà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.3. A les activitats formatives de la modalitat en línia, les persones en situació d'incapacitat temporal poden participar, excepte si la persona interessada considera que no pot complir el programa previst d' objectius i continguts de les activitats. En aquest cas, ha de comunicar-ho a l' EBAP, amb la finalitat, si procedeix, de cobrir la plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.4. Els alumnes admesos en la modalitat en línia estan obligats a accedir a les activitats formatives abans que comencin. En cas contrari, són donats de baixa, excepte si, amb antelació, justifiquen que no podran accedir a l'activitat. Les places que resten lliures poden ser ocupades per persones de la llista d'espera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.5. A l'efecte de descarregar documents, les activitats formatives de la modalitat en línia es tanquen i s'oculten a la plataforma virtual un mes després d'haver acabat el període de docència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.6. En el moment de començar les activitats formatives en línia, els alumnes admesos han de llegir la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Guia de l'alumnat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, que recull les instruccions concretes sobre el funcionament i el desenvolupament de les activitats i sobre els requisits mínims per obtenir els certificats d'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.7. El que no especifica aquest punt 12 sobre les activitats formatives en línia es regula amb les bases generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 15. Instruccions per les activitats formatives de la modalitat semipresencial, videoformació i en línia i vídeo formació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.1 En les activitats formatives semipresencials i en les activitats en línia i vídeo formació, s'apliquen les mateixes instruccions que en les activitats formatives de la modalitat presencial i en línia segons pertoqui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.2 A les sessions de vídeo formació ( a través de ZOOM, per exemple), les persones que hi participen s'han d'identificar amb el nom i llinatges, tal com figuren en la sol·licitud d'inscripció. Així mateix, han de disposar de càmera web i mantenir-la activada al llarg de tota la sessió a fi d'acreditar la participació. Els alumnes són els responsables de comprovar que hi han assistit amb el nom correcte i, si no és aix´í modificar-lo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, l'eina de videoconferència registra l'hora d'entrada i sortida de la sala i el temps total que s'hi ha romàs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 16. Certificats d'assistència o d'aprofitament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.1. Les activitats objecte d'aquesta convocatòria únicament permeten obtenir certificats d'aprofitament, llevat de les activitats concebudes com a jornades, conferències o tallers que són inferiors a 10 hores de durada, de les quals es poden expedir certificats d'assistència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.2. Les activitats objecte d'aquesta convocatòria donen lloc a obtenir el certificat d'assistència o d'aprofitament, segons correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.3. Els alumnes que hagin assistit, com a mínim, al 80 % de les hores lectives dels cursos i hagin superat les avaluacions corresponents, obtindran el certificat d'aprofitament; en cas de no superar l'avaluació, obtindran el certificat d'assistència obligatòria mínima, el qual no eximeix que pugui ser emès un certificat d'assistència de les hores realitzades, sempre a criteri de la valoració de les tècniques del FIOP. Els coneixements s'avaluen mitjançant la superació de proves escrites i/o treballs, o mitjançant altres modalitats d'avaluació relacionades amb el contingut de l'activitat formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.4. L'única forma de demostrar l'assistència a un curs presencial és mitjançant la signatura; per això, els alumnes s'han d'assegurar d'haver signat el full de control d'entrada i de sortida de cada una de les sessions de què consti l'activitat. En cas que només se signi l'entrada i no la sortida, o viceversa, es considera que s'ha assistit a la meitat d'hores de la sessió. La falsificació de la signatura suposa la pèrdua del dret a certificat i l'exclusió dels cursos de l' EBAP durant un any. En qualsevol cas, la signatura ha de coincidir amb la del DNI o amb la de la sol·licitud d'inscripció. La penalització es farà extensible a la persona autora de la falsificació, independentment de totes les altres accions conforme a dret que es puguin dur a terme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.5 S'expedeix el certificat d'aprofitament als alumnes de la modalitat presencial i vídeo formació que assisteixin a un 80% d'hores lectives com a mínim, i que superin l'avaluació corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.6. S'expedeix el certificat d'aprofitament als alumnes de la modalitat en línia que compleixen els requisits d'avaluació especificats en les instruccions de l'activitat formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 17. Llista de persones amb dret a certificat d'aprofitament o assistència. Enviament i reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.1. En el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'acabament del curs, l' EBAP publicarà a la seva pàgina web (&amp;lt;http://ebap.caib.es&amp;gt;) la llista de persones participants que tenen dret al certificat d'assistència o al certificat d'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.2. Els certificats expedits s'envien per correu electrònic, amb signatura digital.