    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per fer constar que la Junta de Govern Local, en sessió ordinària de dia 28 d'octubre de 2025, aprovà les bases i convocatòria del procés selectiu mitjançant concurs-oposició pel nomenament com a funcionari interí per programa temporal d'un agent d'ocupació i desenvolupament local (AODL) de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla, conforme segueix: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“Convocatòria i bases del procés selectiu mitjançant concurs-oposició pel nomenament com a funcionari interí per programa temporal d'un agent d'ocupació i desenvolupament local (AODL) de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla en el marc de la convocatòria de subvencions del programa SOIB Desenvolupament Local per a dur a terme actuacions de promoció econòmica i el desenvolupament local 2026-2027, i la constitució d'una borsa de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA.- OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria té per objecte el nomenament com a funcionari interí per programa temporal, mitjançant concurs oposició, d'un agent d'ocupació i desenvolupament local (AODL), del Grup A, subgrup A2, en el marc de la convocatòria de subvencions del programa SOIB Desenvolupament Local per a dur a terme actuacions de promoció de l'activitat econòmica i el desenvolupament local fins al 31 de desembre de 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, es formarà una borsa de treball a efectes de substituir possibles baixes, permisos, llicències o qualsevol altre supòsit del nomenament com a funcionari interí previst en l'article 15 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de les Illes Balears, i l'article 10.1.c) del Real Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel que s'aprova el Text refós de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que la convocatòria té la finalitat de cobrir necessitats de servei urgent i inajornables, és d'aplicació la tramitació d'urgència a aquest procés, ateses les raons d'interès públic esmentades, reduint a la meitat els terminis establerts en el procediment ordinari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Naturalesa del lloc de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vinculació: personal personal funcionari interí per programa temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Lloc: Ajuntament de sa Pobla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tipus de jornada: Completa. 37,5 hores setmanals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Data màxima actuacions finançades: 31 desembre de 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nomenament es fa en el marc del programa subvencionat i dirigit pel SOIB, que tindrà una autonomia i substantivitat pròpia respecte a les activitats permanents ordinàries i habituals de l'entitat beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Funcions del lloc de treball: Executar el Pla d'Acció aprovat pel SOIB i que concreta les actuacions sol·licitades per l'Ajuntament; tot conforme la convocatòria de la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA.- NORMATIVA APLICABLE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La selecció es regirà per la Resolució de la consellera de Treball, Funció Pública i Diàleg Social i presidenta del SOIB, per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria de subvencions per al programa «SOIB Desenvolupament Local» per dur a terme actuacions de promoció de l'activitat econòmica i el desenvolupament local 2026-2027, subjecta a la tramitació de l'expedient anticipat de despesa, corresponent a 2026 (BOIB núm. 99, de 26 de juliol de 2025); el Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic dels Empleats Públics; la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la CAIB; la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local; Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA.- REQUISITS DELS ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Per prendre part a les proves selectives els aspirants han de posseir o complir, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;en la data de finalització del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Ser espanyol o ciutadà d'un dels restants estats membres de la Unió Europea o d'aquells estats en els quals sigui d'aplicació la lliure circulació de treballadors, en els termes prevists a la llei estatal que regula aquesta matèria, amb excepció de les places per a les quals a les bases específiques es limiti l'accés als aspirants de nacionalitat espanyola. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Tenir 16 anys complits i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Estar en disposició de titulació universitària oficial de diplomatura, grau o equivalent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A efectes de la titulació exigida per a l'ingrés es tindran en compte les equivalències de titulacions establertes a la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. No patir cap malaltia ni disminució física o psíquica que impedeixi el normal exercici de les funcions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. No haver estat separat del servei de l'Estat, de l'Administració local o autonòmica o dels organismes que en depenguin per cap expedient disciplinari, ni trobar-se inhabilitat per a l'exercici de funcions públiques. Igualment, no estar sotmès a sanció disciplinària o condemna penal que en el seu estat impedeixi l'accés a la funció pública, si es tracta d'aspirants que no tinguin la nacionalitat espanyola d'acord amb el que s'estableix a la lletra a) d'aquesta base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. No estar sotmès a cap causa d'incapacitat específica d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Acreditar el coneixement de la llengua catalana de nivell C1 mitjançant un certificat expedit per l'EBAP, o bé pels títols, diplomes i certificats homologats establerts a l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 21 de febrer de 2013, per la qual es determinen els títols, diplomes i certificats equivalents als certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana de la Direcció General de Cultura i Jovent (BOIB núm. 34, de 12-03-2013) o per certificat expedit per la Direcció General de Cultura i Joventut de la Conselleria d'Educació, Cultura i Joventut, que segons el Decret 6/2012, de 3 de febrer sobre avaluació i certificació de coneixements de català, (BOIB número 19, de07-02-2012), garanteixi els coneixements de català exigits. Aquest document acreditatiu s'haurà de presentar dins el termini d'admissió de sol·licituds al procés selectiu, sense que es puguin presentar en cap altre moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. Acreditar un mínim d'experiència professional de 2 anys en funcions similars al càrrec, amb la qual cosa es donarà per acreditada la formació específica així com les habilitats, les capacitats i les competències tècniques que els permetin el correcte desenvolupament de les seves funcions al lloc de feina concret que ha de desenvolupar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i. Tenir el permís de conduir per a vehicles de classe B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j.