    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;art. 5 del Reglament del CGPJ 3/95, de 7 de juny, dels Jutges de Pau, s&amp;apos;anuncia la convocatòria pública per a la provisió del càrrec de JUTGE/ESSA DE PAU TITULAR de Sencelles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les condicions de capacitat exigibles per optar a l&amp;apos;elecció d&amp;apos;aquest càrrec són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Ser espanyol/a i major d&amp;apos;edat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- No estar impedit/da físicament o psíquicament per exercir les funcions judicials&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- No haver estat condemnat per delicte dolós. En cas contrari, aquest impediment cessa si s&amp;apos;ha obtingut la rehabilitació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- No haver estat processat o inculpat per delicte dolós. En cas contrari, aquest impediment cessa si s&amp;apos;ha obtingut l&amp;apos;absolució o s&amp;apos;ha dictat la interlocutòria de sobreseïment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Gaudir de l&amp;apos;exercici ple dels drets civils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Residir al nostre Terme Municipal de Sencelles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- No estar incurs en causa d&amp;apos;incapacitat o incompatibilitat (arts. 389 a 397 de la Llei Orgànica 6/1985, d&amp;apos;1 de juliol, del Poder Judicial, en el que els sigui aplicable).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones interessades que compleixin els requisits esmentats poden presentar les seves sol·licituds al Registre General de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament, o bé mitjançant el procediment que regula l&amp;apos;art. 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, durant el termini de DEU DIES HÀBILS comptats a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà que es publiqui aquest anunci al BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Juntament amb la sol·licitud, els candidats han de presentar un &lt;em&gt;curriculum vitae&lt;/em&gt; amb els detalls més significatius del seu perfil personal, acadèmic i professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en cas de no presentar-se sol·licituds, el Ple de la Corporació triarà lliurement, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que es preveu a l&amp;apos;art. 101.1 de la Llei Orgànica 6/1985, d&amp;apos;1 de juliol, del Poder Judicial i l&amp;apos;art. 4 i 6 del reglament 3/1995, de 7 de juny, dels Jutges de Pau, comunicant l&amp;apos;Acord al Deganat del Partit Judicial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
