    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde, mitjançant Decret núm 4950/2025, de 16 de desembre de 2025, ha adoptat la següent resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Expirat el termini de presentació d'instàncies de sol·licitud d'admissió per a formar part del procediment selectiu per torn lliure, per a la selecció d'una plaça d'OFICIAL BRIGADA OBRES, personal laboral fix, mitjançant el sistema de concurs oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb les bases aprovades juntament amb la convocatòria per la Junta de Govern Local, de data 29 d'octubre de 2025, publicades en el BOIB núm 145, d'1 de novembre de 2025 i BOE núm 271 d'11 de novembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Examinats els requisits i condicions presentats en les seves sol·licituds per les persones interessades per a prendre part en el procés selectiu i en compliment amb el que s'estableix en les bases reguladores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, de conformitat amb el que es disposa en els articles de 21.1.h) de la Llei 7/1985 de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local i 24.d) del Reial decret legislatiu 781/1986, de 18 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de les disposicions legals vigents en matèria de Règim Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Transcorregut el termini atorgat, en el cas que no es presentin al·legacions a la llista provisional, aquesta s'elevarà a definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
