    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mitjançant el Decret d'Alcaldia núm. 1062, de data 19/12/2025, s'ha resolt el que es transcriu textualment a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Nomenar al Sr. Jesús M. Pieres Marquès, amb DNI ***4229**, funcionari en pràctiques de l'escala d'administració especial, subescala de serveis especials, del subgrup C1 de classificació, en la plaça de Policia Local-Oficial amb codi id. 61 de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, al ser l'aspirant que ha superat el procés selectiu per promoció interna. El nomenament tindrà efectes en data 19 de desembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Sr. Jesús M. Pieres Marquès haurà de realitzar el curs bàsic de capacitació per a accedir a la categoria d'ofiicial de policia local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;Determinar que el Sr. Jesús M. Pieres Marquès, al ser nomenat funcionari en pràctiques de l'escala d'administració especial, subescala de serveis especials, plaça de policia local-Oficial, del subgrup C1 de classificació, haurà de percebre les retribucions pròpies del lloc de treball:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Pieres Marquès&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; que dia 19 de desembre de 2025 iniciarà el període de pràctiques que realitzarà en el municipi i que tindrà una durada de 6 mesos, de conformitat amb el previst en els articles 177 i següents del Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. &lt;/strong&gt;Designar al Sr. Nicolás Florit Fuxà (M060014), oficial de la Policia Local des Mercadal, tutor per avaluar les pràctiques de conformitat amb el que estableixen els arts. 180 i ss. del Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, per mitjà del qual s'aprovà el Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar la present resolució a la persona interessada així com comunicar-ho a Intervenció, Tresoreria, i al Negociat de Nòmines, als efectes oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisè. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar el nomenament en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;i a la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setè. &lt;/strong&gt;Comunicar la presa de possessió al Registre de Policies Locals, perquè procedeixi a l'oportuna inscripció en aquest Registre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
