&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, per unanimitat, acorda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria per a la constitució d'una borsa de treball temporal per la contractació laboral categoria Cuiner/a per a la Residència Reina Sofia de Muro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprovar les bases que han de regir aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Publicar les bases al BOIB, al tauler d'edictes de la pàgina web Corporació i a la Seu Electrònica de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«BASES DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA PER A LA CONSTITUCIÓ D'UNA BORSA DE TREBALL PER LA CONTRACTACIÓ LABORAL CATEGORIA CUINER/A PER A LA RESIDÈNCIA REINA SOFIA DE MURO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER. -OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte de la present convocatòria es la creació d'un borsí de la categoria CUINER/A mitjançant contracte laboral temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Justificació: Atès que es considera necessari per a l'adequat funcionament dels serveis de la Residència Reina Sofia de Muro el nomenament de personal laboral categoria cuiner/a en cas que sigui necessari, s'ha de procedir a la creació d'aquest borsí, amb la finalitat de poder cobrir de forma immediata totes aquelles situacions administratives que es puguin produir en les quals sigui necessària la seva cobertura de manera temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La naturalesa dels llocs a cobrir és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Denominació: Cuiner/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Subgrup classificació professional: C2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Funcions: Seran les pròpies del lloc de feina de cuiner/a objecte del proveïment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La jornada laboral, horari i altres condicions de feina es concretaran en el moment d'oferir el corresponent nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les tasques o funcions del lloc de treball són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Preparar els berenars de matí i tarda als residents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Elaborar i servir l'esmorzar, dinar i sopar dels residents i neteja dels utensilis, així com el dinar d'usuaris de menjar a domicili i residents que només acudeixen al servei de menjar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Recollir el menjador després d'esmorzar, berenars, dinar i sopar, els utensilis del dinar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Netejar el parament, utensili de cuines, rebost, extractor, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Emplenar els registres de l'APPCC i complir les seves directrius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Efectuar qualsevol altra tasca pròpia de la seva categoria que li sigui encomanada i per a la qual hagi estat prèviament instruït&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA.- NORMATIVA APLICABLE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les presents bases defineixen els requisits, proves, mèrits i altres aspectes procedimentals de la selecció, a més de la regulació continguda en el TREBEP, TREBE i la LFPIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER. REQUISITS DELS ASPIRANTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admesos i participar en el procés selectiu, les persones interessades, en la data de finalització del termini d'admissió de instàncies, hauran de reunir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o la d'un estat membre de la Unió Europea, o ser nacional d'altres estats amb les condicions establertes en algun dels apartats de l'art. 57 del RDL 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, text refós de la llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tenir 16 anys complerts i no excedir, si escau, de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Estar en possessió del títol ESO o equivalent. En el cas de titulacions expedides a l'estranger, cal aportar l'homologació del corresponent Ministeri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Posseir la capacitat funcional per el desenvolupament de les funcions pròpies del lloc de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) No haver estat separat ni acomiadat del servei de qualsevol administració pública mitjançant expedient disciplinari, ni estar inhabilitat per l'exercici de funcions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Acreditar el requisit de coneixements de la llengua catalana corresponents al nivell B1 o estar en condicions d'obtenir-lo en la data de finalització d'admissió de sol·licituds. Aquests coneixements s'han d'acreditar mitjançant l'aportació d'un certificat oficial expedient per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o expedit o homologat per l'òrgan competent en matèria de política lingüística, o els que es determinen en les Ordres de la Conselleria d'Educació. En el cas d'equivalències o convalidacions s'hauran d'acreditar per l'aspirant les mateixes .