    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local de l'Ajuntament d'Inca, a la seva sessió de dia 23 de desembre de 2025 va adoptar els següents acords:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"Primer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la convocatòria i les bases del procès selectiu per a cobrir mitjançant el sistema de concurs oposició una plaça de personal funcionari escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, Bibliotecari/a (Grup A/A1), per a la seva cobertura per torn lliure. Aquestes bases figuren a l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obrir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el procés per a la cobertura d'aquesta plaça de conformitat amb les bases s'aproven i que figuren a l'expedient, i disposar que la convocatòria s'anunciï al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat, a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament d'Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES QUE HAN DE REGIR LA CONVOCATÒRIA PER A LA COBERTURA D'UNA PLAÇA DE PERSONAL FUNCIONARI DE CARRERA TÈCNIC SUPERIOR BIBLIOTECARI/A I LA POSTERIOR CREACIÓ D'UN BORSÍ D'AQUESTA CATEGORIA PER TORN LLIURE I MITJANÇANT SISTEMA DE CONCURS OPOSICIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA. Objecte de la Convocatòria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte de la present convocatòria és la cobertura d'una plaça de personal funcionari de carrera Tècnic superior Bibliotecari Grup A1, per torn lliure, inclosa dins l'oferta d'ocupació pública de l'any 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Característiques del lloc de treball:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Drets d'examen: 18 euros (Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per expedició de documents administratius, BOIB Núm 135 de 3 d'octubre de 2023)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La seva dedicació, jornades de treball i retribucions seran de jornada completa de treball del personal funcionari d'aquesta corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aspirant que superi el procés selectiu i que, per tant, sigui nomenat personal funcionari de carrera tècnic superior bibliotecari/a desenvoluparà les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA. CONDICIONS DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per prendre part en aquestes proves selectives, les persones aspirants hauran de reunir, en la data d'expiració del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds, els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o alguna altra de les que permeten l'accés a l'ocupació pública segons l'article 57 del Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Haver complert els setze anys i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa, ambdues referides al dia en què finalitzi el termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estar en possessió d'alguna de les titulacions següents: grau universitari o llicenciatura de Biblioteconomia i Documentació, o de Informació i Documentació, o equivalent. En el cas de titulacions expedides a l'estranger s'ha d'aportar la corresponent documentació que n'acrediti l'homologació oficial o reconeixement del Ministeri d'Educació i Formació Professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha de fer constar a la sol·licitud de participació la titulació que al·leguen per a poder accedir, per evitar puntuar a la fase de concurs la mateixa titulació que s'al·lega com a requisit per a l'accés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No patir malaltia o defecte físic o psíquic que impedeixi el desenvolupament de les corresponents funcions de tècnic superior Bibliotecari. És a dir, tenir les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions del cos, escala o especialitat en què s'inclou la plaça oferta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No haver estat separat/ada mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni estar en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que exercien en el cas del personal laboral, del qual hagi estat separat/ada o inhabilitat/ada. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre estat, no ha d'estar inhabilitat/ada o en situació equivalent ni ha d'haver estat sotmès/esa a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi en el seu estat, en els mateixos termes, accedir a l'ocupació pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No estar sotmès/esa a causa d'incapacitat o incompatibilitat de les contingudes en la legislació local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Acreditar documentalment el coneixement de llengua catalana mitjançant l'aportació de fotocòpia del certificat de nivell C1 (nivell de domini funcional efectiu) de català de la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o un altre organisme reconegut a aquest efecte en la legislació vigent. En cas que no es pugui acreditar, s'haurà de realitzar una prova de coneixements de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell C1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Prèviament a l'acte de la presa de possessió, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar la manifestació de complir els requisits assenyalats als apartats d), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Acreditar el pagament taxa d'examen d'acord amb allò disposat a l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per expedició de documents administratius: 18 euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA.