Aprovació de la MF-1020 relativa a la creació del lloc de feina de TAG i la modificació del lloc de cap de negociat de Protocol de l’Àrea de Batlia ]] ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Mitjançant acord de la Junta de Govern de 10/12/2025, es va aprovar el següent:</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>“PRIMER.-</strong> Aprovar la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l'Ajuntament de Palma que figura a la proposta adjunta MF-1020 relativa a la creació del lloc de feina de TAG i la modificació del lloc de Cap de negociat de Protocol de l'Àrea de Batlia, en el sentit que es concreta a la proposta.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGON.-</strong> Aprovar les funcions específiques del lloc de nova creació de TAG que figuren a&nbsp;continuació:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Emetre informes en relació a les despeses de caràcter institucional i representatiu dels regidors/es i la indemnització per les seves despeses en exercici del càrrec.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Tramitar els expedients de contractació pública, mitjançant la redacció d'informes, memòries justificatives i plecs tant tècnics com administratius.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Col·laborar amb la resta del personal administratiu de l'Àrea en les noves tasques que ha de dur cada àrea en relació a les fases comptables de l'execució del pressupost propi.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Col·laborar i donar suport tècnic administratiu d'alt nivell en les funcions de les direccions generals que l'integren.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Col·laborar i donar suport en la gestió i execució del pressupost de l'Àrea.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Col·laborar en matèria d'administració electrònica.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCER.</strong>- Establir com a data d'efectes la del dia següent a la seva aprovació.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>QUART.- </strong>Publicar el contingut de l'Acord al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.”</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.
