&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«CONCURS ENGALANA EL TEU LOCAL 2025&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES GENERALS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJECTE I FINALITAT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El concurs «Engalana el teu local 2025» té com a objectiu potenciar i dinamitzar el comerç local del nostre municipi en el transcurs de les festes nadalenques. Continuant la feina, ja desenvolupada des de fa uns anys, de promoure la reactivació econòmica del nostre municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Amb aquest propòsit, s'obre un concurs per engalanar els aparadors dels locals comercials amb motius relacionats amb aquestes festes. I així, ajudar a crear i preservar l'ambient nadalenc als nostres carrers i comerços. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. DESTINATARIS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Podran participar en el concurs tots els comerços del municipi d'Andratx que romanguin oberts durant les festes de Nadal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els participants hauran de complir tots els requisits establerts a l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, Llei General de Subvencions. Es destaca la necessitat de trobar-se al corrent de les obligacions tributàries davant l'Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears (ATIB), davant de la Agència Estatal d'Administració Tributària (AEAT), de la Seguretat Social i davant de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Tresoreria Municipal de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx expedirà, d'ofici, una certificació que acreditarà sí els sol·licitants compleixen amb les seves obligacions fiscals envers aquest Ajuntament i si tenen o no deutes pendents amb el mateix, ja sigui per conceptes tributaris o no tributaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. BASES REGULADORES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per a tots els casos no prevists en aquesta convocatòria serà aplicable:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Llei 38/2023, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions (BOIB 276, de 18 de novembre de 2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Reial Decret 887/2006, per el que s'aprova el reglament que desenvolupa la Llei General de subvencions (BOIB 176, de 25 de juliol de 2006).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques (BOE 236. de 2 d'octubre de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ordenança general de subvencions d'Andratx 2017 (BOIB 47, de 20 d'abril de 2017).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La resta de normativa que resulti d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. CRÈDIT PRESSUPOSTARI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Durant l'exercici pressupostari 2025, es destina la quantitat de 1.300 euros (€) a les subvencions objecte d'aquesta convocatòria, amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 933.226090. Tradicions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. REQUISITS I CONDICIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els aparadors hauran de romandre decorats amb els motius nadalencs durant el període comprés entre el 5 de desembre de 2025 i el 7 de gener de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La ubicació de la decoració es centrarà en els aparadors que siguin visibles des del carrer. Així mateix, es podrà localitzar decoració complementària a l'interior dels locals comercials. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els participants hauran de cedir, sempre que estiguin d'acord i amb caràcter no exclusiu, els drets d'imatge de les fotografies dels seus comerços, amb caràcter indefinit, a favor de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx als efectes de la seva difusió per qualsevol mitjà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. TEMÀTICA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La temàtica a desenvolupar en la decoració d'aquests aparadors i locals comercials serà la relacionada amb la temàtica nadalenca. Deixant total llibertat pel que fa a la tècnica i estil decoratiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La utilització de productes que ofereix el seu comerç dins l'estil i la tècnica decorativa es puntuarà positivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. CRITERIS DE VALORACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els criteris de valoració que hauran de regir les votacions per part del jurat tècnic i del jurat popular seran els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Creativitat i l'originalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Laboriositat i dificultat del muntatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Innovació i materials utilitzats per a la decoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Il·luminació i escenografia per aconseguir ambientació nadalenca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Exposició del propi producte del establiment dins els materials emprats en la decoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. JURAT I SISTEMA DE VOTACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Des de l'àrea de Promoció Econòmica es nombrarà un jurat tècnic format per 4 vocals escollits entre els representants d'entitats del municipi d'Andratx. Junt amb aquest jurat es crearà un jurat popular conformat per totes les persones que hi vulguin participar el dia de la visita de valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cada membre del jurat tècnic puntuarà l'aparador decorat de 0 a 5 punts segons cadascun dels criteris de valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En canvi, cada persona del jurat popular podrà puntuar de 0 a 10 punts cada aparador visitat i una vegada finalitzat es realitzarà un barem de totes les puntuacions per equiparar els valors a 1/5 part com si fossin un 1 jurat tècnic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La suma de totes les puntuacions del jurat tècnic junt amb la puntuació baremada del jurat popular determinarà els participants guanyadors del concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest jurat estarà presidit per la Batlessa o persona que hi designi, amb veu però sense vot. Estarà acompanyat per un secretari que correspondrà a un funcionari de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El jurat es reserva la facultat d'interpretar les presents