- DRETS D'EXAMEN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La taxa pels drets d'examen té un import de 18 euros, que s'hauran d'abonar dins el termini d'admissió de sol·licituds. Pagar els drets d'examen no suposa en cap cas el tràmit de presentació de la sol·licitud a l'Administració dins el termini establert. No escau la devolució de l'import íntegre satisfet en concepte de taxa per drets d'examen en els supòsits d'exclusió de les proves selectives per causes imputables a les persones interessades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per dur a terme aquest pagament, l'interessat s'ha de dirigir a https://inca.tributoslocales.es, pagar taxes, taxa per expedició de document, on figura tipus de document que indiquen dret examen, taxa per expedició documents-autoritzacions i llicències, i han de seleccionar sol·licitud proves selecció del personal-A1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA. PRESENTACIÓ D'INSTÀNCIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds per participar en les proves selectives s'hauran de presentar, telemàticament mitjançant el tràmit extern creat a aquest efecte a la Seu Electrònica de l'Ajuntament o bé en el Registre General d'aquest Ajuntament o en qualsevol de les formes previstes a l'art. 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre. En tot cas, aquestes sol·licituds s'hauran d'ajustar al model oficial que consta a l'annex II de les presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de no presentar-se la instància a la Seu electrònica o en el Registre General de l'Ajuntament, es convenient que la persona interessada avanci la sol·licitud registrada abans de la finalització del termini de la presentació de les instàncies mitjançant l'enviament d'un correu electrònic a l'adreça secretaria@ajinca.net posant a l'assumpte "Expedient núm.: 9558/2025. Justificant instància" i adjuntant el justificant de la presentació de la instància dins termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les bases que regeixen aquest procès selectiu es publicaran en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Posteriorment es publicarà la convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació d'instàncies serà de vint (20) dies naturals, comptats a partir del dia següent de la publicació de la convocatòria al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Si el darrer dia del termini és inhàbil, s'entén prorrogat al primer dia hàbil següent. La convocatòria s'anunciarà en els llocs habituals i els successius anuncis es publicaran únicament a la web municipal de l'Ajuntament d'Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El model d'instància que consta com a annex II inclou una declaració jurada de reunir totes i cada una de les condicions exigides a la base segona. Aquesta sol·licitud també inclou un full d'autobaremació de mèrits, que té igualment la consideració de declaració responsable. Junt amb la sol·licitud i full d'autobarem s'ha d'aportar acreditació de la titulació que al·leguen com a requisit per participar en el procés i certificat del nivell de català exigit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el full d'autobaremació, les persones aspirants hauran d'al·legar, de manera detallada i sota la seva responsabilitat, tots els mèrits de què disposin amb referència a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. Aquests mèrits seran els únics que podran ser valorats en la fase de concurs, sempre que s'acreditin una vegada superada la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits indicats en el full d'autobarem hauran de ser descrits amb precisió. A aquest efecte, és obligatori emplenar tots els camps del full d'autobaremació per tal d'identificar correctament cada un dels mèrits al·legats en la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants queden vinculades pels mèrits que al·leguin en aquest moment i la puntuació resultant dels mèrits declarats determina la puntuació màxima que poden obtenir en la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que participen en aquest procès selectiu poden elegir fer els exercicis en qualsevol de les dues llengües oficials de la Comunitat Autònoma. A aquests efectes, les persones aspirants han de fer la seva elecció en la sol·licitud de participació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador o els òrgans competents de l'Ajuntament d'Inca podran requerir en qualsevol moment del procès a les persones aspirants perquè acreditin la veracitat d'allò declarat, o de la documentació aportada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la formalització i presentació de la sol·licitud, l'aspirant dóna el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessàries per prendre part en la convocatòria i per a la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants quedaran vinculades a les dades que es facin constar en la seva sol·licitud. El domicili i el telèfon que hi figurin es consideraran vàlids a l'efecte de notificacions, i serà responsabilitat exclusiva de les persones candidates tant els errors descriptius com la no-comunicació durant el procés de selecció de qualsevol canvi en les dades de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA. ADMISSIÓ D'ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Expirat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, el batle dictarà resolució aprovant la llista provisional d'aspirants admesos i exclosos, que es farà pública a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament; es concedirà un termini de deu (10) dies hàbils perquè les persones interessades presentin les al·legacions que considerin oportunes, esmenin els errors i la documentació a presentar. Els/les sol·licitants que dins el termini assenyalat no esmenin els defectes justificant el seu dret a ser admesos/ses seran definitivament exclosos/oses del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Als efectes d'aquesta convocatòria s'entenen com a causes d'exclusió no esmenables imputables a l'aspirant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No pagar la taxa o pagar-la fora del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentar la sol·licitud fora de termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No complir qualsevol requisit de participació el darrer dia del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol altra que resulti de la normativa aplicable o del que preveuen aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, amb la finalitat d'evitar errades i, si se'n produeixen, possibilitar-ne l'esmena dins el termini