ANDRÉS ROIG MARÍ &nbsp;PRESIDENT &nbsp;DE LA MANCOMUNITAT INTERMUNICIPAL DE SERVEIS PÚBLICS INSULARS D'EIVISSA</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.-La Junta de Govern d'aquesta Mancomunitat amb data 3 de Desembre de 2025, ha aprovat amb caràcter inicial el Pressupost General, a nivell d'article i únic grup de funció, Bases d'execució i plantilla de Personal d'aquesta Mancomunitat, que ha de regir en l'exercici 2026.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.-Que aquest expedient se sotmet a exposició pública durant el període de quinze dies, de conformitat amb el que s'estableix en l'article 169 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004 de 5 de març pel qual s'aprova el text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes locals, a l'efecte de que els interessats que s'assenyalen en el *apartado1 de l'article 170 d'aquesta llei, puguin examinar-lo i presentar, si és el cas, reclamacions pels motius que s'indiquen en l'apartat 2 d'aquest.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.-Que en absència de reclamacions, aquest acord s'entendrà elevat a definitiu.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.-Que el resum del pressupost a nivell resumit de capítols d'ingressos i despeses que apareix anivellat amb la plantilla de personal, és el que a continuació s'indica:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