bases o resoldre qualsevol imprevist. La decisió del jurat és inapel·lable, i es podrà declarar desert algun dels premis previstos, per falta de qualitat en el treball, o per no ajustar-se a aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest jurat haurà d'elevar una proposta a la Junta de Govern Local que serà l'òrgan competent per a resoldre el procediment, incloent la possibilitat de que el premi no sigui adjudicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La visita per part dels jurats als locals engalanats es realitzarà el dia 12 de desembre de 2025 a les 18:30h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si per motius d'organització no es pogués realitzar les visites amb els jurats els dies previstos, seran informats directament els participants i els membres del jurats, junt amb la població que vulgui participar en el jurat popular, ajornant la visita dins la setmana següent de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. TERMINI, LLOC DE PRESENTACIÓ I CONTENGUT DE LES SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.1. Presentació de les sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds (Annex I) i la resta de documentació obligatòria serà des del següent dia hàbil a partir de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes balears (BOIB) fins dia&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 5 de desembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La inscripció en aquest concurs és totalment gratuïta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds es podran presentar, d'acord amb el que estableixen els articles 14.2, 14.3, 16.4 i 66, de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les administracions públiques, de les següents formes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Presencialment: Davant del Servei d'Atenció Ciutadana (SAC) de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx, amb &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cita prèvia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; (de 8:00 a 13:30 de dilluns a divendres) o qualsevol de les oficines de registre de l'Administració autonòmica, de l'Administració General de l'Estat, de la resta de comunitats autònomes o de les entitats que integren l'Administració local. També es podran presentar davant les oficines de Correus, dins d'un sobre obert, a fi que el personal de l'oficina pugui indicar, mitjançant segell oficial, lloc, data i l'hora exacta en què s'ha efectuat el registre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Telemàticament. A travès de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Seu Electrònica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx mitjançant el tràmit específic (en tot cas, subjectes obligats a relacionar-se a través de mitjans electrònics amb les administracions públiques i, opcionalment, persones físiques no obligades). És necessari disposar d'un dels mètodes d'identificació permesos (certificat electrònic, DNI electrònic o Cl@ve pin).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si la sol·licitud no compleix els requisits establerts a la convocatòria, l'òrgan gestor ha de requerir a la persona interessada per a que ho esmenti en el termini màxim de 10 dies hàbils, amb la indicació de que, si no ho fa, es considerarà com que ha desistit de la sol·licitud, prèvia resolució que ha de ser dictada en els terminis previstos a l'article 68 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.2. Contingut&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds de participació al concurso s'han de presentar mitjançant les instàncies i els annexes que facilita l'Ajuntament d'Andratx i que es poden trobar a la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Seu electrònica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d'aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La sol·licitud constarà de la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Annex I. Model de sol·licitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Fotocòpia del NIF&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Poder/autorització de representació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Sol·licitud de transferència bancària per a pagaments (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Model SEPA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Declaració responsable d'estar al corrent d'obligacions tributaries davant l'Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears (ATIB), davant l'Agència Estatal d'Administració Tributària, Seguretat Social i l'Ajuntament d'Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Una vegada presentada la sol·licitud (Annex I) al Registre d'Entrada de l'Ajuntament o qualsevol de les formes previstes a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, cada participant enviarà la documentació gràfica de la decoració al correu electrònic &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;promocioeconomica@andratx.es. El termini màxim per enviar les fotografies serà dia 9 de desembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Documentació gràfica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mínim tres fotografies generals i a detall de la decoració de l'aparador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els participants autoritzaran expressament la captació, la reproducció i la publicació de les imatges generals i al detall de l'aparador facilitades (Annex I). Aquestes podran ser difoses als diversos mitjans i canals de l'Ajuntament (web municipal, xarxes socials, material promocional, publicacions externes, revistes, tríptics i altres mitjans propis).