i en la forma escaient, les persones interessades hauran de comprovar no només que no figuren a la relació de persones excloses, sinó que, a més, consten a la de persones admeses, i en el cas d'haver acreditat els coneixements del nivell de català exigits, han de comprovar que no figuren al llistat d'aspirants convocats per a realitzar la prova, o en cas contrari, comprovar que figuren com a aspirants convocats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes reclamacions, si n'hi hagués, seran acceptades i rebutjades a l'acord del batle president, pel qual serà aprovada la relació definitiva d'aspirants admesos i exclosos, que es farà pública de la mateixa manera que la relació anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de no produir-se reclamacions a la llista provisional, s'entendrà aquesta elevada a definitiva, sense necessitat de nou acord i publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els errors de fet podran esmenar-se en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a petició de la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Elevada a definitiva la llista provisional d'aspirants admesos i exclosos, el batle president determinarà la data per a la realització de la prova de coneixements de català, per aquells aspirants que no acreditin el nivell requerit, així com el lloc i l'hora de la seva celebració. Les persones aspirants s'hi hauran de presentar el dia assenyalat i amb el DNI. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de no haver cap aspirant que hagi de realitzar la prova de coneixements de català, el batle president determinarà la data de l'inici del primer exercici de la fase d'oposició, així com el lloc i l'hora de la seva celebració. Les persones aspirants s'hi hauran de presentar el dia assenyalat i amb el DNI. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta llista, juntament amb la data de la prova de coneixements de català o de l'inici del primer exercici de la fase d'oposició, segons pertoqui, es publicaran a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet de constar a la llista de persones admeses no implica el reconeixement que les persones interessades compleixen els requisits per participar en aquesta convocatòria. Les persones que superin el procés selectiu hauran de presentar la documentació acreditativa dels requisits generals que s'indica a la base segona d'aquesta convocatòria abans del seu nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador es constituirà amb un/a president/a, un/a secretari/a i quatre vocals, amb&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;els seus corresponents suplents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador queda autoritzat per resoldre tots els dubtes que puguin sorgir i adoptar els acords precisos per al bon funcionament de la convocatòria en tot el que no s'hagi previst a les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per altra banda, es podran designar assessors tècnics i col·laboradors del tribunal en aquest&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;procés, que actuaran amb veu, però sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els membres del tribunal hauran d'abstenir-se de formar-ne part i d'intervenir-hi quan concorrin les circumstàncies establertes a l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, de règim jurídic del sector públic, i hauran de notificar-ho a l'autoritat competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal ha de respectar els principis de transparència, objectivitat i imparcialitat durant tot el procés selectiu i ha d'adoptar les mesures oportunes per garantir l'anonimat de les persones aspirants. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Personal podrà designar un representant sindical per vetllar pel bon desenvolupament del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISENA. ORDRE D'ACTUACIÓ DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que s'hagin d'organitzar torns per dur a terme els exercicis d'aquest procés selectiu, l'ordre d'actuació de les persones aspirants serà determinat mitjançant sorteig públic i es comunicarà mitjançant publicació a la web de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants seran convocades en crida única, encara que l'exercici s'hagi de dividir en distints torns, mitjançant la publicació dels anuncis de celebració dels exercicis a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament. Les persones aspirats han d'acudir al torn al qual han estat convocades i seran excloses del procés selectiu les persones que no hi compareguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entre el final d'un exercici i el començament del següent hauran de transcórrer, almanco, 72 hores, i no podrà excedir de tres mesos. No obstant això, el Tribunal podrà acordar l'ampliació d'aquest termini per causa justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans d'iniciar la fase d'oposició, aquells opositors que no estiguin en possessió del nivell de català exigit hauran de realitzar una prova de coneixements de català. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest procés selectiu s'iniciarà dins el segon semestre de l'any 2026, sense perjudici de possibles canvis per disponibilitat del tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETENA. PROVA DE CONEIXEMENTS DE CATALÀ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquells aspirants que no hagin acreditat el nivell C1 de coneixements de català hauran de realitzar aquest exercici que és de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ESTRUCTURA DE LA PROVA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prova s'organitza en quatre àrees, que avaluen les habilitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ÀREA 1 Comprensió oral i comprensió lectora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ÀREA 2 Domini pràctic del sistema lingüístic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ÀREA 3 Expressió escrita&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ÀREA 4 Expressió oral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ÀREA 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'avalua amb preguntes elaborades a partir d'un text oral/escrit. L'examinand ha de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Marcar amb una creu la resposta correcta d'entre 3 o 4 opcions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Marcar amb una creu si els enunciats són vertaders o falsos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ordenar correctament els paràgrafs d'un text.