&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El nomenament com a funcionaris en pràctiques produirà efectes des de la data del començament del curs de capacitació a l&amp;apos;Escola Balear de Seguretat Pública de les Illes Balears, que està previst pel proper dia 21 de gener de 2026. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El nomenament de l&amp;apos;aspirant com a funcionaris en pràctiques s&amp;apos;haurà de mantenir fins que siguin nomenats com a funcionaris de carrera, si cal, o qualificats com a no aptes, tot d&amp;apos;acord a l&amp;apos;article 177 del Decret 40/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar la present Resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) així com a la seu electrònica de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament [https://sapobla.eadministracio.cat/] i al portal de transparència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
