    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès l'informe la directora insular d'Ordenació Territorial i Habitatge, de 2 de desembre de 2025, de necessitat de realitzar per a l'any 2026 les proves avaluadores per obtenir l'acreditació professional del personal d'admissió i control d'ambient intern;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que a tal efecte s'han redactat les bases que han de regir la convocatòria per a la realització d'aquestes proves per a l'any 2026, les quals s'han informat favorablement per part de l'àrea jurídica i tècnica del departament;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès l'article 15.1 del Decret 41/2011, de 29 d'abril, regulador dels serveis d'admissió i control d'ambient intern en les activitats d'espectacles públics i recreatives (BOIB núm. 67 de 5 de maig de 2011), estableix que els consells insulars han de garantir la convocatòria, amb una periodicitat mínima anual, de la prova avaluadora mitjançant una resolució que s'ha de publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), amb una antelació mínima de dos mesos abans de la data de la prova;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès l'article 15 de l'esmentat decret estableix que són els consells insulars qui han de realitzar aquesta convocatòria mínima anual, i que en aquesta s'ha d'establir, com a mínim, les dates de l'examen, el temari, el contingut de la prova, la composició del tribunal, el termini i requisits de la sol·licitud d'inscripció, els criteris de correcció, l'import de les taxes i el procediment de la tramitació que s'ha de seguir fins a la publicació definitiva de les qualificacions obtingudes;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès l'expedient de la convocatòria esmentada no té contingut econòmic, per la qual cosa no és necessari l'informe previ de la Intervenció General;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que d'acord amb l'art. 33.2 m de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, com a titulars dels seus departaments, els consellers executius tenen l'atribució de concedir autoritzacions i llicències i adoptar decisions relatives a l'exercici d'activitats econòmiques, sempre que no sigui competència d'altres òrgans;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Com a titular del Departament d'Ordenació Territorial i Turística en exercici de les competències atribuïdes per l'article 33 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, en relació amb el Decret de presidència núm. 227/2023 de 17 de novembre, d'extinció d'un departament i reestructuració de la resta de departaments (BOIB núm. 158 de 21 de novembre de 2023).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprovar la convocatòria 2026 per obtenir, a Menorca, l'acreditació professional del personal d'admissió i control d'ambient intern en activitats d'espectacles públics i recreatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprovar les bases que han de regir la convocatòria 2026 esmentada, que s'adjunten com a annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER&lt;/strong&gt;.- Convocar públicament les proves avaluadores d'acord amb el contingut i requisits que s'exigeixen en les bases de la convocatòria 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART&lt;/strong&gt;.- Ordenar la publicació en el BOIB d'aquesta convocatòria i les bases que regeixen la mateixa.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra l'acord precedent, que no esgota la via administrativa, es pot interposar, en el termini d'un mes a partir de l'endemà de la data de recepció d'aquesta publicació, recurs d'alçada davant el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular, sens perjudici que es pugui utilitzar qualsevol altre recurs que es consideri procedent en dret.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'esmentat recurs s'entendrà desestimat si no s'ha notificat la resolució quan hagin transcorregut tres mesos des de la seva interposició. Contra la desestimació del recurs d'alçada per silenci administratiu es pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. CONVOCATÒRIA DE PROVES DEL PERSONAL D'ADMISSIÓ I CONTROL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es convoca a Menorca, per a l'any 2026, la prova avaluadora per obtenir l'acreditació professional de personal d'admissió i control d'ambient intern en les activitats d'espectacles públics i recreatives de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. REQUISITS I CONDICIONS GENERALS DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per participar en la convocatòria i realitzar la prova avaluadora, les persones interessades han de presentar una sol·licitud adreçada al Consell Insular de Menorca mitjançant una declaració responsable (DOCUMENT I annex d'aquestes bases), i complir els requisits exigits en l'apartat 2 de l'article 8 del Decret 41/2011, de 29 d'abril, regulador dels serveis d'admissió i control d'ambient intern en les activitats d'espectacles públics i recreatives, excepte el de l'apartat g, amb la documentació adjunta o condicions. Aquests requisits són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Ser major d'edat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, ser nacional d'algun dels estats membres de la Unió Europea o tenir el permís de residència i de treball a Espanya.