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Triar i ordenar uns fragments segons els dos textos a què pertanyen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ÀREA 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El temps assignat per a aquesta prova és de 60 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest exercici es qualificarà com a "apte" o "no apte", i seran eliminades aquelles persones aspirants qualificades com a "no aptes".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclosa la prova de català, el tribunal farà pública a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament el resultat d'APTE / NO APTE juntament amb la relació de persones convocades a la realització del primer exercici de la fase d'oposició, amb indicació de la data, l'hora i el lloc de celebració. Les persones aspirants s'hi hauran de presentar el dia assenyalat i amb el DNI. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones opositores disposaran d'un termini de tres (3) dies hàbils, des de la publicació dels resultats per efectuar les reclamacions oportunes o sol·licitar la revisió del seu examen davant el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VUITENA. FASE D'OPOSICIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase d'oposició d'aquest procediment selectiu constarà de DOS exercicis que s'especifiquen a continuació, i que suposen el 60% de la puntuació màxima assolible en aquesta selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer exercici: Qüestionari tipus test. 25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon exercici. Prova pràctica: 35 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- PRIMER EXERCICI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QÜESTIONARI TIPUS TEST (25 punts màxim)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De caràcter obligatori i eliminatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà a respondre per escrit un qüestionari tipus test de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;80 preguntes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;més cinc preguntes de reserva amb quatre respostes alternatives, de les quals només una és correcta, referides al temari que figura com a annex I. Les persones aspirants marcaran les contestacions en els corresponents fulls d'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest qüestionari s'entregarà en llengua catalana o en castellana, en funció del que hagin manifestat en la seva sol·licitud de participació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest exercici es qualificarà de 0 a 25 punts, i seran eliminades aquelles persones aspirants que no obtinguin la puntuació mínima de 12,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El criteri de correcció serà el següent: cada pregunta resposta correctament es valorarà amb &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0,3125 punt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;les preguntes no resoltes, tant si figuren les quatre opcions en blanc com si figuren amb més d'una resposta, no es valoraran. Les preguntes amb resposta errònia es penalitzaran amb un quart del valor assignat a la resposta correcta &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(- 0,078125).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que el tribunal acordi l'anul·lació d'alguna o algunes de les preguntes, per haver detectat d'ofici algun error manifest durant la realització de l'exercici o perquè aquest es detecta com a conseqüència de les al·legacions que posteriorment es presentin, es tendran en consideració les preguntes de reserva. Aquestes s'escolliran segons l'ordre de prelació en què es trobin en el propi exercici. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si una vegada duita a terme l'operació anterior el tribunal acorda anul·lar més preguntes que el nombre de preguntes de reserva, el valor de cada pregunta s'ajustarà perquè la puntuació màxima sigui de 25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació de l'exercici es farà de manera mecanitzada i garantint l'anonimat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El temps per desenvolupar aquest exercici serà &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;120 minuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- SEGON EXERCICI. PROVA PRÀCTICA (35 punts màxim)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De caràcter obligatori i eliminatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà en la resolució per escrit de distintes qüestions pràctiques relatives a les tasques pròpies de la plaça que es convoca, i que haurà fixat el tribunal immediatament abans del començament de l'exercici, partint del temari que figura a l'annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest exercici s'entregarà en llengua catalana o en castellana, en funció del que hagin manifestat en la seva sol·licitud de participació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants podran fer ús dels textos de normativa legal que considerin oportuns i que portin amb si. No es permetran els textos comentats. Es permeten textos normatius consolidats. Els textos poden estar subratllats però no amb anotacions i escrits addicionals. El tribunal podrà retirar a les persones opositores els esmentats textos quan consideri que no reuneixen les característiques de textos de normativa legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest exercici es qualificarà de 0 a 35 punts, i seran eliminades les persones opositores que no assoleixin un mínim de 17,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nombre de punts que podrà atorgar cada membre serà de zero (0) a trenta-cinc (35) punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les qualificacions s'adoptaran sumant les puntuacions atorgades pels distints membres del Tribunal i dividint el total pel nombre de membres existents en aquell, sent el quocient la qualificació definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan entre les puntuacions atorgades pels membres del Tribunal existís, entre dues o més d'elles, una diferència de tres o més enters, seran automàticament excloses dues d'elles, les qualificacions màxima i mínima, i es detraurà la puntuació mitja a través de les qualificacions restants. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant allò anterior, si hi ha unanimitat de tots els membres del tribunal es podrà optar per fer una valoració única i conjunta del exercici de cada aspirant, desprès que el tribunal hagi llegit i corregit cada exercici. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà en aquest exercici la sistemàtica en el plantejament, els coneixements exposats sobre les qüestions que corresponguin, la formulació de conclusions, la capacitat de raciocini, la claredat i ordre d'idees, el nivell de formació sobre els supòsits fitxats, la correcta interpretació de la normativa aplicable als casos plantejats i la facilitat de redacció i la qualitat de l'expressió escrita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació dels exercicis es farà garantint l'anonimat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El temps per resoldre aquest exercici serà de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA. PUBLICACIÓ DE LES QUALIFICACIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclòs cada un dels exercicis, el tribunal farà pública a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament la relació d'aspirants que hagin superat el mínim establert per a cada exercici, amb indicació de la qualificació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes les persones opositores disposaran d'un termini de tres (3) dies hàbils, des de la publicació de les qualificacions de cada exercici, per efectuar les reclamacions oportunes o sol·licitar la revisió del seu examen davant el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada finalitzada la fase d'oposició, es publicarà a la web de l'Ajuntament el llistat de les persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició junt amb la qualificació definitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dins els tres (3) dies hàbils següents a aquesta publicació, les persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició han d'acreditar els mèrits al·legats al full de l'autobarem. Els mèrits es presentaran ordenats i enumerats, tal i com s'hagin fet constar al full d'autobarem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESENA. FASE DE CONCURS I MÈRITS A VALORAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de concurs constitueix com a màxim un 40 % de la puntuació màxima assolible del procés selectiu. Aquesta fase no té caràcter eliminatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durant la fase de concurs, el Tribunal només valorarà els mèrits al·legats en el full d'autobaremació per les persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició, i que dins el termini dels tres dies hàbils, indicats anteriorment a la base novena, hagin acreditat els mèrits. Quant sigui necessària per verificar la validesa i concreció dels mèrits al·legats, el Tribunal haurà de requerir la presentació de documentació addicional. En cas d'incompliment del requeriment o d'insuficiència documental, el mèrit no serà valorat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants queden vinculades als mèrits que hagin al·legat en el full d'autobaremació, per la qual cosa la puntuació obtinguda d'aquests mèrits determinarà la puntuació màxima que podran assolir. No s'admetran ni es valoraran nous mèrits diferents dels ja declarats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits s'han d'acreditar i valorar sempre amb referència a la data d'acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds per participar en aquest procés selectiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Barem de mèrits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix un barem de mèrits estructurat en els blocs que s'indiquen a continuació, amb les puntuacions màximes que es poden assolir en cada un d'aquests, amb un màxim total de 40 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A. Experiència professional: fins a un màxim de 20 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B. Formació: fins a un màxim de 20 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Formació acadèmica: fins un màxim de 9 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Formació complementària: fins un màxim de 9 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coneixements de català: fins un màxim de 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits a valorar pel tribunal són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A. Experiència professional. Aquest apartat es valorarà amb un màxim de 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest apartat s'atorgarà una puntuació global màxima de 20 punts pels serveis prestats d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Serveis prestats a l'Administració pública com a personal funcionari o laboral tècnic superior bibliotecari (grup A1): es valorarà amb &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0,35 punts per mes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; complet treballat a jornada completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Serveis prestats a l'Administració pública com a personal funcionari o laboral amb funcions equivalents a bibliotecari en el grup A2 es valorarà amb&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 0,20 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per mes complet treballat a jornada completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament seran valorats els