&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1. En data 14 d'octubre de 2024, la Comissió Permanent del Consorci Sociosanitari de Menorca aprova les bases i la convocatòria per a proveir els llocs de treball de direcció, coordinació assistencial i coordinació de serveis generals al Centre Sociosanitari Santa Rita (BOIB núm. 6, d'11 de gener de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2. Les bases esmentades havien estat prèviament negociades amb els representants del personal i aprovades en la mesa de negociació de 23 d'agost de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;3. Per Resolució de la Presidència del Consorci Sociosanitari de Menorca s'aprova la correcció d'errades de les bases i convocatòria per a proveir els llocs de treball de direcció, coordinació assistencial i coordinació de serveis generals del Centre Sociosanitari Santa Rita, així com l'ampliació del termini de presentació de sol·licituds per a la cobertura del lloc de coordinador de serveis generals (BOIB núm. 17, de 6 de febrer de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;4. Mitjançant Resolució de la presidenta del Consorci Sociosanitari de Menorca, decret núm. 2025/32, de data 12 de maig, es declarà deserta la provisió dels llocs de treball de coordinació assistencial i coordinació de serveis generals al Centre Sociosanitari Santa Rita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;5. El lloc de treball de coordinació assistencial al Centre Sociosanitari Santa Rita s'ha de cobrir de forma inajornable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;6. Vista la regulació continguda als articles 82 i següents de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, sobre la cobertura de llocs de treball mitjançant comissió de serveis ordinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7. En data 25/08/25 es publiquen al BOIB les bases de la convocatòria per a la cobertura del lloc de coordinació assistencial del Centre Sociosanitari de Santa Rita, mitjançant el sistema de comissió de serveis. Tot i això, aquest procediment presumiblement quedarà desert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;8. Vist que s'han dut a terme dos processos de selecció sense aconseguir cobrir aquest lloc de feina, s'ha proposat un canvi de categoria al catàleg de llocs de treball, passant de A2 a A1/A2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Atesa la proposta de la presidenta del Consorci Sociosanitari de Menorca, la Comissió Permanent del Consorci Sociosanitari de Menorca, per unanimitat dels membres assistents, adopta els següents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ACORDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar les bases per a la provisió, mitjançant comissió de serveis, del lloc de coordinació assistencial del Centre Sociosanitari Santa Rita del Consorci Sociosanitari de Menorca, que s'adjunten com a annex. Tot això després que es declari desert el procediment iniciat el passat 25/08/25 i a l'entrada en vigor de la modificació del catàleg de llocs de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. &lt;/strong&gt;Convocar la provisió del lloc de coordinació assistencial mitjançant comissió de serveis, d'acord amb l'article 82 i següents de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar aquesta convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i, a títol informatiu, al tauler d'anuncis del Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.&lt;/strong&gt; Iniciar el termini de 15 dies hàbils per a la presentació de sol·licituds, comptats a partir de l'endemà de la publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 88 bis de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, la comissió de serveis ordinària voluntària té caràcter temporal i finalitza transcorregut el temps pel qual es va concedir, que no pot ser superior a dos anys.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Excepcionalment, quan les necessitats del servei ho requereixin, es podrà prorrogar aquest termini mitjançant acord específic de la Junta de Govern o de l'òrgan de govern que actuï per delegació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Abans que transcorri el termini de la concessió, aquesta pot finalitzar per resolució de la convocatòria amb caràcter definitiu per lliure designació del lloc, així com pels altres supòsits previstos a l'article 88 ter de la Llei 3/2007.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Publicitat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es publicarà &lt;strong&gt;al&lt;/strong&gt; tauler d'anuncis del Consell Insular de Menorca, a la pàgina web http://oposicions.cime.esi &lt;strong&gt;i al&lt;/strong&gt; Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Requisits dels aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podran presentar-se tots els funcionaris de carrera i el personal laboral fix en servei actiu de qualsevol administració pública que compleixin els requisits establerts a la relació de llocs de treball, &lt;strong&gt;excepte aquells que, en l'últim any, hagin estat autoritzats amb una comissió de serveis i hagin cessat per renúncia voluntària.