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) No tenir antecedents penals.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Tenir les aptituds i capacitats físiques i psíquiques idònies per a l'exercici de les funcions corresponents, acreditades mitjançant un certificat mèdic oficial on s'indiqui expressament que la persona interessada «reuneix les aptituds físiques i psíquiques idònies per desenvolupar les funcions dels serveis d'admissió i control d'ambient intern».&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Tenir uns coneixements bàsics de les llengües oficials de les Illes Balears (català i castellà) amb la finalitat de poder atendre el públic que s'hi adreci en aquestes llengües.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Haver superat el curs bàsic de personal dels serveis d'admissió i de control d'ambient intern.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots aquests requisits s'han de complir en el moment de la presentació de la sol·licitud en el Consell Insular de Menorca i s'han de mantenir durant el termini de vigència de l'acreditació professional. La falta de justificació de qualsevol dels requisits esmentats determina l'exclusió de la persona aspirant.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. DIA, LLOC I HORA DE LA PROVA AVALUADORA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prova avaluadora per a l'any 2026 constarà de dues parts. Ambdues parts són eliminatòries, és a dir, la no superació d'una de les dues implica que l'aspirant serà considerat no apte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La primera part de la prova serà de caràcter psicotècnic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La segona part de la prova serà de contingut teòric, la qual versarà sobre les matèries del temari específic indicat en l'apartat 8 d'aquestes bases tot d'acord amb l'Annex 1 del Decret 41/2011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La data de la prova avaluadora per a l'any 2026 és la següent:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les dues parts de la prova (psicotècnic i teòrica) es realitzaran el dia 24.03.26 a la seu del Consell Insular de Menorca, pça. Biosfera 5 de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora de la realització de les dues parts de la prova es comunicarà en l'acord de la llista provisional d'admesos que es publicarà a la web del Consell Insular de Menorca, junt amb les condicions del desenvolupament de les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. REQUISITS DE LA SOL·LICITUD D'INSCRIPCIÓ I TERMINI PER PRESENTAR-LA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per prendre part en aquestes proves s'ha de presentar la declaració responsable (DOCUMENT I annex d'aquestes bases).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la declaració responsable, s'ha d'adjuntar la documentació que es detalla a continuació, que s'ha de presentar en qualsevol de les dues llengües oficials de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears (català i castellà) i que ha d'estar en vigor en el moment de presentar-la al Consell:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Una fotografia recent model DNI, preferiblement en format digital.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Còpia del DNI/NIE/passaport o permís de residència i de treball a Espanya o documents equivalents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Certificat en què consti que la persona aspirant no té antecedents penals a Espanya ni, si pertoca, en el país d'origen (DOCUMENT III annex d'aquestes bases). S'entén per país d'origen aquell o aquells països dels quals tenguin reconeguda la nacionalitat. En aquest darrer cas, s'ha de presentar el certificat o els certificats de penals originals amb una traducció oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En relació amb el certificat d'antecedents penals d'Espanya, l'aspirant pot autoritzar l'òrgan instructor perquè consulti la base de dades del Registre Central de Penats del Ministeri de Justícia del Govern d'Espanya. En aquest cas no caldrà que l'aporti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Excepcionalment, si l'òrgan instructor no pot obtenir aquest certificat, es requerirà a la persona aspirant que l'aporti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Certificat mèdic oficial d'aptitud psicològica i de salut mèdica favorable i en vigor, on s'indiqui expressament que la persona interessada «reuneix les aptituds físiques i psíquiques idònies per desenvolupar les funcions dels serveis d'admissió i control d'ambient intern».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Justificant del pagament de la taxa corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 26.1 b del Text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, no es realitzarà l'activitat administrativa ni es tramitarà la sol·licitud sense que s'hagi efectuat el pagament corresponent de la taxa.