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Abans de la signatura del contracte la persona interessada ha de fer constar que no realitza cap altra activitat en cap lloc del sector públic delimitat a l'art. 1 de la Llei 53/1984, i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. En cas de realitzar alguna activitat privada, ha de declarar-la en el termini de deu (10) dies des de la signatura del contracte, perquè la corporació pugui adoptar l'acord de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART. -DISCAPACITATS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que tinguin la condició legal de discapacitades hauran d'adjuntar a la instància el certificat de l'equip oficial de valoració que acrediti l'esmentada condició i la compatibilitat amb l'exercici de les tasques i funcions corresponents al lloc de feina. El tribunal establirà, per a les persones amb discapacitat que ho hagin sol·licitat a la instància, les adaptacions possibles de temps i mitjans per dur a terme les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUINTA. -PRESENTACIÓ D'INSTÀNCIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les instàncies per participar s'hauran de presentar, segons el model normalitzat que figura a l'Annex I d'aquestes bases, adreçades al Sr. Batle de l'Ajuntament de Muro, dins el termini de deu (10) dies hàbils, a comptar des del dia següent a la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria al BOIB, amb independència del registre o oficina en que es presentin. A la instància les persones aspirants hauran d'indicar la titulació que posseeixen que els habilita per participar en el procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les instàncies es podran presentar davant el Registre General de la Corporació o per qualsevol dels mitjans admesos a l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions públiques. Si l'últim dia de l'esmentat termini es dissabte, diumenge o festiu, el mateix s'entendrà prorrogat fins al primer dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admesos i prendre part al procediment les persones aspirants hauran de presentar la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Instància emplenada d'acord amb el model normalitzat (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) manifestant que reuneixen tots i cada un dels requisits exigits a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Còpia adverada o compulsada de la titulització exigida per ser admès a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Còpia adverada o compulsada de documents acreditatius i certificacions requerides pels mèrits a valorar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Autobarem, d'acord amb el model de l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La falsedat en les dades que es facin constar en la sol·licitud o en la documentació annexa determina l'exclusió immediata de la persona sol·licitant, sense perjudici de les mesures legals que corresponguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISENA.- ACREDITACIÓ DE MÈRITS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es reconeixeran i seran objecte de valoració els mèrits obtinguts fins a la data de publicació de l'anunci de la convocatòria al BOIB, no es valoraran els mèrits obtinguts amb posterioritat. A més, tampoc no es valoraran els mèrits obtinguts abans de la publicació de la convocatòria que siguin al·legats però que no es justifiquin degudament dins el termini de presentació de mèrits abans indicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els documents acreditatius de mèrits hauran de ser originals (acompanyats de fotocòpia) per a la seva compulsa en el moment de la presentació, o bé còpies degudament adverades per l'autoritat, organisme o fedatari públic competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas es requerirà documentació o esmena d'errors relativa als mèrits, llevat de defectes merament formals advertits en la documentació presentada per l'aspirant, sempre que aquesta acrediti el mèrit al·legat en l'aspecte substantiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els documents presentats en un altre idioma han d'adjuntar la traducció al castellà o català acreditada mitjançant una traducció jurada. Tots els documents expedits a l'estranger s'han de presentar, si escau, degudament legalitzats o postil·lats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant això el Tribunal podrà reconèixer aquells documents acreditatius de mèrits expedits en idioma estranger sempre i quan el seu contingut sigui comprensible i evident pel Tribunal i es pugui determinar o apreciar de forma clara la seva validesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETENA. -ADMISSIÓ D'ASPIRANTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació d'instàncies, el Sr. Batle aprovarà per resolució la relació provisional d'admesos i exclosos, que es publicarà en el Tauler d'anuncis de la pàgina web de la Corporació (https://www.ajmuro.net/ca/ofertes-feina) i a la Seu Electrònica de l'Ajuntament, concedint-se un termini de tres (3) dies hàbils per tal que les persones interessades presentin les al·legacions que considerin oportunes o esmenin la seva sol·licitud. Les possibles reclamacions o al·legacions, si n'hi haguessin, seran acceptades o rebutjades en la resolució que aprovi la relació definitiva d'aspirants admesos i exclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VUITENA . - TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- El Tribunal qualificador estarà format per un president, tres vocals i un secretari. Així mateix, es nomenarà un suplent per cada un dels membres del Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Els membres del Tribunal hauran de comptar amb una titulació superior o igual a la requerida per aspirar a la plaça del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Podran nomenar-se assessors del Tribunal, els quals actuaran amb veu però sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- El Tribunal no podrà actuar sense l'assistència de la meitat dels seus membres, siguin titulars o suplents, entre els quals figurarà el secretari i el president o qui legalment els substitueixi. Tots els membres del tribunal tindran veu i vot, i les seves decisions hauran d'adoptar-se per majoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció constarà d'una fase: concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest apartat es valoraran els serveis prestats a l'Administració Local, exercint les funcions de naturalesa o contingut anàleg a cuiner/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran els serveis d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Per serveis prestats a l'Administració relacionats amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça o lloc convocat, en un lloc igual o similar; 0'20 punts per mes de serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Per serveis prestats fora de l'Administració Pública per compte aliena, relacionats amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça o lloc convocat, en un lloc igual o similar: 0'15 punts per mes de serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Per haver prestat serveis a l'Administració Local, en virtut d'un contracte administratiu subjecte a la Llei de contractes o serveis prestats en qualitat de funcionari eventual o de confiança.: 0,10 punts per mes de serveis prestat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma d'acreditació de l'experiència professional i documentació a presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Serà obligatòria la presentació del certificat de la vida laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− L'experiència professional es computa per mesos complets. Si bé es tendran en compte les fraccions de temps inferiors a un mes per a la suma total del temps computable, una vegada efectuada la suma del total del temps computable es descartaran les fraccions de temps inferior a un mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;− Els serveis prestats a les Administracions Públiques, s'hauran d'acreditar mitjançant certificat lliurat per l'organisme competent, en què constaran: el lapse temporal de prestació (data d'inici i data de fi), el grup, escala i subescala i/o la categoria professional i la vinculació amb l'Administració o organisme públic o entitat dependent. Per a la valoració de les funcions, serà necessari la inclusió al certificat del grup, escala, subescala i/o categoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Titulacions acadèmiques. Fins a 4 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Per cada titulació acadèmica - en l'àmbit de l'alimentació o equivalents - de formació professional superior: 4 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Per cada titulació acadèmica - en l'àmbit de l'alimentació o equivalents - de formació professional mig: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que una titulació sigui necessària per aconseguir altre de nivell superior, només es valorarà aquesta segona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma d'acreditar la titulació acadèmica: Còpia del títol o bé justificat d'haver satisfet els drets per a la seva expedició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Coneixement de la llengua catalana. Fins a 2 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Nivell B2: 0,50 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Nivell C1: 1,00 punts (acumulable al nivell LA)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Nivell C2: 1,50 punts (acumulable al nivell LA)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Nivell LA: 0,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- Cursos de formació i perfeccionament. Fins a 4 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valorarà la formació específica i la relacionada amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça oferta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris impartits i/o reconeguts per l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública, l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, l'administració de l'estat, l'autonòmica o la local, les universitats, les federacions d'entitats locals o els homologats per qualsevol d'aquestes institucions que estiguin dins el marc dels acords de formació contínua amb l'Administració, o les impartides o promogudes pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB) amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acreditació de les accions formatives es farà mitjançant certificacions o documents oficials estesos per les