mèrits aportats d'acord amb aquests apartats quan, de la documentació aportada per la persona aspirant es desprengui que l'experiència laboral està directament relacionada amb les funcions de la plaça o lloc a cobrir. A tal efecte els serveis prestats en l'administració pública s'han d'acreditar mitjançant la presentació del corresponent certificat de serveis prestats en el qual constin categoria, temps treballat, tipus de jornada,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; funcions realitzades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, vinculació amb l'Administració, organismes autònoms i entitats públiques d'ella dependents. Junt amb aquesta documentació s'ha d'aportar un informe de vida laboral expedit per la TGSS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fraccions inferiors al mes complet treballat a jornada completa es valoraran proporcionalment. També es valoraran proporcionalment les jornades a temps parcial o reduccions de jornada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B. Formació. Aquest apartat es valorarà amb un màxim de 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.1. Formació acadèmica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest apartat es valorarà amb un màxim de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valorarà estar en possessió d'una titulació acadèmica diferent de la requerida com a requisit d'accés i estigui relacionada amb les funcions de la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per això, les persones interessades hauran de fer constar a la seva instància la titulació que presenten com a requisit per a poder accedir, fet que serà comprovat pel tribunal evitant així puntuar en aquest apartat titulacions referides al requisit exigit per a l'accés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoren en aquest apartat les titulacions acadèmiques de caràcter oficial o l'equivalència de les quals tengui reconegut i establert el Ministeri d'Educació, Formació Professional i Esports, així com els títols propis de grau i els títols propis de postgrau establerts per les universitats espanyoles en la regulació dels ensenyaments propis, quan estiguin directament relacionades amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta valoració s'ha de fer de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per títol de doctorat: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per títol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per títol de màster universitari: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per titulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per titulació universitària. En cas de presentar dues titulacions de la mateixa branca de coneixement, només es valorarà la de nivell superior, sempre que la inferior hagi estat necessària per obtenir-la: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;per títol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per títols de postgrau (especialista universitari, expert universitari, i curs d'actualització universitària): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per titulació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.2. Formació complementària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aquest apartat es valorarà amb un màxim de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;directament relacionats amb les funcions de la categoria de la plaça convocada de bibliotecari, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;impartits o reconeguts per l'Institut Nacional de l'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear de l'Administració Pública (EBAP), la Federació d'Entitats Locals de les Illes Balears (FELIB), i els impartits per la Universitat, per col·legis o associacions professionals, pels sindicats, per les administracions de l'Estat, autonòmica o local, o per entitats homologades per les administracions anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els certificats d'aprofitament suposen els d'assistència, és a dir, que no són acumulables l'assistència i l'aprofitament. Si el certificat no determina si ha estat d'aprofitament o assistència, es valorarà com assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un mateix mèrit només es podrà valorar en aquell apartat en què obtingui major puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests mèrits s'acreditaran documentalment presentant al Registre General d'aquesta corporació còpia del títol d'assistència o certificat expedit pel centre o institució que hagi organitzat el curs, jornada o seminari, amb indicació de la seva duració i de les matèries tractades. Només es valoraran aquells cursos, jornades o seminaris que estiguin relacionats directament amb la plaça objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran en aquest apartat els certificats que no indiquin les hores de durada o els crèdits de l'acció formativa, els que corresponguin a una carrera universitària, els de doctorat, la superació d'assignatures d'un estudi acadèmic, ni els derivats de processos selectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal podrà demanar a les persones interessades els aclariments o, en el seu cas, la documentació addicional que estimi oportuna, amb l'única finalitat de comprovar la veritat dels mèrits aportats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració dels cursos es realitzarà de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Quan els certificats dels cursos acreditin assistència, es valoraran a raó de 0,008 punts/hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Quan els certificats dels cursos acreditin aprofitament, es valoraran a raó de 0,012 punts/hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Els cursos impartits es valoraran amb 0,025 punts/hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el certificat del crus indica crèdits es valorarà a raó de 25 hores per cada crèdit ECTS o a raó de 10 hores per cada crèdits LRU. Si no s'indica el tipus de crèdit, s'entendrà que són crèdits de l'anterior ordenació universitària (CFC o LRU) i, per