    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En data 6 de novembre de 2025, el Consell d'Administració de Gestió d'Emergències de les Illes Balears (GEIB), reunit en sessió ordinària, ha acordat aprovar l'oferta d'ocupació pública de l'ens per a l'any 2025, juntament amb les places que es descriuen en l'annex, en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Acord&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar l'oferta d'ocupació pública ordinària corresponent al personal laboral de l'entitat pública Gestió d'Emergències de les Illes Balears per a l'any&amp;nbsp;2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt; Oferir els llocs de treball d'acord amb el desglossament següent (s'adjunten com a annexos a aquest Acord):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Dos llocs de treball vacants de personal laboral, torn lliure, corresponents a les places de naturalesa estructural amb dotació pressupostària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reservar una quota mínima d'un 7&amp;nbsp;% del total de les places vacants objecte de l'oferta perquè les cobreixin persones amb un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33&amp;nbsp;%, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 59.1 del Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu&amp;nbsp;5/2015, de&amp;nbsp;30 d'octubre, i la resta de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quart.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Disposar que les convocatòries corresponents als processos selectius de les places de l'oferta d'ocupació pública s'han de dur a terme en el termini improrrogable de tres anys des de la publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cinquè.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; L'articulació dels processos selectius ha de garantir el compliment dels principis de lliure concurrència, igualtat, mèrit, capacitat i publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sisè.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Publicar aquest Acord en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Setè. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;L'ordre jurisdiccional social és el competent per resoldre les controvèrsies derivades d'aquest Acord, segons el que estableix la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d'octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicció social. Contra aquest Acord no es pot interposar cap recurs en via administrativa ni cap reclamació prèvia a la via jurisdiccional social, sens perjudici que es pugui presentar una reclamació davant l'òrgan que acorda aquesta oferta d'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
