    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'article 24 del Conveni col·lectiu del personal laboral de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears disposa que el proveïment de llocs de treball de personal laboral es pot dur a terme mitjançant el sistema de lliure designació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La lliure designació amb convocatòria pública únicament es pot aplicar per proveir els llocs de treball que per la naturalesa del seu contingut tenguin reconegut aquest sistema de proveïment en la relació de llocs de treball. El lloc de treball de Cap de Servei d'Ajudes Directes i Assimilades al SIGC de la PAC té reconegut aquest sistema de proveïment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Constitueix l'objecte d'aquesta resolució l'aprovació del procediment de proveïment per lliure designació del lloc de treball de Cap de Servei d'Ajudes Directes i Assimilades al SIGC de la PAC (L0254001W).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb la Llei 6/2025, de 23 de juliol, de pressuposts general de la CAIB i amb la Llei 7/2010, de 21 de juliol, del sector públic instrumental de la CAIB, així com amb el Decret 5/2017, de 27 de gener, la creació i dotació de llocs de treball del personal laboral dels ens del sector públic instrumental requereix l'informe previ de la Direcció general de Pressuposts i Finançament, de la Direcció General de Funció Pública i de la Comissió Interdepartamental de Retribucions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (CIR).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Actualment, falta obtenir l'informe preceptiu de la CIR, el qual s'està demorant més del previst. No obstant, atesa la necessitat urgent de cobrir el lloc de treball a convocar, que constitueix un dels pilars bàsics en relació a les ajudes de la Política Agrària Comú que tramita el FOGAIBA, s'estima convenient iniciar el procés de selecció i condicionar la cobertura del lloc de treball a l'obtenció dels informes preceptius. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'altra banda, i vist que l'informe de la Direcció general de Pressuposts i Finançament és favorable, si bé condicionat a la desdotació del lloc F01140049, una vegada es materialitzi la jubilació del seu titular, resulta necessari condicionar igualment la cobertura del lloc de treball a la desdotació definitiva del lloc de treball F01140049, cap del Servei d'Ajudes Directes PAC. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, d'acord amb la competència que preveu l'article 13. r) del Decret 64/2005, de 10 de juny, de creació del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, dicto la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar la convocatòria pública per al proveïment mitjançant el sistema de lliure designació del lloc vacant de Cap de Servei d'Ajudes Directes i Assimilades al SIGC de la PAC (L0254001W).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar les bases que han de regir aquesta convocatòria, que s'adjunten com a annex 1 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. &lt;/strong&gt;L'efectivitat d'aquesta resolució queda condicionada a l'obtenció de l'informe favorable de la CIR, así com a la desdotació definitiva del lloc de treball F01140049. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.&lt;/strong&gt; Ordenar la publicació d'aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè.&lt;/strong&gt; Contra aquesta resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs d'alçada davant el&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;president del FOGAIBA en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà de la seva notificació, d'acord amb el que estableixen l'article 58. 1 de la Llei 3/2003 de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015 d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, tot això sense perjudici d'interposar-ne qualsevol altre que s'estimi pertinent en defensa dels interessos propis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Coordinar i gestionar les ajudes en forma de pagaments directes de la PAC, així com les ajudes al desenvolupament rural assimilades al Sistema integrat de gestió i control (SIGC) de la PAC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Aplicar la normativa reguladora de les ajudes i elaborar els esborranys de les convocatòries d'ajuda que afectin al Servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Fer el seguiment dels expedients tramitats al Servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Mantenir relacions tècniques amb el ministeri competent en matèria d'agricultura, el FEGA, la Direccio General competent en materia d'Agricultura de la CAIB i altres òrgans de l'Administració de l'Estat o de la CAIB relacionats amb la gestió de les línies d'ajuda tramitades pel Servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Controlar, coordinar i supervisar el personal del Servei i d'ajudes directes PAC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Informar i assessorar els interessats, tant administrats com altres Administracions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Fer complir les observacions i recomanacions d'obligat compliment imposades a l'Organisme Pagador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. Donar el vistiplau al pla anual de controls i supervisió dels controls administratius i&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de camp establerts per a cada linia d'ajudes, i fer-hi el seguiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9. Dur la direcció facultativa i coordinació dels contractes i encàrrecs corresponents als control de camp del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10. Gestionar els processos de selecció de les entitats col·laboradores, així com&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;coordinar i supervisar les seves actuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11. Proposar la concessió i pagament de les ajudes tramitades pel Servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12. Actualitzar els procediments de gestió de les ajudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13. Coordinar els expedients de reintegrament per pagaments indeguts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14. Elaborar els quadres de seguiment i de justificació de despeses que corresponen a les línies sota la seva gestió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15. Proposar i supervisar els contractes administratius necessaris per al bon&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;funcionament del Servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;16. Responsabilitzar-se de la seguretat organitzativa: conèixer l'ús que es fa de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;informació dels fitxers, validar la funcionalitat de les aplicacions i autoritzar els canvis&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en els sistemes de informació, autoritzar la restauració de dades en cas de pèrdua,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;autoritzar els drets i les revocacions d'accés als sistemes de