&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:104%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;OSCAR PORTAS JUAN, PRESIDENT DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA, ILLES BALEARS, FAIG SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:104%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Que s'obre un termini de vint dies hàbils perquè &lt;strong&gt;les persones interessades en ser elegides Jutge de Pau&lt;/strong&gt; i que reuneixin les condicions legals ho sol·licitin per escrit dirigit a aquesta Presidència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:104%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Que a la Secretaria del Consell es pot examinar l'expedient i demanar la informació necessària pel que fa als requisits, durada del càrrec, remuneració, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:104%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Que correspon al Ple d'aquesta administració pública elegir les persones per ser nomenades Jutge de Pau, tant del titular com del seu substitut, d'acord amb el que disposen els articles 101 i 102 de la Llei Orgànica del Poder Judicial i els articles 4 i 5.1 del Reglament 3/1995, de 7 de juny, dels Jutges de Pau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:104%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Que en el supòsit de no presentar-se sol·licituds, el Ple de la Corporació elegirà lliurement, i comunicarà l'Acord al Jutjat de Primera Instància del partit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:104%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Això es publica per al coneixement general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
