    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mitjançant Acord de 3 de novembre de 2025, la Junta de Govern Local ha aprovat la convocatòria del concurs de decoració nadalenca de façanes i balcons dels habitatges del municipi de Calvià “Ilumina Calvià 2024” i les bases que han de regir-la. D'acord amb els articles 9.3 i 17.1 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, es publiquen a continuació les bases reguladores de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bases reguladores del concurs de decoració nadalenca de Calvià “Ilumina Calvià 2025”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Calvià convoca la sisena edició del concurs de decoració nadalenca de façanes i balcons dels habitatges particulars del municipi de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. OBJECTIUS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Crear un ambient nadalenc i festiu al municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dinamitzar i potenciar la decoració de les façanes i balcons del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fomentar la participació ciutadana a l'embelliment del municipi, durant les festes nadalenques 2025/2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dinamitzar la participació activa de la ciutadania de Calvià i potenciar el teixit social i veïnal del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incentivar la creativitat dels veïns i veïnes del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. PARTICIPACIÓ/INSCRIPCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podran participar en aquest concurs, totes aquelles persones físiques que realitzin el muntatge al balcó, finestra, porta, façana de casa o jardí exterior visible des de zona pública del seu habitatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queda exclosa del concurs la decoració de façanes o altres elements de locals comercials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. PROJECTE DE DECORACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La decoració haurà de tenir relació amb la festivitat de Nadal i els motius tradicionals de la mateixa, tenint els participants plena llibertat quant a tècnica i estil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queda expressament prohibit l'ús de qualsevol element que pugui suposar un perjudici per a la ciutadania, que pugui fer malbé el mobiliari urbà, que obstaculitzi el pas de persones, que ocupi la calçada (en part o íntegrament), o que no respecti la seguretat viària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. TÈCNIQUES I MATERIALS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la decoració nadalenca es podran emprar tota mena de materials que els participants considerin oportuns, així com materials provinents de la naturalesa o un altre medi natural. Es poden emprar així mateix elements de decoració il·luminativa, sempre que la decoració i il·luminació no suposi un perill per a la integritat dels habitants als habitatges ni dels vianants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queda totalment prohibit l'ús de foc, torxes, espelmes o qualsevol altre element pirotècnic a la il·luminació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serà desqualificat qualsevol concursant que mostri al seu balcó o finestra qualsevol tipus de publicitat, eslògan (excepte el nom d'aquesta campanya que es recull en el punt 5.8.) o similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. CONDICIONS DE PARTICIPACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Els participants es responsabilitzaran de l'adequat compliment d'aquestes bases i de la realització dels tràmits, permisos, mesures preventives o de qualsevol altra índole que puguin ser necessàries per a la seva participació al concurs, eximint l'Ajuntament de Calvià de qualsevol responsabilitat pel seu incompliment o omissió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'organització del concurs es reserva el dret de resoldre qualsevol eventualitat no especificada en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El muntatge i el desmuntatge dels elements decoratius serà realitzat per cada participant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Els elements decoratius nadalencs han de romandre exposats durant el període establert (del 16 de desembre 2025 al 7 de gener 2026, ambdós inclosos) en conjunt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El participant autoritza la publicació de la direcció objecte d'aquest concurs en xarxes o qualsevol altre mitjà propietat de l'Ajuntament per a foment del concurs i perquè pugui ser visitat per qui ho desitgi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. La decoració al balcó, finestra, porta, façana de casa o jardí exterior haurà de ser visible des de zona pública del seu habitatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. En cas que es produís algun tipus de desperfecte del material emprat durant el període d'exposició, aquest serà responsabilitat del particular que ha muntat la decoració sent competent per a la seva esmena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. A les obres i decoracions exposades s'haurà de reflectir el nom del concurs “ILUMINA CALVIÀ”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Els premiats no han de tenir deutes en període executiu de pagament amb l'Ajuntament de Calvià en el moment de la concessió, llevat que el pagament dels deutes estigués degudament garantit, de conformitat amb el que disposa la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals. Tampoc incórrer en alguna de les circumstàncies que es determinen a l'article 13.2 i 13.3 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions incapacitants per obtenir la condició de beneficiari.