&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.- &amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera per a l'any 2025, que inclou tant les places derivades de la taxa de reposició ordinària com la taxa de reposició de sectors prioritaris d'acord a l'Article 20 de la Llei 31/2022, de 23 de desembre, de Pressupostos Generals de l'Estat per a l'any 2023 (prorrogada per al 2024 i 2025, que regula la Taxa de Reposició d'Efectius (TRE), la qual inclou les places següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.-&lt;/strong&gt; Disposar que les convocatòries dels processos selectius corresponents a les places incloses en la present, hauran d'executar-se en el termini improrrogable de tres anys d'acord a l'article 70.1 del TREBEP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar la present a la Delegació del Govern de les Illes Balears, per al seu coneixement i efectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè.-&lt;/strong&gt; Traslladar la present Resolució al serveis de Recursos Humans, Intervenció, a la representació sindical present a la Mesa General de Negociació Conjunta, als efectes que corresponguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució que posa fi a la via administrativa, pot interposar alternativament recurs de reposició potestatiu davant l' Alcalde/essa d'aquest Ajuntament, en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà al de la recepció de la present notificació, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d' 1 d' octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques; o bé interposar directament recurs contenciós – administratiu, davant el Jutjat o la Sala que resulti competent, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent al de la recepció de la present notificació, de conformitat amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la Jurisdicció Contenciós – Administrativa. Si s'optés per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu no podrà interposar recurs contenciós – administratiu fins que aquell sigui resolt expressament o s'hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci administratiu. Tot això, sense perjudici que es pugui interposar qualsevol altre recurs estimi més convenient en el seu dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
