    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde, mitjançant el Decret núm 4720/2025 , de 26 de novembre de 2025, ha adoptat la següent resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Transcorregut el termini de presentació d'instàncies de sol·licitud d'admissió per a formar part del procediment selectiu, per torn lliure, per a la selecció d'una plaça de TÈCNIC/A MITJÀ DE RECURSOS HUMANS, personal funcionari de carrera, mitjançant el sistema de concurs oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb les bases aprovades, juntament amb la convocatòria, per la Junta de Govern Local de 18 de setembre de 2025, publicades al BOIB núm 128, de 25 de setembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Examinats els requisits i les condicions presentats a les seues sol·licituds per les persones interessades a prendre part del procés selectiu i en compliment amb el que estableixen les bases reguladores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, de conformitat amb el que disposen els articles de 21.1.h) de la Llei 7/1985 de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local i 24.d) del Reial decret legislatiu 781/1986, de 18 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de les disposicions legals vigents en matèria de règim local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.&lt;/strong&gt; ATORGAR un termini de deu dies hàbils, comptadors des del sendemà de la publicació d'aquesta resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les illes Balears (BOIB), perquè les persones interessades presentin les al·legacions que considerin oportú i s'esmenin els errors. Transcorregut el termini atorgat, cas que no es presentin al·legacions a la llista provisional, aquesta s'elevarà a definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.&lt;/strong&gt; NOTIFICAR aquesta resolució als membres designats del tribunal qualificador perquè en prenguin coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