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els premiats s'han de trobar al corrent de pagament de les obligacions per reintegrament de qualsevol subvenció o premi concedit amb anterioritat per aquest Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. TERMINIS I PROCEDIMENT DE PARTICIPACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Els interessats poden inscriure's a través del formulari situat a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Calvià. Serà necessari emplenar tots els camps del formulari i complir les condicions de registre sol·licitades, adjuntant una fotografia per participar al concurs. És recomanable tenir en compte quin tipus de decoració nadalenca es ressalta. En cas que la façana o el balcó tingui una decoració amb il·luminació nadalenca, és adequat fer la fotografia a la nit, mentre que si és un altre tipus de decoració no lluminària, es pot presentar una fotografia amb la llum del dia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Terminis:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Registre i enviament de la fotografia pel formulari: del 5 de desembre de 2025 a les 12:00 h al 16 de desembre de 2025 a les 12:00 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els elements decoratius nadalencs han de romandre exposats: del 16 de desembre 2025 al 7 de gener 2026, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicació del llistat de participants a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Calvià: 17 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Votació popular a través de Facebook del premis per zona: del 17 de desembre a les 12:00 h fins el dia 22 de desembre a les 10:00 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicació de resultats a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament → 23 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Lliurament de premis: 5 de gener de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Les fotografies han d'estar anomenades amb la zona i una referència personal (per exemple el nom o les inicials). Per exemple: Foto/Magaluf/Maria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fotografia de cada participan serà recollida, juntament amb el nom de la proposta escollida, en un àlbum de fotografies de cada zona que servirà per al sistema de votació a Facebook.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es farà promoció del concurs mitjançant la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Calvià, xarxes socials, ràdio, entre altres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. PREMIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els resultats del concurs seran notificats a les persones guanyadores entre el 23 de desembre de 2025 i el 4 de gener de 2026, a través de les dades de contacte que haguessin facilitat, així com a la web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no s'aconseguís contactar amb la persona guanyadora, en un termini de 72 hores des del primer intent de contacte, o aquesta renunciés al premi, es passaria al següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per rebre el premi, és imprescindible l'assistència de la persona premiada (o representant) a l'acte de lliurament dels premis. El lliurament de premis es realitzarà durant la celebració de la Cavalcada de Reis el 5 de gener del 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'entregaran dos premis per zona i dos premis especials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests premis especials seran incompatibles amb els premis per zona. En cas d'acumulació a la mateixa persona del premi especial i del premi per zona, el premi per zona passarà automàticament al següent classificat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. RÈGIM JURÍDIC I CRÈDIT PRESSUPOSTARI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la present convocatòria li serà aplicable el que disposa la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, Llei General de Subvencions (d'ara endavant LGS) i el Reial Decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la mateixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La despesa que comporta la present convocatòria ascendeix a 6.880,00 euros imputables a la partida pressupostària 92400 4800010 SUBVENCIÓ DINAMITZACIÓ ZONES, del vigent pressupost municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. VOTACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sistema de votació serà mixte, en el cas dels premis per zona serà el resultat de la votació popular en les xarxes socials. En el cas dels premis especials dependrà de la votació del Jurat, que valorarà especialment l'originalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Funcionament del sistema de votació popular per als premis de decoració per zones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es publicarà un àlbum de fotos en la pàgina de Facebook de l'Ajuntament de Calvià amb la fotografia de cada participant que serviran de base al sistema de votació, que es realitzarà a través dels interaccions dels usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada perfil personal de Facebook podrà votar totes les imatges que vulgui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona guanyadora serà aquella que presenti la proposta que, amb la fotografia amb què concursi, hagi aconseguit més interaccions a la pàgina Facebook de l'Ajuntament de Calvià. S'entén com a interacció els “m'agrada”, “m'encanta”, “em sorprèn”, “m'entristeix”, “m'enfada” amb la mateixa valoració. El segon premi per zona recaurà en la proposta que rebi el segon major nombre de votacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es tindran en compte com a interaccions/votacions els comentaris o compartits que hagi tingut la fotografia, o les interaccions del contingut compartit en altres pàgines o perfils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Funcionament del sistema de votació del Jurat per als premis especials:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Jurat estarà compost per cinc membres: La tinenta de batle de Participació Ciutadana, el regidor delegat de Participació Ciutadana, i tres vocals més, elegits per la tinent de batle de Participació Ciutadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Actuarà com secretari amb veu però sense vot, el secretari municipal o persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;