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 24 dels Estatuts del Consorci Sociosanitari de Menorca, preferentment, es proveirà el lloc de treball amb personal provinent de les administracions consorciades. Sense perjudici del que s'ha indicat anteriorment, els aspirants provinents d'altres administracions que no formin part del Consorci podran presentar les seves sol·licituds, tenint en compte, en tot cas, la preferència abans esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Sol·licituds, documentació i termini de presentació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar de manera electrònica a través de la pàgina web del CIM: http://oposicions.cime.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El termini de presentació és de &lt;strong&gt;15 dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt;, comptats a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les sol·licituds només es poden presentar telemàticament, d'acord amb l'article 14.2.e de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, utilitzant DNI electrònic, certificat digital vàlid, PIN ciutadà o Cl@ve. La sol·licitud quedarà registrada de manera automàtica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar acompanyades dels documents que acreditin el compliment dels requisits exigits en aquesta convocatòria, així com del currículum professional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El requisit de coneixement de la llengua catalana, corresponent al nivell exigit per al lloc de treball establert, s'ha d'acreditar mitjançant la presentació del certificat oficial de coneixements de català previst al Catàleg o Relació de llocs de treball (BOIB d'1 de març de 2025, sobre l'acord de la Junta de Govern del Consorci Sociosanitari de Menorca, en reunió extraordinària i urgent de dia 14/10/2024, sobre la proposta de la presidenta del Consorci de modificació parcial del catàleg de llocs de feina del Consorci), i d'acord amb el Reglament d'usos lingüístics del Consell Insular de Menorca, aprovat definitivament pel Ple en sessió ordinària de 15 de febrer de 2021 i publicat al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 39, de 20 de març.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els estudis de llengua catalana de l'ESO i del batxillerat es poden homologar amb els certificats oficials de coneixements de llengua catalana A2, B1, B2 i C1, expedits per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'acceptarà l'homologació del certificat de català sempre que la sol·licitud corresponent s'hagi presentat abans de finalitzar el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els certificats obtinguts a Catalunya i a la Comunitat Valenciana, així com els estudis d'ESO o de batxillerat cursats en aquestes comunitats, no són directament vàlids per a aquestes convocatòries si no s'ha efectuat l'homologació per part de la Direcció General de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La data de referència per al compliment dels requisits exigits és el dia en què finalitzi el termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els aspirants que, en la data d'acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, no compleixin els requisits establerts en aquestes bases, seran exclosos de participar en el concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La llista d'admesos i exclosos es publicarà a la pàgina web del CIM: http://oposicions.cime.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Resolució i publicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalitzat el termini, la presidenta del Consorci dictarà resolució aprovant la llista d'aspirants i l'assignació del lloc convocat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolució es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis del Consell Insular de Menorca i a la pàgina web del CIM: http://oposicions.cime.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Incorporació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La incorporació al lloc de treball assignat ha de ser immediata, llevat de raons justificades degudament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, es poden interposar els següents recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el termini d'un mes a partir de l'endemà de la seva publicació, recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la Junta de Govern. Aquest recurs s'entendrà desestimat si no se n'ha notificat la resolució quan hagi transcorregut un mes des que l'haguéssiu interposat. Contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs de reposició es pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el termini de dos mesos a partir de l'endemà del dia que rebeu aquesta publicació, recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma sempre que no hagi interposat recurs potestatiu de reposició, atès que en aquest cas s'haurà d'esperar que se'n dicti resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tot l'anterior s'ajusta a la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, que regula de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, i a la Llei 39/2015 d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Finalment, escau d'indicar que la interposició dels recursos pertinents no suspèn l'eficàcia de la resolució impugnada ni interromp els terminis que se'n puguin derivar, excepte que l'autoritat competent ho acordi expressament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
