En data de 25 de maig de 2024 es va publicar, en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 69, la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es modifica la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 26 de març de 2024, per la qual es convoquen, per a l'any 2024, subvencions per a inversions en la prevenció dels danys causats als boscos per incendis forestals, desastres naturals i catàstrofes.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. En data 2 de setembre de 2025, dins el termini legalment establert per a la justificació de les inversions aprovades, la persona interessada presenta la sol·licitud de pagament total de les actuacions aprovades com també la documentació exigida.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. En data 30 d'octubre del 2025, la directora general de Medi Natural i Gestió Forestal aprova el Projecte Tècnic de Gestió Forestal de la finca Mongofra Nou SRM, al terme municipal de Maó, amb una superfície forestal ordenada de 141,58ha.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6. D'acord amb l'apartat desè de la Resolució de convocatòria abans esmentada, referent a subvencions per a inversions en la prevenció dels danys causats als boscos per incendis forestals, desastres naturals i catàstrofes, una de les obligacions de les persones beneficiàries és mantenir els requisits i les condicions exigibles a què fa referència l'apartat tercer de l'esmentada resolució.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">7. L'apartat tercer de la Resolució de convocatòria abans esmentada, diu que els aprofitaments de boscos privats de més de 50 hectàrees a Menorca han de disposar d'un pla de gestió forestal sostenible aprovat per la persona titular de la conselleria competent en matèria forestal, amb caràcter previ a la data màxima de justificació de l'apartat onzè de l'esmentada resolució. </span></span></span></p> <p>8. BOIB núm. 69 de 25 de maig del 2024.</p> <p>- Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual s'incrementen els crèdits que preveu la Resolució del president del FOGAIBA de 26 de març de 2024 per la qual es convoquen, per a l'any 2024, subvencions per a inversions en la prevenció dels danys causats als boscos per incendis forestals, desastres naturals i catàstrofes.</p> <p>- Ordre del conseller d'Agricultura, Medi Ambient i Territori de 19 de febrer de 2015, per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en el marc del Programa de Desenvolupament Rural de les Illes Balears 2014-2020.</p> <p>- Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="display:inline-block">Proposta de resolució de revocació total </span></span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per tot això, s'informa favorablement i propòs al vicepresident del FOGAIBA que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">1.Revocar totalment la resolució d'ajuda concedida a la persona beneficiària per l'import i amb els terminis detallats en l'annex<strong> </strong>d'aquesta resolució, que és un total d'1 expedient i que comença amb MONGOFRA NOU SRM i acaba amb MONGOFRA NOU SRM, que suma un import total de 23.800,00</span> <span style="background-color:#ffffff">euros, relativa a la línia d'ajuda “Inversions en la prevenció dels danys causats als boscos per incendis forestals, desastres naturals i catàstrofes”, ja que no compleix el requisit de disposar de pla de gestió forestal sostenible amb caràcter previ a la data màxima de justificació.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">2.