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.3. Es poden presentar reclamacions en el termini de trenta dies naturals, comptadors a partir de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat la llista de persones participants que tenen dret al certificat d'assistència o al certificat d'aprofitament. Una vegada finalitzat aquest termini i resoltes les reclamacions, l'acta del curs serà definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Punt 18. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informació sobre protecció de dades personals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb el Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 27 d'abril de 2016, relatiu a la protecció de les persones físiques pel que fa al tractament de dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades (RGPD) i amb la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals, s'informa del tractament de dades personals necessàries a aquest procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Legitimació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tractament de les dades és necessari per complir una obligació legal i el tractament de les dades és necessari per complir una missió realitzada en interès públic i en l'exercici de poders públics conferits al responsable del tractament, com és la formació dels empleats públics amb discapacitat i la formació per accedir a l'ocupació pública de persones amb discapacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 27 d'abril de 2016, relatiu a la protecció de les persones físiques pel que fa al tractament de dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Llei orgànica 3/2018, del 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consentiment per al tractament de dades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La presentació de la sol·licitud per a la participació en les activitats formatives suposa el coneixement i l'acceptació inequívocs de l'aspirant del tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que farà l'òrgan competent i únicament per als fins establerts (Incloses les dades relatives a la salut.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Destinataris de da&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;des&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; personals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En el cas d'empleats públics en actiu de la CAIB, es cediran les dades relatives a la certificació dels cursos a la Direcció General de Funció Pública de la Conselleria de Presidència i Administracions Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Criteris de conservació de dades les dades personals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els terminis de conservació de les dades són els necessaris per complir la finalitat del procediment i els que preveu la legislació d'arxius per a les administracions públiques, d'acord amb l'article 26 de la Llei Orgànica 3/ 2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals i la Llei 6/2022, de 5 d'agost, d'arxius i gestió documental de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Existència de decisions automatitzad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;s: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es produiran decisions automatitzades, inclosa l'elaboració de perfils, amb les dades personals dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transferències de dades a tercers països:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les dades no es transferiran a tercers països.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Exercici de drets i reclamacions: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones afectades pel tractament de dades personals tenen dret a sol·licitar a l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública la confirmació que les seves dades són objecte de tractament, l'accés a les dades personals, la informació, la seva rectificació o supressió, la limitació o oposició al tractament i la no inclusió en tractaments automatitzats (i fins i tot retirar el consentiment, si escau, en els termes establerts al Reglament General de Protecció de dades). També tenen dret a la portabilitat de les dades en els termes que l'exercici d'aquest dret pugui afectar el procés formatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'exercici d'aquests drets es pot sol·licitar l'EBAP, com a responsable del tractament, mitjançant el procediment «Sol·licitud d'exercici de drets en matèria de protecció de dades personals», previst a la seu electrònica de la CAIB (seuelectronica.caib.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb posterioritat a la resposta del responsable o si no hi hagués resposta en el termini d'un mes, es pot presentar la «Reclamació de tutela de drets» davant l'Agència Espanyola de Protecció de Dades (AEPD) (https://www.aepd.es ).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conseqüències de no facilitar les dades personals: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No presentar les dades personals necessàries implica que la persona interessada no pugui dur a terme les activitats formatives. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