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els certificats esmentats als punts anteriors han de ser vigents en el moment de presentar-los al Consell Insular de Menorca. Si no s'hi indica la validesa, s'entendrà vàlid per un període de 3 mesos comptadors des de la data d'expedició.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més s'adjuntarà:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat de l'alumne expedit pel centre de formació de superació del curs bàsic, amb el codi correlatiu, les dades de l'alumne, el nom del centre, la data d'inici i final del curs i el nombre total d'hores del curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que l'alumne aporti certificat de superació del curs bàsic de convocatòries anteriors amb la manca d'alguna de les dades esmentades s'haurà d'acompanyar d'un certificat del centre respectiu que complementi aquestes dades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La falta de presentació de la documentació esmentada determina l'exclusió de la persona aspirant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentació esmentada abans, juntament amb la declaració responsable, es pot presentar de les següents maneres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Telemàtica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per mitjà del registre electrònic del Consell Insular de Menorca (www.cime.es) amb el tràmit Acreditació professional de personal d'admissió i control d'ambient intern en les activitats d'espectacle públics i recreatives, a través del següent enllaç:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://www.carpetaciutadana.org/cime/gesserveis/gestion.aspx?IDGESTION=990100995&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Presencial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al SAC (Servei d'Atenció al Ciutadà) de qualsevol de les seus del Consell Insular de Menorca, o de qualsevol de les maneres establertes en l'article 16.4 de Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Per correu postal (correu administratiu)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest cas, els documents s'han de presentar en un sobre obert, per tal que el personal de l'oficina de correus pugui indicar, mitjançant segell oficial, el lloc i la data en què s'ha realitzat el registre. Aquestes dades queden anotades en el resguard justificatiu. En cas contrari, s'entendrà com a data de presentació la d'entrada en el Registre General del Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els terminis per presentar la declaració responsable (i documents de justificació) per inscriure's a les proves avaluadores previstes per a l'any 2026 són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del 02.02.25 al 13.02.25 (ambdós inclosos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud fora de termini o la manca de documents de justificació de qualsevol dels requisits esmentats determina l'exclusió de l'aspirant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament, i de forma excepcional en el cas del certificat d'antecedents penals sol·licitat, i quan hagi de ser emès per altres països, s'acceptarà la presentació del document fins a l'últim dia hàbil anterior a les proves (en aquesta convocatòria fins a les 23:59 hores de dia 23.03.26).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

TAXES I DRETS D'EXAMEN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa corresponent a tràmits administratius i serveis en relació amb l'acreditació del personal del servei d'admissió i control d'ambient intern en les activitats d'espectacles públics i recreatives publicada en el BOIB núm. 51 de 29 d'abril de 2017, les taxes i drets d'examen corresponents són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Per a la participació en les proves avaluadores per a l'obtenció de l'acreditació com a personal d'admissió i control d'ambient intern de les activitats d'espectacles públics i recreatives (drets d'examen), 100,28 €.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Per a l'expedició, el duplicat o la renovació de la targeta acreditativa com a personal d'admissió i control d'ambient intern de les activitats d'espectacles públics i recreatives, 16,29 €.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. ADMISSIÓ DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini per presentar les sol·licituds, el tribunal qualificador ha d'aprovar i fer pública, en el termini màxim de deu dies hàbils, la llista provisional de persones aspirants admeses i excloses.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la llista ha de constar la identificació de totes i cada una de les persones aspirants, així com la causa que en motiva l'exclusió, si escau.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes llistes es publicaran a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular de Menorca.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants excloses provisionalment, així com les qui no figurin en la relació d'admeses ni d'excloses, disposen d'un termini de tres dies hàbils, comptadors des de l'endemà de publicar-se les llistes provisionals, per esmenar el defecte que n'ha motivat l'exclusió o la no inclusió expressa.