&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;D'acord amb Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es convoquen, per a l'any 2024, subvencions per a inversions en la prevenció dels danys causats als boscos per incendis forestals, desastres naturals i catàstrofes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Després de revisar la documentació presentada juntament amb la sol·licitud de pagament de la línia d'ajuda indicada anteriorment, s'ha constatat que manca documentació o té els errors que s'indiquen a l'annex I adjunt 'Relació de sol·licituds de pagament per esmenar'.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 68.1 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, us requeresc perquè en el termini de deu dies comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta notificació, presenteu la documentació que manca o esmeneu els errors detectats, fent referència al número d'expedient i línia d'ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Una vegada transcorregut el termini per esmenar les deficiències sense que ho hàgiu fet, es revocarà l'ajuda, d'acord amb l'article 92.1 del Reglament de la Llei de subvencions esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