administracions i/o organismes competents, i han d'incloure les hores de durada o els crèdits dels cursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest apartat serà valorat d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) 0'1 punts per crèdit, equivalent a deu hores de durada, o proporcionalment per a les fraccions d'un crèdit, quan el certificat acrediti l'aprofitament. La puntuació màxima per curs serà d'1 punt. Si el curs no indica la durada es valorarà amb 0'05 punts per curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) 0'05 punts per crèdit, d'acord amb els criteris de la lletra anterior, quan el certificat acrediti l'assistència al curs o no esmenti expressament el caràcter d'assistència o aprofitament. La puntuació màxima per curs serà d'1 punt. Si el curs no indica la durada es valorarà amb 0'025 punts per curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESENA.- VALORACIÓ DEL CONCURS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclosa la valoració dels mèrits, el Tribunal farà pública en el tauler d'anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament les puntuacions atorgades a cada aspirant. Els interessats podran sol·licitar revisió i/o audiència al tribunal dins els tres (3) dies hàbils següents a aquesta publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat, aquest es resoldrà aplicant la següent graduació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1) Major puntuació en l'apartat d'experiència professional de la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2) Si persisteix l'empat finalment es procedirà per ordre de registre d'entrada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ONZENA.- RELACIÓ D'APROVATS I CONSTITUCIÓ DE LA BORSA DE TREBALL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop transcorregut el termini anterior, si no es presenten al·legacions, o bé un cop que hagin estat examinades les presentades, el Tribunal qualificador donarà per finalitzada la selecció, i elevarà a la Batlia la seva proposta definitiva de relació d'aprovats de la borsa de treball, per tal que dicti la corresponent resolució de constitució de la borsa de treball. Aquesta resolució serà publicada en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al tauler d'anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants que conformin la borsa de treball es trobaran a l'espera de ser cridats per l'Ajuntament per ordre de puntuació quan es produeixi la necessitat de nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DOTZENA. - SITUACIÓ DELS ASPIRANTS A LA BORSA DE TREBALL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estan en la situació de no disponible, aquelles persones integrants de la borsa de treball que per concórrer alguna de les causes previstes en els apartats a, b, c, d, ò e, de la base tretzena, no hagin acceptat el lloc ofert. Mentre la persona aspirant estigui en la situació de no disponible en la borsa, no se la cridarà per oferir-li un lloc de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estan en la situació de disponible la resta de persones aspirants de la borsa, amb la conseqüència que se les ha de cridar per oferir-los un lloc de treball d'acord amb la seva posició en la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que, havent-hi renunciat, al·leguin i justifiquin alguna de les circumstàncies previstes en la base onzena conserven la posició obtinguda en la borsa. Això no obstant, queden en la situació de no disponible i no rebran cap més oferta mentre es mantingui la circumstància al·legada, amb l'obligació de comunicar l'acabament de les situacions esmentades en la forma i el termini prevists en el darrer paràgraf de la base següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TRETZENA. – RENÚNCIA A I EXCLUSIÓ DE LA BORSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha de comunicar a la persona aspirant que correspongui el lloc i el termini en el qual cal que es presenti. Si la persona interessada no manifesta la seva conformitat amb el nomenament en el termini d'un (1) dia hàbil - o en el segon dia hàbil següent si la crida es fa en divendres - i la seva disposició a incorporar-se en el termini indicat per la Batlia, s'entén que hi renuncia. Aquest termini ha de ser com a mínim de tres (3) dies hàbils i com a màxim de quinze (15) dies hàbils, el qual es pot prorrogar excepcionalment per atendre al dret de preavís de l'Estatut dels treballadors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A les persones aspirants que hi renunciïn de forma expressa o tàcita se les ha d'excloure de la borsa de treball corresponent, llevat que al·leguin, dins del termini d'un (1) dia hàbil - o en el segon dia hàbil següent si la crida es fa en divendres -, la concurrència d'alguna de les circumstàncies següents, que s'han de justificar documentalment dins dels tres (3) dies hàbils següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Estar en període de maternitat o de paternitat, d'adopció o d'acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, incloent-hi el període en què sigui procedent la concessió d'excedència per a cura de fills i filles per qualsevol dels supòsits anteriors, o trobar-se en situació d'incapacitat temporal per motiu