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el termini màxim de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de finalitzar el període d'esmena de tres dies, el tribunal qualificador ha d'aprovar la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses de la convocatòria, i l'ha de fer pública pels mateixos mitjans esmentats anteriorment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A les llistes definitives de persones admeses i excloses, el tribunal qualificador hi ha de fer constar, així mateix, el dia, l'hora i el lloc en què s'han de fer les proves corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la convocatòria prèvia de la persona que exerceix la presidència, el tribunal s'ha de constituir amb l'assistència de la majoria de les persones que el componen, ja siguin titulars o suplents. En aquesta sessió, el tribunal ha d'acordar totes les decisions que corresponguin per al desenvolupament correcte de les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada constituït el tribunal, perquè la seva actuació sigui vàlida, s'ha de requerir la presència d'almenys la meitat de les persones que el componen, amb la presència obligatòria de la persona que exerceix la presidència i de la persona que exerceix la secretaria. Les persones titulars i suplents poden actuar indistintament i concurrentment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, el tribunal es pot valer de personal auxiliar durant el desenvolupament material dels exercicis. En cada una de les proves avaluadores, hi ha de ser present, com a mínim, una de les persones que componen el tribunal, acompanyada dels vigilants i col·laboradors que es considerin oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. TEMARI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prova psicotècnica és un qüestionari centrat en els diferents tipus de símptomes de la psicologia clínica. No hi ha temari específic, si bé serà una prova adient per a la selecció de personal relacionat amb la seguretat i el manteniment de l'ordre. De les respostes personals s'obté un perfil de personalitat de l'aspirant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prova teòrica de matèria específica té un temari que es relaciona a continuació i que es troba estructurat en quatre mòduls o blocs temàtics:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

CONTINGUT I DESENVOLUPAMENT DE LES PROVES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants de la llista d'admesos han de presentar-se el dia, hora i lloc indicats en la resolució per la qual s'aprova la llista definitiva de persones admeses per fer les proves. Si no hi compareixen es consideraran «No presentat», excepte en els casos en què s'hagi al·legat i justificat amb anterioritat a la realització de l'exercici; en aquests casos, el tribunal ha d'adoptar una resolució motivada. Així mateix, no s'admetran els aspirants que compareguin en el lloc on es realitzi la prova avaluadora una vegada aquesta hagi començat (seran considerats no presentats).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants han de portar, per a cada prova, el document nacional d'identitat o equivalent aportat en la declaració responsable de la inscripció. Els aspirants hauran d'acreditar la seva identitat en qualsevol moment de la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants hauran de portar bolígraf, blau o negre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La distribució dels aspirants a les aules tindrà lloc per rigorós ordre alfabètic segons l'organització dels responsables de la prova (tribunal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'enunciat o contingut, així com el desenvolupament de les proves, l'ha de determinar prèviament el tribunal qualificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per fer les proves, les persones aspirants no poden utilitzar cap tipus de documentació, aparell electrònic, calculadores, ni similars. Els dispositius mòbils han de romandre en silenci i fora de la vista durant la prova. La utilització de qualsevol aparell, documentació o altre material no autoritzat pel tribunal implicarà la immediata expulsió de la prova i la qualificació de no apte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prova constarà de dos exàmens eliminatoris: un test psicotècnic i un test teòric de 40 preguntes del temari específic, indicat a l'apartat base 8. Són quatre mòduls del temari específic de cadascun dels quals hi haurà 10 preguntes (40 preguntes en total).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La durada de cadascuna de les dues parts de la prova (part psicotècnica i part de temari específic) serà de 90 minuts cada una.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En ambdues proves l'aspirant pot sol·licitar de realitzar-les en castellà o en català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La segona part de prova (teòrica) pot sol·licitar-se en castellà o en català. Això no obstant, s'adverteix que en la versió castellana de la prova hi haurà un 20% de les preguntes que estaran formulades en català, igualment que a la versió catalana hi haurà un 20% de les preguntes formulades en castellà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. CRITERIS DE CORRECCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada una de les dues parts de l'exercici es qualificarà per separat amb la qualificació d'«apte» o «no apte». Per aconseguir l'acreditació s'haurà d'obtenir la qualificació d'«apte» en les dues proves, tant en el test psicotècnic com en el test del temari teòric.