text/html 74430 710066 ca 74429 920 943177 CAIB 2025-12-20 ca ![CDATA[<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Mitjançant la resolució de batlia 2025-1733 de dia 17 de desembre de 2025, s&apos;ha emès resolució de reconeixement de canvis de nivells de carrera professional dels treballadors de l&apos;ajuntament d&apos;Alaró.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Cosa que fem pública al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al tauler d&apos;anuncis de la seu electrònica de l&apos;ajuntament d&apos;Alaró (https://ajalaro.sedelectronica.es/info.0) als efectes establerts a l&apos;article 45 de la Llei 39/2.015, d&apos;1 d&apos;octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: center"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Reconeixement de canvis de nivells de carrera professional dels treballadors de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Alaró, any 2025</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Antecedents</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1. L&apos;òrgan avaluador de la carrera professional dels treballadors de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Alaró es va reunir el 13 de novembre de 2025 per valorar les sol·licituds de canvi de nivell presentades pel personal municipal i va aprovar una llista provisional de reconeixement d&apos;accés o canvis de nivells.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. Aquesta relació provisional es va publicar en data 21 de novembre de 2025 al tauler d&apos;anuncis de la seu electrònica municipal (https://ajalaro.sedelectronica.es/) i es va atorgar un termini de deu dies hàbils per fer-hi al·legacions.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">3. L&apos;òrgan avaluador de la carrera professional es va reunir el 12 de desembre de 2025 per resoldre les al·legacions presentades per la treballadora BCM.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Respecte BCM, l&apos;òrgan avaluador va estimar la seva sol·licitud atès que Durant el termini d&apos;al·legacions a la llista provisional de reconeixement d&apos;accés al nivell de carrera, publicada al taulell d&apos;anuncis de la seu electrònica el 21 de novembre de 2025, la senyora Cerdà va presentar el 3 de desembre de 2025 la documentació acreditativa de la formació necessària per assolir el nivell I de la categoria C.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">4. Una vegada resoltes les al·legacions l&apos;òrgan avaluador va formular una proposta definitiva de reconeixement de canvi de nivell de carrera professional.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1.
