    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Regidoria delegada d'Interior i Recursos humans mitjançant Decret l'Alcaldia núm. 6773 de data 30 de desembre de 2025 ha resolt aprovar, a la vista dels resultats de la convocatòria de proves selectives per a cobrir, com a funcionaris de carrera, divuit places de policia local al servei de l'Ajuntament de Marratxí, el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Nomenar policies locals de l'Ajuntament de Marratxí, funcionaris en pràctiques, amb efectivitat del dia següent al de la publicació del present nomenament al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, a les persones aspirants següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Abraham Arcos, Arnau (431xxxxxH).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;18. Suau Janer, Laura (432xxxxxY).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Les persones aspirants nomenades en el present decret prendran possessió com a funcionaris en pràctiques en la data de 21 de gener de 2026, data en que tindrà inici per part de l'EBAP del curs bàsic de capacitació per accedir a la categoria de policia del cos de policia local per a l'any 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Els policies locals funcionaris en pràctiques nomenats a l'apartat primer de la present resolució, mentre duri el període pràctiques, percebran les serves retribucions d'acord amb l'establert a l'article 34.bis de la Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Acordar la publicació del present Decret al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, comunicant-ho al negociat de Seguretat ciutadana als efectes adients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. Comunicar l'inici de les pràctiques a la Junta de Personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra l'esmentada resolució, podrà interposar el recurs de reposició que s'estableix als articles 52 LBRL i 123 LPAC, en el termini d'un mes comptador del dia següent al de la recepció del present escrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'esmentat recurs s'entendrà desestimat si transcorregués altre mes sense que es notifiqui la seva resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra el resolt en el recurs de reposició, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu en el termini de DOS MESOS comptador del dia següent al de la notificació de l'acte si aquest fos exprés. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no ho fos, el termini serà de SIS MESOS comptador del dia següent a aquell, en que, d'acord amb la seva normativa específica, es produís l'acte presumpte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstant, podrà utilitzar qualsevol altre recurs si ho creu convenient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
