<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">A la vista de l'Informe Jurídic obrant en l'expedient, es considera que la següent proposta s'adequa a la legislació aplicable, procedint la seva aprovació al Ple de la Corporació conforme a l'article 22.2.i) de la Llei de 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, de Bases del Règim Local.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: center"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>INFORME-PROPOSTA DE RESOLUCIÓ</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>PRIMER. </strong>Aprovar la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de treball d'aquest Ajuntament, amb les modificacions derivades de la negociació col·lectiva i dels informes adjuntats a l'expedient, amb el text i cuadre que figura als annexos.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>SEGON. </strong>Publicar íntegrament la citada relació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>TERCER. </strong>Remetre una còpia de la mateixa a l'Administració de l'Estat i a l'òrgan competent de la Comunitat Autònoma.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">No obstant això, la Corporació acordarà el que estimi pertinent.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Nota de conformitat: </strong>Examinat l'informe-proposta emès per el Secretari Interventor de data 26 de feberer de 2025, en virtut del que es disposa en l'article 3.4 el Reial decret 128/2018, de 16 de març, pel qual es regula el règim jurídic dels funcionaris d'Administració Local amb habilitació de caràcter nacional i anàlegs, mitjançant la present nota es manifesta la conformitat amb el seu contingut.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, podeu interposar:</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Recurs de reposició potestatiu davant el mateix òrgan que ha dictat l'acte administratiu en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà de la recepció d'aquesta notificació, tal com estableix l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Alternativament, podeu interposar directament recurs davant el Jutjat Contenciós administratiu de Balears, en el termini de dos mesos comptats des del dia de la recepció d'aquesta notificació, d'acord els articles 8.1, 25.1 i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa. Tot això sense perjudici que pugueu interposar qualsevol altre recurs que estimeu més convenient al vostre dret.</span></span></span></p>
