    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Havent-se aprovat per resolució núm. &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2025-4452, de data 7 de novembre,&lt;/span&gt; del regidor delegat d'Esports, les bases per als Premis de l'Esport 2025, i de conformitat amb l'article 45.1 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, es publiquen en el &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;BOIB &lt;/span&gt;i en el Tauler d'anuncis digital de l'Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Portmany &lt;/span&gt;les Bases dels Premis de l'Esport 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'adjunten les bases reguladores que regiran els Premis de l'Esport per a l'any 2025: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;BASES DELS PREMIS DE L'ESPORT 2025 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;OBJECTE &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;L'objecte de les presents bases és regular la concessió dels Premis de l'Esport 2025 del municipi de Sant Antoni de Portmany de manera que es reconeguin els millors resultats esportius reeixits per esportistes del municipi o pertanyents a clubs la seu dels quals es trobi a Sant Antoni de Portmany, així com la labor que realitza la societat portmanyina en el foment de l'esport. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2. JUSTIFICACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En l'article 43.3 de la Constitució Espanyola es recull la importància de l'esport en establir que els poders públics fomentaran l'educació física i l'esport i facilitaran l'adequada utilització de l'oci. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Llei 2/2023, de 7 de febrer, de l'activitat física i l'esport de les Illes Balears estableix que les administracions de les Illes Balears fomentaran l'activitat física i l'esport i tutelaran l'exercici amb la finalitat d'aconseguir la màxima qualitat i excel·lència i la fidelització de les persones esportistes, practicants i usuàries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Entre les finalitats establertes en l'article 5 de la citada llei, es troba la de fomentar l'esport federat en totes les seves activitats i competicions i l'establiment de mecanismes de suport a l'esport d'alt nivell i d'alt rendiment de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'altra banda, en el seu article 23 s'estableix que les administracions públiques de les Illes Balears han de vetllar perquè es fomenti la cultura de l'activitat física i l'esport, la recerca històrica i es posin en valor els èxits i les personalitats que els han dut a terme. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;3. REGULACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Aquests Premis de l'Esport 2025 estan expressament exclosos de l'àmbit d'aplicació de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions (d'ara endavant, LGS) atès que no és el premiat qui realitza una sol·licitud per a l'obtenció del premi -no havent-hi identitat entre el proponent i el beneficiari-, per tant, i conforme l'article 4 a) de la LGS, “Queden exclosos de l'àmbit d'aplicació d'aquesta llei: a) Els premis que s'atorguin sense la prèvia sol·licitud del beneficiari.”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Per l'anteriorment citat, a aquests premis sense sol·licitud prèvia del beneficiari els serà aplicable la seva pròpia norma reguladora en la qual s'introduiran -per analogia- aspectes i requisits recollits amb caràcter general en la LGS com són els principis de publicitat, transparència, objectivitat i motivació dels actes. A més, en tractar-se d'una activitat de foment administrativa, ha de respondre als principis constitucionals inspiradors i altres criteris generals de necessària aplicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;4. MODALITATS DELS PREMIS A ATORGAR I REQUISITS DELS CANDIDATS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Les categories dels premis de referència seran els que es detallen a continuació, establint-se tres modalitats diferents de premis a atorgar amb motiu dels Premis de l'Esport 2025: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;4.1. Reconeixements:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Jurat reconeixerà, al millor esportista de cada esport, d'entre tots els candidats proposats de cada esport. En el cas que només hi hagués un esportista proposat en un esport, aquest serà considerat el millor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tots els esportistes que rebin un reconeixement seran esportistes naturals o residents del municipi des de l'1 de gener de l'any 2025 o bé esportistes que tenguin llicència federativa en un club del municipi en el moment d'haver obtingut els mèrits valorats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A l'efecte de determinar si un club pertany al municipi, es tendrà en compte el Registre d'Entitats Esportives d'illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El premi per a aquests esportistes consistirà en un trofeu amb la figura d'un &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;“verro”&lt;/span&gt; que tendrà una placa en la qual constarà, almenys, el nom complet del guardonat i l'any (2025), així com l'escut de l'Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el cas que no pogués trobar-se o fabricar-se el &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;“verro”&lt;/span&gt;, podrà substituir-se per alguna altra figura representativa de la cultura de l'illa o de l'esport o una altra figura prèviament acordada pel Departament d'Esports. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Es tendran en compte els esports reconeguts pel Consell Superior d'Esports. En el cas que es presentes altres modalitats o esports no reconeguts pel Consell Superior d'Esports, el jurat valorarà la seva inclusió i decidirà la seva inclusió mitjançant votació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;4.2. Premis anuals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Conforme a les propostes rebudes pels clubs esportius del municipi de Sant Antoni de &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Portmany,&lt;/span&gt; el Jurat concedirà els premis següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Millor esportista femenina : serà una esportista natural o resident del municipi des de, almenys, l'1 de gener de l'any a què corresponguin els mèrits o bé que tingués llicència federativa en un club del municipi en el moment d'haver obtingut els mèrits. Es triarà pel jurat d'entre tots les candidates de la totalitat d'esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Millor esportista masculí : serà un esportista natural o resident del municipi des de, almenys, l'1 de gener de l'any a què corresponguin els mèrits o bé que tingués llicència federativa en un club del municipi en el moment d'haver obtingut els mèrits. Es triarà pel jurat d'entre tots els candidats de la totalitat d'esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Millor equip : haurà de tractar-se d'un equip d'un dels clubs del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Millor esdeveniment : haurà d'haver estat organitzat per un club o entitat amb seu a Sant Antoni de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Portmany&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; i haver transcorregut, en part o íntegrament, en el municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Persona física que més hagi contribuït al foment de l'esport en el municipi .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Millor patrocinador: haurà d'haver patrocinat l'any al que corresponguin els premis, almenys, a un club o esportista del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El premi anual consistirà en un trofeu amb la figura de la deessa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Tanit,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; que tendrà una placa en la qual constarà, almenys, el nom complet del guardonat, el premi corresponent i l'any (2025), així com l'escut de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En el cas que no pogués trobar-se o fabricar-se la figura de la deessa Tanit, podrà substituir-se per alguna altra figura representativa de la cultura de l'illa o de l'esport o una altra figura prèviament acordada pel Departament d'Esports. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;4.3.Mencions&lt;/span&gt; especials:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El Jurat podrà atorgar fins a quatre mencions especials que es concediran, amb caràcter excepcional i de manera especial, a persones o entitats que per la seva trajectòria siguin mereixedors d'aquesta distinció. Haurà de tractar-se de persones residents en el municipi des de, almenys, l'1 de gener de l'any 2025 o que tengui o hagi tengut llicència federativa en un club del municipi; o ser un equip o club del municipi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El premi per a les mencions especials consistirà en un trofeu amb la figura d'una parella de pagesos, que tendrà una placa en la qual constarà, almenys, el nom complet del guardonat, el premi corresponent i l'any (2025), així com l'escut de l'Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En el cas que no pogués trobar-se o fabricar-se la figura de la parella de pagesos, podrà substituir-se per algun altra figura representativa de la cultura de l'illa o de l'esport o una altra figura prèviament acordada pel Departament d'Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;5. PRESENTACIÓ DE CANDIDATS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.1 Forma de presentació:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les sol·licituds s'hauran de presentar segons el que es disposa en el tràmit “Esports. Presentació de candidatures als Premis de l'Esport” disponible en la Seu Electrònica (https://santantoni.sedelectronica.es/catalog/t/c081ec65-9f79-42bf-b025-d77f6fae5375).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Es podran registrar en: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- Registre Electrònic de l'Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de Portmany, utilitzant el tràmit anterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- Presencialment en l'Oficina d'Atenció al Ciutadà (OAC) sol·licitant cita prèvia en el 971340111. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- En els registres referits en l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En tot cas estaran obligats a realitzar la sol·licitud de manera electrònica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; les persones jurídiques, els seus representants i la resta dels subjectes relacionats en l'article 14.2. de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Per a la presentació de sol·licituds hauran d'utilitzar-se els models normalitzats de sol·licitud i annexos disponibles en la Seu Electrònica, en el tràmit abans esmentat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.2 Termini de presentació: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds estarà obert des de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria fins al 30 de novembre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.3 Requisits per a la presentació de sol·licituds: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presentació de les persones candidates comporta l'acceptació de les presents Bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cada candidatura ha d'estar degudament justificada, adjuntant palmarès esportiu de l'últim any o si és el cas una petita memòria que justifiqui la presentació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Departament d'Esports podrà rebutjar les candidatures que no compleixin amb els requisits exigits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Com a persona física que més hagi contribuït al foment de l'esport, no poden ser presentades candidatures de càrrecs polítics en actiu de qualsevol institució pública d'Eivissa, ni funcionaris o personal laboral del Departament d'Esports de l'Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Portmany&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podran presentar candidatures, degudament justificades, les federacions esportives o les seves delegacions a l'illa d'Eivissa, els clubs o associacions esportives del municipi o qualsevol altra institució o persona física, així com els membres de jurat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el cas de presentació de candidatura per part d'una persona física, aquesta no pot presentar-se com a candidata a si mateixa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cada persona, club, federació o delegació, podrà presentar un màxim de tres candidats, d'una o diverses categories o esports, si és el cas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En el cas que un esport o categoria no comptàs amb cap candidatura, cada membre del jurat podran proposar un màxim d'un candidat per cada esport i/o categoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;6. EL JURAT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El Jurat estarà constituït pels següents membres: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;President&lt;/strong&gt;. El regidor delegat d'Esports de l'Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de Portmany o persona en qui delegui. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Secretari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;. Un funcionari del departament d'Esports de l'Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de Portmany o persona en qui delegui. Tindrà veu però no vot. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vocal.&lt;/strong&gt; Un representant designat pel Consell Insular d'Eivissa. Se sol·licitarà al Conseller d'Esports, mitjançant comunicació electrònica, que designi un titular i un suplent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vocal&lt;/strong&gt;. La Responsable Tècnica del departament d'Esports de l'Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de Portmany o persona en qui delegui. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Vocal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Un regidor de l'Ayuntamiento de Sant Antoni de Portmany designat pel Regidor d'Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vocal.&lt;/strong&gt; Un treballador del departament d'Esports designat per la Responsable Tècnica del Departament d'Esports. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Els acords del Jurat s'adoptaran per majoria simple i, en cas d'empat, el President tendrà vot de qualitat per a dirimir. Les seves decisions seran inapel·lables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El Jurat es reserva el dret a resoldre qualsevol circumstància no contemplada en les presents Bases, així com la seva interpretació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7. PROCEDIMENT D'ELECCIÓ I LLIURAMENT DE PREMIS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;. El Departament d'Esports posarà a la disposició del Jurat la totalitat de candidatures rebudes una vegada finalitzat el termini per a la presentació d'aquestes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Abans de la valoració de les diferents propostes, es procedirà a l'acceptació o rebuig de les mateixes en funció de si compleixen o no els requisits que s'estableixen en les presents Bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Els premis anuals citats en l'apartat 4.2. (millor esportista, millor equip, millor esdeveniment i persona física que més hagi contribuït al foment de l'esport) s'atorgaran pel Jurat d'entre les candidatures rebudes dins del termini i en la forma escaient. Es farà un recompte de tots els vots i, en cas d'empat, el Jurat decidirà motivant l'atorgament amb criteris objectius. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Les mencions especials, si n'hi hagués, s'atorgaran a les persones i entitats que, segons el parer del Jurat, es considerin mereixedores dels mateixos i respectant els requisits i límits establerts en l'apartat 4.3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Un candidat no podrà ser premiat amb el mateix premi més de tres vegades consecutives. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7.6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Quan, segons el parer del Jurat, en alguna de les categories dels premis anuals no hi hagi cap candidatura amb mèrits suficients per a ser premiada, el premi d'aquesta categoria es podrà declarar desert mitjançant declaració motivada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7.7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Una vegada consti a l'expedient corresponent la decisió del jurat, el Departament d'Esports convocarà a la Gala dels Premis de l'Esport 2025 a tots els esportistes que seran reconeguts, als premiats i les mencions especials (si n'hi ha).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7.8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Les votacions dels membres del jurat s'emetran mitjançant votació secreta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7.9. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En el cas que hi hagi diversos candidats al reconeixement de ser el millor esportista del seu esport, els membres del jurat votaran al que considerin més adequat segons els mèrits presentats en el palmarès. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7.10.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Per a triar els premis anuals, cada membre del jurat votarà a tres dels candidats en cada categoria. Al qual considerin el millor dels tres, li atorgaran 3 punts, 2 al segon i 1 al primer. La candidatura amb més punts serà la triada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;8. COMPLIMENT DE LES BASES &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Les normes incloses en les bases dels Premis de l'Esport 2025 s'han de seguir per tots els membres que formen part del Jurat, devent el Secretari d'aquest organisme vetllar pel seu compliment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Així mateix, la resta de situacions que puguin produir-se i no estiguin contemplades en les presents bases, es resoldran segons el criteri del Jurat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;9. DATA PROPOSTA DE L'ACTE &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La Gala dels Premis de l'Esport 2025, acte de concessió, se celebrarà dia 31 de gener de 2026 al Cinema Regi de Sant Antoni de Portmany. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra les presents bases, que posen fi a la via administrativa, pot interposar-se alternativament recurs de reposició potestatiu en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació del present anunci, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques; o bé interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, davant el Jutjat contenciós administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació del present anunci, de conformitat amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa. Si s'optés per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu no podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que aquell sigui resolt expressament o s'hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci. Tot això sense perjudici que pugui interposar-se qualsevol altre recurs que s'estimi més convenient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