	&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada membre del Jurat puntuarà la decoració de 1 a 5 punts. La suma de tots els punts rebuts pels membres del Jurat esmentat donarà lloc als guanyadors del concurs. En cas d'empat, es tornarà a puntuar, però aquesta vegada es puntuarà de l'1 al 3, així successivament fins que hi hagi un guanyador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La decisió serà inapel·lable, i podrà declarar desert el premi. Qualsevol dubte o buit que pogués sorgir de la interpretació i aplicació de les presents bases serà resolt al seu moment pel Jurat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el procés de valoració, el jurat tindrà en compte aspectes com l'originalitat, la utilització d'elements artesans i materials reciclats, la il·luminació, l'ambientació, l'estampa en conjunt i la creativitat tant en la utilització d'elements com en la seva disposició, que poden ser de caràcter tradicional o moderns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. ALTRES CONSIDERACIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1 - L'Ajuntament de Calvià exonera completament Facebook de tota responsabilitat per part de cada persona concursant o participant i notifica que aquesta promoció no està patrocinada, avalada ni administrada per Facebook, ni associada de cap manera a Facebook.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2 -L'Ajuntament de Calvià es reserva el dret de cancel·lar i modificar les condicions i les dates del concurs, prèvia notificació a les persones participants a través del mur de Facebook.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.3 -L'Ajuntament de Calvià, com a organitzador del concurs, té dret a interpretar-ne les bases. En cas de conflicte es resoldrà sobre la base de criteris de racionalitat, igualtat i equitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.4 - Les persones participants cedeixen el dret de les imatges trameses a l'Ajuntament de Calvià per a la seva publicació a mitjans de comunicació, pàgina web i xarxes socials. Així mateix, les persones participants autoritzen la publicació del nom i zona de participació de la instal·lació si resulten guanyadores. L'adreça es demanarà només per comprovar la visibilitat des de la via pública. L'Ajuntament de Calvià no emmagatzemarà ni utilitzarà la informació de les persones concursants ni votants per a altres fins que no sigui el concurs mateix. Les fotografies dels guanyadors passaran a ser propietat de l'Ajuntament, que es reserva el dret d'ús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.5 - L'Ajuntament de Calvià pretén que la competició entre els diferents participants a la promoció es faci amb igualtat d'oportunitats i amb estricte respecte a les normes de la bona fe. Per això, l'Ajuntament de Calvià es reserva el dret d'eliminar de la promoció per causa justificada qualsevol usuari/ària que defraudi, alteri o inutilitzi el bon funcionament i el transcurs normal i reglamentari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sense perjudici de l'anterior, s'entendrà, a títol enunciatiu però no limitatiu, que es produeix frau quan es detecta el suposat ús d'aplicacions independents al Website; realitzar un abús de consultes al servidor i tots aquells comportaments que puguin resultar aparentment abusius i/o malintencionats, com pot ser l'intercanvi o compra de likes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La constatació de qualsevol d'aquestes circumstàncies durant la promoció suposarà la desqualificació automàtica de la promoció, així com la pèrdua del premi si se li hagués atorgat. L'Ajuntament de Calvià es reserva el dret d'emprendre accions judicials contra aquelles persones que facin qualsevol tipus d'acte susceptible de ser considerat manipulació o falsificació de la promoció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.6 - De conformitat amb el que disposa el Reglament General de Protecció de Dades (UE) 2016/679 i la normativa espanyola relativa a la protecció de dades personals, posem en el vostre coneixement que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La finalitat amb què es tracten les vostres dades és un registre de dades referides a persones inscrites, de forma voluntària, al concurs de decoració nadalenca de 2025 organitzat per l'Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La base legal per al tractament de les dades és el desenvolupament de les competències municipals conferides per la legislació estatal i autonòmica reguladora del règim local i el seu consentiment, que es podrà revocar en qualsevol moment, si bé sense efectes retroactius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La informació es conservarà d'acord amb els criteris i terminis establerts a la Llei 15/2006, de 17 d'octubre, d'arxius i patrimoni documental de les Illes Balears. En qualsevol cas, en revocar el consentiment serà eliminat el registre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Cessions de dades previstes: podrà ser publicada, a través del web municipal i les xarxes socials, la identitat dels guanyadors, participants o col·laboradors dels concurs, i es podran utilitzar les fotografies compartides pels participants i aquelles preses per l'Ajuntament de Calvià durant el desenvolupament del concurs, per a una difusió pública no comercial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Podrà exercitar, en els casos i formes prevists a la legislació vigent, els drets d'accés, rectificació, supressió, limitació del tractament, oposició i portabilitat al Servei de Participació Ciutadana de l'Ajuntament de Calvià, carrer Julià Bujosa Sans, batle, núm. 1, Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. En tot cas, podeu presentar una reclamació davant l'Agència Espanyola de Protecció de Dades.