tant, es valoraran a raó de 10 hores per crèdit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan hi hagi discrepància entre les hores i els crèdits en els certificats d'una acció formativa, prevaldran les hores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.3. Coneixements de llengua catalana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest apartat es valorarà amb un màxim de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest apartat es valorarà el certificat de nivell superior al que s'exigeix com a requisit d'accés, a més del certificat de llenguatge administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valoraran les certificacions expedides pel Govern de les Illes Balears o títol, diploma o certificat equivalent segons l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats, de 21 de febrer de 2013 (BOIB núm. 34, de 12 de març de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nivell de domini C2: 1,70&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nivell de llenguatge administratiu LA: 0.30&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que l'aspirant acrediti estar en possessió dels nivells LA i C2, les puntuacions se sumaran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESENA. QUALIFICACIÓ DE LA FASE DE CONCURS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada valorats els mèrits aportats de les persones aspirants que han aprovat la fase d'oposició es publicarà a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament la qualificació definitiva de la fase de concurs que serà la suma aritmètica de les puntuacions atorgades pels mèrits al·legats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposaran de tres (3) dies hàbils a comptar des d'aquesta publicació per a poder presentar al·legacions a aquesta qualificació. En el cas no haver-n'hi, s'entendrà definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ONZENA. QUALIFICACIÓ FINAL DEL CONCURS OPOSICIÓ. RELACIÓ DE PERSONES APROVADES, PRESENTACIÓ DE DOCUMENTS I NOMENAMENT/CONTRACTACIÓ AMB PERÍODE DE PROVA. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada finalitzada la fase de concurs el Tribunal publicarà la relació dels aspirants que han superat el procès amb la qualificació final que han obtingut, i es farà públic el nom de la persona aspirant que ha aprovat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació final del procés que serà la suma aritmètica de la qualificació definitiva de la fase d'oposició i de la qualificació definitiva del concurs, i s'exposarà a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que es produeixi empat en la puntuació, s'ha de resoldre tenint en compte, successivament, els següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Qui tengui la nota més alta a la fase d'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Qui tengui la puntuació més alta a la prova pràctica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Qui tengui major puntuació a l'apartat de l'experiència professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Si persisteix finalment l'empat, s'ha de fer un sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal elevarà al Batle la relació de persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu del concurs oposició junt amb l'acta de la sessió amb la proposta de la persona que ha de ser nomenada personal funcionari de carrera o contractada. Aquesta proposta ha de contenir, com a màxim, tantes persones aprovades com el nombre de places convocades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona aspirant proposada aportarà davant la Secretaria General d'aquesta corporació, dins del termini de tres (3) dies hàbils a comptar des del que es faci pública la relació d'aprovats, els documents acreditatius de reunir els requisits exigits a la base segona i els mèrits al·legats i valorats en la fase de concurs. Si dins del termini assenyalat no presenta la documentació o si de l'examen de la documentació presentada se'n dedueix que els aspirants no compleixen els requisits que s'exigeixen en la convocatòria, suposarà la pèrdua del dret a ser nomenat i no podrà prendre possessió, i restaran anul·lades totes les seves actuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentada la documentació, es procedirà al nomenament de la persona aspirant com a funcionari de carrera, i en el termini de cinc (5) dies, a comptar des de la comunicació del nomenament, haurà de prendre possessió del seu càrrec i incorporar-se al seu lloc de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DOTZENA. ELABORACIÓ DEL BORSÍ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada finalitzat el procès selectiu, es constituirà el borsí de bibliotecaris amb aquells aspirants que hagin superat com a mínim el primer exercici de la fase d'oposició i que no hagin estan nomenats segons allò disposat a la base anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre de prelació es determinarà per la qualificació final obtinguda en el procès selectiu que s'ordenarà de major a menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La relació d'aprovats i l'ordre de prelació del borsí es faran públics a la pàgina web de la corporació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que es produeixi empat en la puntuació dels integrants dels borsins, s'ha de resoldre tenint en compte, successivament, els següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Qui tengui la nota més alta a la fase d'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Qui tengui la puntuació més alta a la prova pràctica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Qui tengui major puntuació a l'apartat de l'experiència professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Si persisteix finalment l'empat, s'ha de fer un sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan es produeixi una situació que motivi el nomenament d'un funcionari interí/ina, es comunicarà a la persona que correspongui, segons l'ordre de prelació en què figuri en el borsí, el lloc i el termini en què s'ha d'incorporar. Aquesta comunicació es