CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mitjançant acord de la Junta de Govern de 15/10/2025, es va aprovar el següent:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>“PRIMER.-</strong> Aprovar la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l'Ajuntament de Palma que figura a la proposta adjunta MF-1000 relativa a la creació del lloc de feina de Tècnic/a Superior Economista adscrit al PMEI, de l'Àrea de Serveis Socials, Educació, Participació Ciutadana, Joventut i Igualtat d'Oportunitats, en el sentit que es concreta a la proposta.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGON.- </strong>Aprovar les funcions específiques creades al nou lloc de feina que són les següents:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dirigir la comptabilitat financera i pressupostària de l'organisme, garantint el registre correcte de les operacions i l'elaboració i remissió del Compte General, en coordinació amb el Departament Financer.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Elaborar i supervisar la comptabilitat de costs i la memòria del cost dels serveis per avaluar l'eficiència i sostenibilitat de l'organisme.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Declarar i liquidar els impostos davant l'AEAT.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Preparar, tramitar i fer el seguiment del pressupost anual incloent les modificacions de crèdit, la liquidació, el seguiment dels projectes amb finançament afectat i l'elaboració i remissió de la informació pressupostària que requereixin els òrgans de control, en coordinació amb l'Oficina Pressupostària.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Elaborar informes i assessorar en matèria econòmica i financera en relació amb l'organisme.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Tramitar expedients i fer propostes de resolució en l'àmbit de la gestió econòmica de l'organisme.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Atendre els requeriments d'informació de la Sindicatura de Comptes i aportar la documentació necessària en els processos de fiscalització.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Col·laborar en la gestió i recaptació dels ingressos tributaris i no tributaris de l'organisme, en coordinació amb l'Òrgan de Gestió Tributària.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Gestionar econòmicament i comptablement els actius patrimonials i mantenir actualitzat l'inventari de béns.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Col·laborar amb la tresoreria en la planificació de fons i calendaris, en la custòdia de valors i&nbsp;</span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">efectes i en la confecció d'actes d'arqueig i conciliacions bancàries.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Assumir les funcions addicionals en matèria de pressupost, comptabilitat, tresoreria o gestió&nbsp;</span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d'ingressos que atribueixi l'òrgan gerencial.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCER.-</strong> Establir com a data d'efectes la del dia següent a la seva aprovació. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