d'embaràs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Prestar serveis en un lloc de la Relació de llocs de treball de les Administracions públiques o dels seus organismes públics dependents i no poder acollir-se, en aplicació de la normativa, a cap de les situacions administratives legalment establertes que habiliten per al nomenament a l'Ajuntament de Muro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Patir malaltia o incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Estar, en el moment de la crida, exercint funcions sindicals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Estar, en el moment de la crida, exercint altres funcions a l'Ajuntament de Muro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones interessades estan obligades a comunicar per escrit dirigit a la Batlia l'acabament de les situacions previstes en els apartats anteriors, excepte la de l'apartat b, en un termini no superior a deu (10) dies hàbils des que es produeixi, amb la justificació corresponent. La manca de comunicació en el termini establert determina l'exclusió de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La posterior renúncia al lloc de treball que ocupa, així com l'incompliment del deure de prendre possessió del lloc prèviament acceptat, suposa l'exclusió de la borsa de treball per a la qual va ser cridada, excepte que aquestes circumstàncies es produeixin com a conseqüència de la crida per ocupar un altre lloc de treball en un altre cos, una altra escala o especialitat de l'Ajuntament de Muro o en els casos de força major.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CATORZENA. – NOMENAMENTS PERSONAL LABORAL I GESTIÓ DE LA BORSA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre de preferència per efectuar els nomenaments vindrà determinat per l'ordre de puntuació. Si hi ha més d'un nomenament a efectuar, de les mateixes característiques, es poden fer crides col·lectives simultànies a tantes persones aspirants en situació de disponible en la borsa com es consideri necessari per atendre les peticions de cobertura de llocs pendents. En aquest cas, els llocs oferts s'han d'adjudicar per ordre rigorós de prelació de les persones aspirants de la borsa que hagin manifestat la seva conformitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants que siguin cridats i donin la seva conformitat al seu nomenament en el termini d'un (1) dia hàbil (o dos dies hàbils si la crida es fa així un divendres) hauran de presentar, en el termini de tres (3) dies hàbils comptats des del següent a l'acceptació, la següent documentació, per document original o còpia degudament adverada, llevat de les que ja estiguin en poder de l'Administració:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;─ Document Nacional d'Identitat o del passaport en vigor, per als espanyols. Els nacionals d'estats membres de la Unió Europea o d'un altre Estat part en l'Acord sobre l'espai econòmic europeu hauran de presentar fotocòpia adverada del document nacional d'identitat del seu país acompanyat del NIE. Els nacionals d'altres estats amb permís de residència de familiar de ciutadà de la Unió, hauran d'aportar la targeta de residència de familiar de ciutadà de la Unió Europea. Els nacionals d'altres estats hauran de presentar la targeta d'estranger.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;─ Títol exigit o certificació acadèmica que acrediti que té cursats i aprovats els estudis necessaris per a l'obtenció del títol corresponent, juntament amb el document que acrediti que ha abonat els drets per a la seva expedició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;─ Certificat mèdic acreditatiu de posseir la capacitat funcional per al desenvolupament de les funcions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;─ Declaració jurada o promesa que no ha estat mai separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les Administracions Públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, al seu Estat, en els mateixos termes l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que l'aspirant proposat no reuneixi els requisits exigits, o no els acrediti en el termini establert, la Batlia acordarà la seva exclusió i procedirà a proposar el nomenament de l'aspirant següent per ordre de puntuació. Presentada la documentació, es procedirà al nomenament del primer aspirant de la borsa de treball, havent-se d'incorporar al lloc de treball en el termini mínim de tres (3) dies hàbils i màxim de quinze (15) dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUINZENA. -PERÍODE DE PRÀCTIQUES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aspirant anomenat personal laboral en pràctiques, veurà condicionat el seu accés a la plaça a que es presenta, a la superació d'un període de pràctiques que tindrà una durada de dos (2) mesos amb caràcter obligatori. Al terme d'aquest període, l'aspirant haurà d'obtenir una valoració d'apte o no apte, per a la qual es prendrà com a referència l'informe que hagi emès el cap de l'àrea corresponent. La declaració d'aptitud correspondrà a l'autoritat competent de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aspirant que no superi el període de pràctiques, perdrà tots els drets al seu nomenament com a personal laboral, i deixarà de formar part de la borsa.