realitzarà mitjançant correu electrònic o cridada telefònica, d'acord amb aquelles dades que hagi comunicat a la seva instància l'aspirant. Si la persona no manifesta la seva conformitat amb la cobertura de la plaça oferta en el termini d'un (1) dia hàbil a comptar des de la comunicació de l'oferta, així com la seva disposició a incorporar-se en el termini que se li indiqui, s'entendrà que hi renuncia. Si transcorregudes vint-i-quatre (24) hores des del primer intent de comunicació aquest resulta infructuós, es comunicarà a la següent persona aspirant segons l'ordre de prelació, sense que això impliqui ni l'exclusió ni la pèrdua del lloc dins aquest ordre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que renunciïn de manera expressa o tàcita passaran darrer lloc en l'ordre de prelació del borsí, amb excepció que justifiquin dins el termini de tres (3) dies naturals, a comptar des de la comunicació de l'oferta, la concurrència d'alguna de les circumstàncies següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en període d'embaràs, maternitat o paternitat, d'adopció o acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, inclòs el període en què sigui procedent la concessió d'excedència per a la cura de fills i filles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar prestant serveis com a personal funcionari o laboral dins l'Ajuntament d'Inca o a qualsevol altra administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar prestant serveis per compte d'altri o propi en una empresa privada, o estar donat/ada d'alta com a autònom/a a la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Trobar-se en situació d'incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Causes de força major, degudament justificades i apreciades pel tribunal o pels serveis jurídics municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És a dir, les persones aspirants que acreditin i justifiquin documentalment aquests supòsits d'excepcionalitat quedaran en la situació de no disponibles en el mateix lloc que ocupen dins l'ordre de prelació. En cas de no justificar-ho dins els 3 dies naturals passaran a ocupar el darrer lloc en l'ordre de prelació. Aquests aspirants estaran obligats a comunicar i a justificar la finalització d'aquestes situacions en el termini de deu (10) dies hàbils des que es produeixi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona aspirant a la qual s'ofereix cobrir una vacant hi renuncia de manera tàcita o expressa, o no s'hi incorpora en el termini que li hagi indicat l'Ajuntament, es comunicarà l'oferta a la següent persona aspirant segons l'ordre de prelació fixat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona integrant del borsí, prèviament a ésser nomenada, haurà d'acreditar estar en possessió dels requisits exigits i dels mèrits al·legats en el full d'autobarem, i s'hagin valorat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquella persona aspirant que estigui ocupant una plaça de bibliotecari procedent d'aquest borsí i presenti renúncia al dit lloc de feina passarà al darrer lloc amb excepció de que concorren les circumstàncies relacionades anteriorment o en casos de casos de força major degudament justificats i apreciats pel tribunal o pels serveis jurídics municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquella persona aspirant que, ocupant una plaça de bibliotecari procedent d'aquest borsí, cessi en el seu lloc de treball passarà a incorporar-se novament en el borsí en el lloc que li correspongui segons la puntuació obtinguda en el moment en què es va formar el borsí, sempre que en aquells moments el dit borsí sigui vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan s'incorpori un titular d'una plaça de bibliotecari i no existeixi cap altra plaça vacant se seguiran les següents normes de preferència:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En primer lloc, cessarà un dels interins/ines que hagi estat nomenat/ada en el marc d'aquesta convocatòria, i entre ells a qui correspongui segons l'ordre de prelació establert en aquestes bases. Així s'actuarà successivament si es produeixen noves incorporacions de titulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada que hagin cessat tots els interins/ines de la present convocatòria com a conseqüència de la incorporació de titulars, hauran de cessar els interins/ines procedents de la convocatòria immediatament anterior, i així successivament, seguint els corresponents ordres de prelació establerts a les bases respectives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest borsí romandrà vigent fins a la creació d'un nou borsí de personal funcionari de bibliotecari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest borsí serà preferent al borsí anterior, de manera que el borsí que es formi arran d'aquesta convocatòria tendrà la consideració de borsa activa i únicament podran ser cridades per una oferta les persones en situació de disponible d'aquesta borsa. Una vegada exhaurida aquesta, si fos necessari es podrà reactivar la borsa anterior mentre es tramita un procés selectiu per a la creació d'un nou borsí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot allò no disposat anteriorment serà d'aplicació la normativa de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TRETZENA. INCIDÈNCIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal resta facultat per resoldre els dubtes que es presentin i prendre els acords necessaris per al bon ordre de l'oposició en tot allò no previst en aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CATORZENA. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La present convocatòria i els actes administratius que se'n derivin podran ésser impugnats per les persones interessades en els casos i en la forma establerta per la Llei 39/2015, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En cap cas es comunicaran dades a tercers a excepció del seu nom i cognom en els en cas de ser seleccionat, en aplicació de la llei de transparència i en garantia dels principis de concurrència competitiva en l'administració pública.
