    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 20.4 del Decret 86/2008, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;agost, pel qual es despleguen i es regulen els processos electorals de les federacions esportives de les Illes Balears, el 24 d&amp;apos;octubre d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;e 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;la Direcció General d&amp;apos;Esports ha ratificat el senyor &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;Norberto Sebastián Laportilla Zapata &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;com &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;a president de la Federación Balear de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;Rugby&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;. De conformitat amb el precepte esmentat també es fa pública la composició de la junta directiva de la Federación Balear de Rugby i, que és la següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
