2025-12-30 CAIB 965069 424 320 ca 2026-01-03 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Atès que el Consell Executiu d'aquest Consell Insular, en sessió de caràcter ordinari de 2 de juny de 2025 aprovà la convocatòria d'ajuts per a la millora d'instal·lacions privades gestionades per entitats esportives sense ànim de lucre 2025 (BOIB núm. 77 de 19 de juny de 2025), que es regeix per les bases reguladores aprovades pel Consell Executiu d'aquest Consell Insular, en sessió de caràcter ordinari de 14 d'octubre de 2024 (BOIB núm. 147 de 9 de novembre de 2024).</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Atès que dins el termini establert en la convocatòria d'ajuts han tingut entrada al registre del Consell Insular de Menorca 18 sol·licituds de 9 entitats esportives, el detall de les quals figura en aquest document.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Atès que de totes les sol·licituds presentades a la convocatòria, dues entitats no obtenen l'ajut pels motius que s'indiquen en la proposta de concessió.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Atès que en data 25 de novembre de 2025 s'ha reunit la Comissió Avaluadora per examinar els expedients d'ajuts i s'ha acordat el repartiment de les quantitats totals per ambdues línies d'ajut.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">La proposta de resolució de l'instructor ha estat fiscalitzada, amb informe favorable emès per l'interventor.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">L'import global màxim de la convocatòria és de 260.000 € (dos-cents seixanta mil euros), desglossats de la següent manera:</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">-<strong> Línia 1.</strong> Inversió feta per a la millora de les instal·lacions esportives; espais de pràctica esportiva i zones complementàries que ha assumit l'entitat; cent vuitanta mil euros (180.000,00 €), dels quals es concedeixen cent cinquanta-quatre mil cent quaranta-un coma disset (154.141,17 €).</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">- <strong>Línia 2</strong>. Manteniment preventiu i correctiu de la instal·lació esportiva fet per part de l'entitat: vuitanta mil euros (80.000,00 €), dels quals es concedeixen vuitanta-set mil nou-cents vuitanta-set coma seixanta-sis<span style="color:#000000"> </span>(87.987,66 €).</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Atès que en el mateix apartat de la convocatòria es preveu que en el cas que per a la línia 1 no s'esgoti la consignació pressupostària, la quantitat sobrant s'assignarà a la línia 2, d'acord amb el previst a la convocatòria, i viceversa.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">D'aquesta manera el total d'ajuts que s'atorguen a aquesta convocatòria és de dos-cents quaranta-dos mil cent vint-i-vuit coma vuitanta-tres (242.128,83 €).</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">L'article 33.2 <em>k </em>de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, atribueix als consellers executius la resolució de les convocatòries d'ajudes i subvencions.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Com a titular del Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports, en exercici de les competències atribuïdes per l'article 33 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, pel Decret de presidència núm. 275/2022, de 6 de setembre de 2022, relatiu a la delegació de competències de la Presidència en els consellers executius (BOIB núm. 118 de 8 de setembre de 2022), l'acord del Consell executiu de 5 de setembre de 2022, relatiu a la delegació de competències del Consell Executiu en la presidenta i en els consellers i conselleres executives (BOIB núm. 118 de 8 de setembre de 2022), tot l'anterior en relació amb el Decret de presidència núm. 421/2019 de 9 de juliol, de creació dels departaments (BOIB núm. 93 ext. font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">- El <strong>Penya Ciutadella Esportiva i el Penya Orient Esportiu</strong> sol·liciten l'ajut però no en poden ser beneficiaris per no complir el requisit de desenvolupar l'activitat esportiva en una instal·lació privada.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Tercer. </strong>Aplicar la despesa derivada de la concessió d'aquests ajuts, per un total de cent cinquanta-quatre mil cent quaranta-un coma disset (154.141,17 €) de la partida 4.34100.7890000 i vuitanta-set mil nou-cents vuitanta-set coma seixanta-sis (87.987,66 €) de la partida 4.34100.4890026 del pressupost del Consell Insular de Menorca de 2025.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Quart. </strong>Remetre la resolució de l'expedient de concessió o denegació dels ajuts a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions i publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, en compliment de l'art. 20.8 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Contra aquest acord – que no exhaureix la via administrativa – es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el Consell Executiu en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015,d'1d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