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El dret a la pròpia imatge és reconegut a l'article 18.1 de la Constitució Espanyola, regular per la Llei Orgànica 1/1982, de 5 de maig, sobre el dret a l'honor, a la intimitat personal i familiar i a la pròpia imatge i Llei Orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de Protecció de Dades Personals i Garantia dels drets digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. FINANÇAMENT I IMPORT DEL CONCURS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El concurs es finançarà amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 933.226090. Es concediran 3 premis que consistiran en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;sup&gt;r&lt;/sup&gt; Premi: 600€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2º Premi: 400€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3º Premi: 300€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'abonament del total de l'import premiat es farà mitjançant transferència bancària al compte corrent designat pel beneficiari del premi (sol·licitud de transferència bancària per a pagaments (Model SEPA), una vegada s'hagi comprovat que el sol·licitant compleix els requisits per a ser beneficiari del premi i es dicti la corresponent resolució de concessió de la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El pagament d'aquests premis, seran abonats amb càrrec a la partida corresponent, un cop duta a terme la tramitació legalment establerta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. ÒRGANS COMPETENTS PER A INSTRUIR I RESOLDRE EL PROCEDIMENT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La tramitació i gestió d'aquesta convocatòria estarà subjecta als principis enumerats a l'article 8.3 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local serà l'òrgan encarregat d'aprovar les bases i la convocatòria i de resoldre-la, d'acord amb el Decret número 1625-2023, de 19 de juny de 2023, per la qual la Batlia de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx, delega un conjunt de competències a la Junta de Govern Local, entre les quals es troba la de concessió d'ajudes, subvencions i beques econòmiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Rebut l'informe per l'òrgan instructor que gestioni las sol·licituds per a participar al concurs de betlems i comprovat que els sol·licitants compleixin amb els requisits exigits, es dictarà la proposta de resolució corresponent. I posteriorment, la Junta de Govern Local resoldrà la convocatòria, amb indicació dels extrems continguts a la proposta de resolució definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. PROCEDIMENT I NOTIFICACIÓ DEL PREMIS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La convocatòria, amb les bases que la regeixen, es publicaran al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), a la pàgina Web i al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les resolucions de concessió dels premis del concurs de betlems es publicaran en la citada pàgina web i el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx, en els termes de la disposició addicional setena de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini màxim per a resoldre el procediment i notificar-lo és de sis mesos des de la data de publicació de l'extracte de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si no es resolgués en termini el procediment de concessió dels premis, hem d'assenyalar que, segons allò que s'ha fixat en l'article 25.4 i 5 LGS, transcorregut el termini de sis mesos des de la iniciació sense resoldre i notificar resolució, els interessats podran entendre desestimada la seva sol·licitud. A partir d'aquest moment podran interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició (en un mes des que es produeixen els efectes de silenci administratiu) o, directament, el contenciós-administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. ABONAMENT DELS PREMIS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'abonament del total de l'import premiat es farà mitjançant transferència bancària al compte corrent designat pel beneficiari del premi (sol·licitud de transferència bancària per a pagaments (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Model SEPA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) una vegada s'hagi comprovat que el sol·licitant compleix els requisits per a ser beneficiari del premi i es dicti la corresponent resolució de concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. OBLIGACIONS DE LES PERSONES BENEFICIÀRIES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les persones beneficiàries han de complir les obligacions establertes en l'article 8 de l'Ordenança Municipal de Subvencions d'Andratx i l'article 14 de la Llei 38/2003 General de Subvencions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. REINTEGRAMENT I PÈRDUA DEL DRET AL COBRAMENT DE LA SUBVENCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per a l'aplicació del reintegrament s'ajustarà a les causes i el procediment establerts a la present convocatòria (destacant l'article 13 d'aquesta), en els articles 36 i següents de la Llei 38/2003 General de Subvencions, 96 i següents del Reglament General de Subvencions, i 49 i següents de l'Ordenança reguladora de Subvencions d'Andratx. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. ACCEPTACIÓ DE LES BASES, DRETS I OBLIGACIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presentació al concurs suposa l'acceptació de les bases i dels drets i obligacions que se'n deriven. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. RENÚNCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En qualsevol moment del procediment, els interessats podran desistir de la seva sol·licitud o renunciar al dret de percebre els premis concedits de conformitat amb allò que disposa l'article 94 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La renúncia s'haurà de presentar mitjançant instància general d'acord amb els articles 14.2, 14.3 i 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18. INFRACCIONS I SANCIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'incompliment dels requisits establerts en aquestes bases o en la normativa d'aplicació, podrà donar lloc a l'aplicació del règim de sancions establert en la Llei General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;19. PRESENTACIÓ DE RECURSOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la resolució per la qual s'aproven les presents bases i de conformitat amb el que es disposa en els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, i 8, 45 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, es podrà interposar un dels següents recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Amb caràcter potestatiu, recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que va dictar l'acte recorregut (tret que es tracti d'un acte dictat per delegació en aquest cas correspondrà la resolució a l'òrgan que ha fet la delegació), en el termini d'un mes, a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria de les presents bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La interposició del recurs, excepte en els casos en què una disposició estableixi el contrari, no suspendrà l'execució de l'acte impugnat, de conformitat amb el que es disposa en l'article 117 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
