![CDATA[<p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Ateses les bases que regeixen la concessió d'ajuts a accions per millorar el coneixement, la salvaguarda i la difusió del patrimoni històric de Menorca, inclòs el patrimoni cultural immaterial, aprovades pel Consell Executiu dia 8 d'abril de 2024 i publicades en el BOIB núm. 58 de 2 de maig de 2024 i la convocatòria corresponent a l'any 2025, aprovada dia 2 de juny de 2025 i publicada en el BOIB núm. 76 de 17 de juny de 2025.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Atès que a les bases i a la convocatòria d'aquestes ajudes es diferencien fins a 6 línies de subvenció, les quals han de complir els requisits i les condicions específiques i les comunes sobre les accions subvencionades. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Atès que la Comissió Avaluadora prevista a la base dotzena de les que regeixen la concessió dels ajuts es va reunir el dia 15 d'octubre de 2025. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Atès que els instructors de les diferents línies han emès els informes corresponents amb caràcter previ a l'esmentada reunió de la Comissió Avaluadora i són els següents:</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Atès que tots els projectes als quals es proposa concedir un ajut de les línies 3, 4 i 5 compleixen amb el requisit que les activitats subvencionades seran aplicades a plans, programes, avantprojectes i projectes d'inversió o, malgrat que no es materialitzi en actius, són susceptibles de produir efectes en diversos exercicis futurs.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Atès que una vegada revisades les sol·licituds presentades i valorats els projectes per part dels instructors, a les línies 2, 3, 5 hi va quedar sense repartir l'import de 57.228,76 €(corresponents al capítol 7) i a la línia 6 hi va quedar sense repartir l'import de 14.257,50 € (corresponents al capítol 4).</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Atès que s'ha verificat que les persones físiques i jurídiques beneficiaries estan al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i de la Seguretat Social.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Atès que la convocatòria dels ajuts estableix que: <em>«En el cas que a alguna de les línies 1 a 5 no s'esgoti la consignació pressupostària, la quantitat sobrant s'assignarà a projectes de les altres línies de la 1 a la 5. Se seguirà l'ordre de puntuació atorgada, sense que es pugui superar la quantitat sol·licitada ni l'import màxim per sol·licitud establert per a la línia corresponent».</em></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em>At</em>ès que el romanent de les línies finançades amb el capítol 7 (linies 1, 2, 3, 4 i 5) per import de 57.228,76 € s'ha de repartir entre totes les sol·licituds que no han rebut l'import màxim per sol·licitud establert a la convocatòria (incloent les que ja tenen un ajut per una part de l'import sol·licitat).</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Propòs al conseller executiu de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports:</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>PRIMER.</strong> Concedir i denegar els ajuts a accions per millorar el coneixement, la salvaguarda i la difusió del patrimoni històric, inclòs el patrimoni cultural inmaterial de Menorca, corresponent a l'any 2025, d'acord amb les bases aprovades, publicades al BOIB núm. 58 de 2 de maig de 2024.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Les ajudes concedides per a les línies 1, 2, 3, 4 i 5 seran amb càrrec a la partida 33600 4790080 4 (amb la possibilitat d'aplicar-les a qualsevol altra partida adequada i vinculada), en un 50% a l'any 2025 i un 50% a l'any 2026. Les ajudes corresponents a la línia 6 seran a càrrec de la partida 33600 4790080 4 de l'exercici de 2025.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Atesa l'aplicació del criteri d'aplicació de romanents, aquests es distribuiexen entre els projectes que tenen més puntuació i incrementa l'import de la línia de restauracions, d'acord amb el següent quadre:</span></span></span></p>
