&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;El títol II de la Llei Orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d'educació, estableix, a l'article&amp;nbsp; 71.1, que les administracions educatives han de disposar dels mitjans necessaris perquè tots els alumnes assoleixin el màxim desenvolupament personal, intel·lectual, social i emocional, així com els objectius que estableix amb caràcter general aquesta Llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El Decret 39/2011, de 29 d'abril, pel qual es regula l'atenció a la diversitat i l'orientació educativa en els centres educatius no universitaris sostinguts amb fons públics, pretén garantir la igualtat d'oportunitats de tots els alumnes perquè puguin assolir el màxim desenvolupament de les seves capacitats. Aquest Decret estableix que els centres docents han de dur a terme les actuacions necessàries per aconseguir que els alumnes assoleixin els objectius i les competències bàsiques de les diverses etapes educatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. En el BOIB núm.79, de 21 de juny de 2025, es va publicar la Resolució del director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats per la qual es convoca el procediment per a l'ampliació de la dotació de personal de suport educatiu (dotació addicional) per a l'atenció a la diversitat als centres privats concertats per al curs 2025-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El punt 4.3 de l'annex 1 d'aquesta Resolució estableix que un cop iniciat el curs 2025-2026, es poden revisar puntualment les situacions en què la dotació addicional de personal de suport per a l'atenció a la diversitat hagi d'ajustar-se, de manera significativa, a les necessitats educatives sobrevingudes dels centres que ho requereixin, sempre dins dels límits establerts en el punt segon del mateix annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. En el BOIB núm. 125, de 18 de setembre de 2025,&amp;nbsp; es va publicar la &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolució definitiva de la directora &lt;/span&gt;general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats per la qual es determina l'ampliació de la dotació de personal de suport educatiu (dotació addicional) per a l'atenció a la diversitat a l'ensenyament privat concertat per al curs 2025-2026&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Amb posterioritat a la Resolució definitiva esmentada al punt anterior, el Servei de Recursos per a l'Atenció a la Diversitat de Centres Concertats ha emès els informes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'informe amb data de 6 de novembre de 2025, en sentit favorable a incrementar en 6 hores, la dotació d'especialista en pedagogia terapèutica (PT) del CC La Salle (codi 07001472) d'Inca. D'acord amb aquest informe, l'increment&amp;nbsp; es justifica per poder atendre les necessitats específiques de suport educatiu d'un alumne escolaritzat a ESO que canviarà de modalitat d'escolarització passant d'especial a ordinària a partir del segon trimestre del curs 2025-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'informe amb data de 13 de novembre de 2025, en sentit favorable a incrementar en 6 hores, la dotació d'especialista en atenció a la diversitat (AD) del CC Sant Pere (codi 07003717) de Palma. D'acord amb aquest informe, l'increment&amp;nbsp; es justifica per poder atendre les necessitats específiques de suport educatiu d'un alumne de nova incorporació escolaritzat a EP i d'un altre alumne escolaritzat a EI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Hi ha crèdit adequat i suficient a les partides pressupostàries corresponenents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. La Llei orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d'educació (BOE núm. 106, de 4 de maig), en la redacció donada per la Llei orgànica 3/2020, de 29 de desembre (BOE núm. 340, de 30 de desembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. La Llei 6/2025, de 23 de juliol, de pressuposts generals de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2025 (BOIB núm. 98, de 24 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; L'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura de 7 de maig de 2008 per la qual es regula la dotació dels equips docents als nivells educatius concertats (BOIB núm. 65, de 13 de maig) modificada per Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura de 23 de juny de 2009 (BOIB núm. 96, de 4 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. El Decret 39/2011, de 29 d'abril, pel qual es regula l'atenció a la diversitat i l'orientació educativa als centres educatius no universitaris sostinguts amb fons públics (BOIB núm. 67, de 5 de maig).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. El Decret 59/2022, de 27 de desembre, pel qual s'estableixen les normes que han de regir les convocatòries per a l'establiment i la renovació dels concerts educatius a partir del curs acadèmic 2023-2024 (BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de desembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;6. El Decret 10/2025, de 14 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB ext. núm. 91, de 14 de juliol) modificat pel Decret 15/2025, de 12 de setembre, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 122, de 13 de setembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;7. Els informes del Servei de Recursos per a l'Atenció a la Diversitat de Centres Concertats esmentats en el punt 5è dels Fets d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