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la primera part, test psicotècnic de característiques de la personalitat, els paràmetres de sinceritat desfavorables invalidaran la prova i la suspendran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per poder considerar la prova psicotècnica com a vàlida l'aspirant ha de trobar-se dins dels rangs establerts per a les tres escales de validesa (inconsistència i desitjabilitat social). En cas contrari, la prova serà valorada amb un no apte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Independentment del que s'ha obtingut en altres escales de la prova psicotècnica, si l'aspirant obté una puntuació T igual o superior a 85 a l'índex de patologia general, el resultat de la prova serà no apte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la segona part de la prova, el test de teoria, cada pregunta englobarà 4 respostes possibles, de les quals només una és la correcta. Les respostes en blanc no computaran. Les respostes errònies no suposaran una penalització. Per tenir la qualificació d'«apte» és necessari obtenir un mínim de 20 punts i cap mòdul podrà estar per davall dels 4 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. LLISTA D'APTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador ha de publicar per a la prova avaluadora la llista provisional de les persones aspirants que resultin aptes i no aptes, incloent-hi les que no s'hagin presentat a la prova.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la llista s'ha d'indicar la qualificació amb la identificació de l'aspirant i s'ha d'explicitar el termini, que no pot ser superior a tres dies, en el qual les persones interessades poden sol·licitar, per escrit, la revisió de l'exercici. Així mateix, ha de fer menció del lloc, els dies i l'horari en què es poden fer aquestes revisions, i el termini en què es poden interposar reclamacions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta llista es publicarà a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el procés de revisió pel tribunal qualificador, aquest ha d'elevar a la consellera executiva d'Ordenació Territorial i Turística la llista definitiva d'aspirants aptes, no aptes i no presentats, perquè l'aprovi i es publiqui al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. EXPEDICIÓ DE LA TARGETA D'IDENTIFICACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el termini màxim de deu dies comptadors des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat la llista definitiva dels resultats de la prova avaluadora en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, el Consell Insular de Menorca posarà a disposició de les persones declarades aptes la targeta d'identificació que les acredita com a professional i que, prèvia identificació de la persona interessada i comprovat que s'ha abonat la taxa corresponent, podran recollir al Servei d'Activitats del Departament d'Ordenació Territorial i Turística del Consell Insular de Menorca, a la plaça de la Biosfera, 5, de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La sol·licitud de la targeta es realitzarà mitjançant una instància genèrica aportant l'abonament de la taxa. El pagament d'aquesta taxa es podrà realitzar en el lloc web www.carpetaciutadanamenorca.org, amb les referències: Tribut autoliquidacions web CIM Taxa-Activitats d'espectacles públics i recreatives, Expedició, duplicat o renovació de la targeta acreditativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La targeta d'identificació té una vigència de vuit anys i és renovable, per períodes de la mateixa durada, sempre que la persona interessada acrediti que continua complint els requisits establerts en els apartats b, c i d de l'apartat 2 de l'article 8 del Decret 41/2011 (Document II annex d'aquestes bases).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. RECLAMACIONS ADMINISTRATIVES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones interessades poden impugnar aquestes bases i els actes administratius que es derivin de l'actuació del tribunal, en el termini i la forma que estableix la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador ha de resoldre totes les incidències que se suscitin en el transcurs d'aquesta convocatòria, d'acord amb el que disposa el règim de recursos administratius que preveu la Llei 39/2015 esmentada.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tal com estableix l'art. 12 de la Llei 8/1989, de 13 d'abril, de taxes i preus públics, els drets d'examen seran reintegrats als aspirants exclosos de la participació a les proves avaluadores, sempre que sigui per causes no imputables al subjecte passiu i formulin la reclamació corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
