&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En data 29 d'octubre de 2022 es publica la Resolució del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria del procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema excepcional de concurs de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal funcionari de les escales, subescales, classes i categories (o especialitats) d'administració general i especial dels subgrups A1, A2 i grup B derivada de l'oferta d'ocupació pública extraordinària del Consell de Mallorca i de l'Agència de Defensa del Territori per a l'any 2022 i acumulades de 2017 i de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En data 4 de març de 2024 es va publicar a la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca l'Acord del Tribunal Qualificador d'estimació o desestimació de les al·legacions a la llista provisional de mèrits, resolució d'empats, aprovació de la llista definitiva de mèrits del procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a l'ingrés com a personal funcionari a l'escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe tècnica auxiliar i classe tècnica mitja d'administració especial, derivat de l'oferta d'ocupació pública extraordinària del Consell Insular de Mallorca i de l'Agència de Defensa del Territori per a l'any 2022 i acumulades de 2017 i de 2019.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En data 27 de juny de 2024, es va publicar al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) la Resolució d'aprovació de l'Acord del Tribunal Qualificador de dia 8 de maig de 2024 de persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a l'ingrés com a personal funcionari a l'escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe tècnica auxiliar i classe tècnica mitja d'administració especial, grup B del Consell de Mallorca, del nomenament com a personal funcionari de carrera i de l'adjudicació de llocs de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. En data 31 d'octubre de 2025 el Tribunal qualificador va signar l'Acord del Tribunal Qualificador pel qual es tramet la llista definitiva de persones aspirants per formar part d'una borsa per nomenar personal funcionari interí derivada del procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de Concurs de mèrits de personal funcionari del Consell de Mallorca per a la categoria de Tècnic-a Superior en interpretació de llengua de signes del grup B (Oferta d'ocupació pública extraordinària del Consell de Mallorca i de l'Agència de Defensa del Territori per a l'any 2022 i acumulades de 2017 i de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En aquest acord no consten les persones aspirants que no han acreditat dins termini els mèrits requerits, ni les persones aspirants admeses a la convocatòria del Consell de Mallorca ni tampoc les persones aspirants que han estat nomenades personal funcionari del Consell de Mallorca ni de l'Agència de Defensa del Territori a la mateixa categoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;La Resolució de 27 d'octubre del 2022 del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública (BOIB núm.140, de 29 d'octubre de 2022) es va aprovar la convocatòria del procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema excepcional de concurs de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal funcionari de les escales, subescales, classes i categories (o especialitats) d'administració general i especial dels subgrups A1, A2 i grup B derivada de l'oferta d'ocupació pública extraordinària del Consell de Mallorca i de l'Agència de Defensa del Territori per a l'any 2022 i acumulades de 2017 i de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;L'article 24.1 del Decret llei 6/2022, de 13 de juny, de noves mesures urgents per reduir la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública de les Illes Balears estableix:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“Les convocatòries d'estabilització, pel sistema de concurs de mèrits, han de preveure que les persones que no superin el procés selectiu, i que no tenguin la possibilitat de participar en el procés d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs oposició, per no haver-hi places del mateix cos, escala, subescala, classe, especialitat o categoria professional, s'han d'incloure en borses de personal funcionari interí o de personal laboral temporal, específiques i preferents a les borses ordinàries i/o extraordinàries vigents en cadascuna de les administracions. En aquestes borses s'han d'integrar els candidats que hagin obtingut la puntuació mínima de 10 punts”.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;La instrucció 2/2023, de la consellera d'Hisenda i Funció Pública, de 21 de desembre de 2023, per a la confecció de les llistes parcials de personal funcionari interí i laboral temporal derivades dels processos d'estabilització i per a la constitució les borses, d'acord amb l'establert a l'article 24 del Decret llei 6/2022, de 13 de juny, de noves mesures urgents per reduir la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública de les Illes Balears i d'acord amb les bases de la convocatòria dels processos d'estabilització, regula les condicions per a la constitució de les llistes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;L'Acord del Consell Executiu de data 28 de setembre de 2022, delega determinades atribucions del Consell Executiu en el conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública en matèria de personal (BOIB núm. 128, d'1 d'octubre de 2022), atès el que disposa l'article 9 de la Llei 40/2015, de 2 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, en relació amb l'article 28 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny dels Consells Insulars.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dicto la següent&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Aprovar la llista definitiva de la borsa de treball de personal funcionari de la categoria de Tècnic-a superior en interpretació de llengua de signes del grup B derivada de l'oferta d'ocupació pública extraordinària del Consell de Mallorca i de l'Agència de Defensa del Territori per a l'any 2022 i acumulades de 2017 i de 2019, amb la indicació de tots les persones integrants per ordre de prelació de major a menor puntuació obtinguda en els termes que estableix l'Annex d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Aquesta borsa de treball és preferent a les borses ordinàries i/o extraordinàries vigents, entrarà en vigor l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i tendrà una vigència limitada fins a la creació de noves borses derivades del resultat de nous processos selectius d'aquestes especialitats o categories.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;Ordenar la publicació d'aquesta Resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, en el tauler d'anuncis electrònic del Consell de Mallorca i al portal de selecció del Consell de Mallorca.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta resolució.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa d'aquest recurs d'alçada podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del dit recurs d'alçada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada i no n'heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, sense limitació de temps.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstant l'anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, i la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
