    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER. &lt;/strong&gt;Atenent a circumstàncies d&amp;apos;índole tècnica i organitzativa, la Batlia, reclama la resolució de l&amp;apos;aprovació de l&amp;apos;ampliació de l&amp;apos;oferta pública d&amp;apos;ocupació 2025, i en conseqüència reclamar i avocar de forma única i específica la competència assumida per la Junta de Govern Local, en virtut del que es disposa en la Resolució d&amp;apos;aquesta Alcaldia núm.2023-812 de 27 de juny de 2023 de delegació de competències, pel que fa a l&amp;apos;aprovació de l&amp;apos;Oferta pública d&amp;apos;Ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar ampliació de l&amp;apos;Oferta d&amp;apos;ocupació pública d&amp;apos;aquest Ajuntament per a l&amp;apos;any 2025, que conté els següents llocs&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;de treball:Taxa específica, en els termes previstos a l&amp;apos;apartat dos.4 de l&amp;apos;art. 20 de la Llei 31/2022.&amp;nbsp;PERSONAL LABORAL:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