informació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.2. Retribucions &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.2.1 Retribucions bàsiques&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les retribucions bàsiques (sou base i triennis) són les corresponents a qualsevol lloc de tècnic superior del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.2.2. Complements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El proveïment del lloc de feina objecte d'aquesta convocatòria es farà mitjançant lliure designació entre el personal laboral fix del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Requisits i condicions de participació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.1 Hi pot participar tot el personal laboral fix, tant en situació d'actiu com d'excedència, que hagin c&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;omplert&lt;/span&gt; el temps mínim de permanència en el seu lloc de treball establert legalment, sense perjudici de l'establert a l'article 53.1 &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del Conveni col·lectiu del personal laboral de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, &lt;/span&gt;que tingui la mateixa categoria professional que la vacant objecte del concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.2 Per optar al lloc de treball s'han de complir els requisits de la plaça, que figuren en la fitxa de la relació de llocs de treball:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Pertànyer al grup &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A i a l'especialitat agronomia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Tenir el certificat del nivell B2&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;de català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Presentació de sol·licituds i documentació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.1. Les sol·licituds s'han de formular utilitzant el model de l'annex 2. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es instàncies per participar en aquesta convocatòria s'han de dirigir a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la Secció de personal &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del FOGAIBA i s'han de presentar en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;registre d'entrada del FOGAIBA, preferiblement per via telemàtica o en qualsevol de les oficines que preveu l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, dins els cinc dies hàbils següents a la data de publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;. Amb el venciment del termini de presentació de sol·licituds caduca el termini per renunciar a participar en el concurs o desistir-ne.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Llistes de persones admeses i excloses&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.1. Un cop hagi finalitzat el termini per presentar les sol·licituds, es farà pública la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses, en la qual s'expressarà la causa d'exclusió per a cada persona, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.2. Aquestes llistes es publicaran &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a la pàgina web del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.3. Les persones excloses disposaran d'un termini &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; dies hàbils,&lt;/span&gt; a partir de l'endemà de la publicació, per formular observacions o reclamacions, o per esmenar les deficiències detectades i aportar els documents preceptius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Documentació a presentar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Juntament a les sol·licituds, els candidats han d'aportar la següent documentació per tal de baremar les candidatures:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.1. Currículum Vitae actualitzat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.2. Una memòria que descrigui les actuacions i els projectes que es proposen aplicar a les feines del servei. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Resolució de la convocatòria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.1. El termini màxim per a la publicació de la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos serà de 10&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; dies hàbils,&lt;/span&gt; a comptar des de l'endemà que finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.2. Un cop s'hagi publicat la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos, les persones excloses podran formular observacions o reclamacions en el termini de 2&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; dies hàbils &lt;/span&gt;a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta a la pàgina web del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.3. Un cop s'hagin examinat les observacions i les reclamacions presentades dins el termini, aquesta gerència dictarà resolució definitiva de la provisió en el termini màxim de 10&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; dies hàbils,&lt;/span&gt; a comptar des de l'endemà que finalitzi el termini de presentació de reclamacions a la llista provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.4. Les destinacions adjudicades pel sistema lliure designació seran irrenunciables i els trasllats voluntaris no donaran lloc a cap indemnització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Presa de possessió&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.1 El termini de presa de possessió de la nova destinació obtinguda serà de quinze dies si la resolució comporta el reingrés al servei actiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.2 En la resta de casos, el termini de presa de possessió serà de cinc dies a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.3 Els efectes econòmics començaran a comptar a partir del dia de la presa de possessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Període mínim de permanència en el lloc de treball adjudicat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb el que disposen &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;els articles 28.2 i 28.3 de la Llei 39/2015&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, d'1 d'octubre,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del procediment administratiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; comú de les Administracions Públiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s'entén concedit el consentiment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; per a la consulta de dades relatives a documents expedits o en poder de les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dministracions públiques. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si us OPOSAU&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a la consulta, marc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;au la casella i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;haureu d'aportat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;els documents següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