&amp;nbsp;Haver satisfet els drets de participació en la forma establerta a la base quarta d'aquestes bases. 1.6.- El pagament de la taxa de 26,00 € d'acord amb l'Ordenança fiscal relativa a les taxes per proves selectives de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla, BOIB 167, de 12/12/2019 o bé, acreditació de les bonificacions i/o exempcions de les quals puguin ser objecte, previstes al Títol VI de l'esmentada Ordenança Fiscal (https://sapobla.eadministracio.cat/transparency/7a612dcb-9974-43c3-a98a9016bcd265fa/ o www.sa pobla.cat Transparència 2. NORMATIVA/2.2. ORDENANCES I REGLAMENTS/2.2.2 ORDENANCES FISCALS I PREUS PÚBLICS), i justificant de pagament de la quantia resultant, si hi pertoca. El pagament ha realitzar-se mitjançant transferència al següent número d'IBAN: ES73 0182 5747 4902 0150 3747 (BBVA). Les causes d'exempció recollides en la referida ordenança hauran de ser al·legades i acreditades per l'aspirant en el període de presentació de les instàncies de participació en el procés. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas, la sola presentació del justificant d'ingrés dels drets de participació suposarà substitució del tràmit de presentació, dins el termini i en la forma escaient, de la sol·licitud a l'òrgan expressat en aquestes bases. Així mateix, la falta d'abonament d'aquests drets durant el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, no serà esmenable i determinarà l'exclusió de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es fa constar que en el moment del nomenament s'haurà d'estar inscrit/a com a demandant d'ocupació en el SOIB abans del nomenament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els requisits exigits i mèrits que es vulguin al·legar s'han de posseir el dia que finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds i s'han de mantenir durant el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supòsit que es presenti més d'un document, aquests s'han de presentar agrupats en un únic PDF o comprimits en un arxiu tipus rar o zip. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol moment del procés selectiu, si el Tribunal té coneixement que algun dels aspirants no compleix els requisits exigits per la convocatòria, n'haurà de proposar l'exclusió a la Batlia, amb l'audiència prèvia de l'interessat, fent constar les causes que justifiquen la proposta. La Batlia resoldrà el que procedeixi en dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA.- PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Les sol·licituds per prendre part en el procés selectiu s'han d'ajustar al model normalitzat de sol·licitud (annex I) que s'adjunta a les presents bases i es presentaran al Registre Electrònic de la Corporació dirigint-se a l'Alcaldia de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla. [https://sapobla.eadministracio.cat/]. En el mateix s'haurà d'indicar si es volen realitzar les proves en llengua castellana o catalana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es podran presentar mitjançant les formes previstes a l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. En el cas que no es presenti la sol·licitud presencialment al registre de l'Ajuntament o a través de la seu electrònica, és obligatori, per agilitzar-ne el procediment, que l'interessat enviï justificant de presentació de la sol·licitud al correu electrònic: recursoshumans@sapobla.cat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Aquestes bases es publicaran al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de 10 dies naturals a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- A més de les dades que han de constar a la sol·licitud, les persones aspirants han de consignar i acompanyar la documentació que s'indica a continuació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Còpia del DNI, del document oficial acreditatiu de la personalitat (NIE, passaport o targeta de residència).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Titulació acadèmica exigida indicada a la base 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat de català exigit a la base 3.En cas de ser-ne necessària la convalidació o homologació, s'haurà d'aportar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Carnet de conduir B exigit a la base 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documentació acreditativa dels mèrits que s'al·leguen. Els mèrits insuficientment acreditats no es valoraran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El justificant d'ingrés de la taxa de 26,00 euros pels drets de participació, d'acord amb el previst a l'Ordenança reguladora publicada al BOIB núm. 167 de data 12 de desembre de 2019, sense perjudici que l'aspirant tingui dret a exempció/bonificació/reducció de la quota íntegra. En aquest cas, i en aquest moment, s'haurà d'adjuntar la documentació acreditativa que justifiqui el dret a bonificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aportació de les còpies dels mèrits i de la documentació exigida com a requisit per a l'accés al lloc de treball es presentarà dins el termini de presentació d'instàncies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la formalització i presentació de la sol·licitud, la persona aspirant dona el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessaris per prendre part a la convocatòria i per a la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants quedaran vinculades a les dades que es facin constar a la seva sol·licitud. El domicili, telèfon i e-mail que figurin es consideraran vàlids a efectes de notificacions, i serà responsabilitat exclusiva dels candidats tant els errors descriptius, com la no comunicació durant el procés de selecció de qualsevol canvi a les dades de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUENA.- ADMISSIÓ DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel fet de sol·licitar prendre part en el procés selectiu, les persones aspirants es sotmeten expressament a les seves bases reguladores que constitueixen la norma d'aquest procés selectiu, sense perjudici de les responsabilitats en què poguessin incórrer si s'apreciés inexactitud fraudulenta en la declaració que formulin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resultaran admeses les persones aspirants que acreditin reunir els requisits exigits, segons allò que s'ha exposat a la base tercera. Expirat el termini de presentació d'instàncies, l'autoritat convocant dictarà una resolució declarant aprovada la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses i concedint un termini d'esmena a les persones excloses de 3 dies hàbils, indicant que, si no es du a terme l'esmena, s'entendrà que han desistit de la sol·licitud i seran definitivament excloses. La llista de persones admeses i excloses contendrà també la causa o causes que n'han motivat l'exclusió. Els errors de fet podran esmenar-se en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a petició de la persona interessada. No serà esmenable l'abonament de les taxes després de la data de tancament del termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la mateixa resolució, també s'indicaran els components que formaran part del tribunal qualificador conforme a la base sisena, en cas de no haver-s'hi indicat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada publicades les bases en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, els successius anuncis referits al procediment selectiu objecte de la present convocatòria es publicaran a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISENA.- TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal qualificador es constituirà en la forma que determina l'article 60 TREBEP Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, i, supletòriament, l'article 51 de la Llei 3/2007, de la funció pública de la CAIB i l'article 4 del Reial decret 896/1991, de 7 de juny. Els membres del Tribunal han de ser funcionaris de carrera d'igual o superior categoria, i amb titulació acadèmica d'igual o superior nivell a l'exigit per a la plaça convocada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La seva composició es determinarà i publicarà conjuntament amb la resolució d'aspirants admesos definitivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la designació del Tribunal es procurarà garantir, en tot cas, el compliment del principi d'especialitat i d'idoneïtat per valorar els coneixements i les aptituds requerides dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els membres del Tribunal s'hauran d'abstenir d'intervenir, per la qual cosa ho notificaran a l'autoritat convocant, quan es doni alguna de les circumstàncies previstes a l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015 de Règim Jurídic del Sector Públic. Igualment, els aspirants podran recusar els membres del Tribunal quan concorri alguna de les circumstàncies previstes a l'apartat anterior. La constitució i l'actuació del Tribunal s'ajustarà al que preveu la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú, i la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic. Els acords s'adoptaran per majoria d'assistents i el vot del president dirimirà els empats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal podrà comptar amb personal assessor especialista per a aquelles proves en què sigui necessari, i també de personal col·laborador amb tasques de vigilància i de control del desenvolupament de l'oposició. Aquest personal assessor i col·laborador es limitarà a donar l'assistència i la col·laboració que els sigui sol·licitada i tindrà veu, però no vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETENA.- DESENVOLUPAMENT DEL PROCEDIMENT DE SELECCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procés selectiu s'iniciarà amb la fase d'oposició i continuarà amb la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants seran convocades per a cada exercici en crida única i seran excloses de les proves selectives aquelles que no s'identifiquin o no hi compareguin, tret dels casos degudament justificats i lliurement apreciats pel Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les proves de la fase d'oposició es realitzaran el mateix dia i la selecció constarà de les fases següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A.- FASE D'OPOSICIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Puntuació total: 60 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serà prèvia a la fase de concurs i tindrà caràcter eliminatori. Estarà constituïda per la realització de dos exercicis tipus test (eliminatoris cadascun d'ells). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El &lt;strong&gt;primer exercici&lt;/strong&gt; tipus test (PART GENERAL) constarà de 30 preguntes sobre aspectes del temari general recollit a l'annex II d'aquestes bases. Cada resposta correcta és valorarà amb 1 punt, restant-se 0,25 punts per cada resposta errònia. Les respostes en blanc no es valoraran. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a superar el test s'haurà d'obtenir una puntuació mínima de 15 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La durada de la prova serà de 45 minuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El &lt;strong&gt;segon exercici&lt;/strong&gt; tipus test (PART ESPECÍFICA) constarà de 15 preguntes sobre aspectes del temari específic recollit a l'annex III d'aquestes bases. Cada resposta correcta es valorarà amb 2 punts, restant-se 0,50 punts per cada resposta errònia. Les respostes en blanc no es valoraran. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a superar el test s'haurà d'obtenir una puntuació mínima de 15 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La durada de la prova serà de 30 minuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les proves es podran realitzar el mateix dia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclosa la fase d'oposició, el Tribunal farà pública a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla la relació de persones aspirants que hagin aprovat aquesta fase, amb indicació de les puntuacions parcials i totals aconseguides. S'estableix un termini de tres dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la data de publicació dels resultats provisionals de la fase d'oposició per presentar reclamacions respecte de la mateixa i, una vegada el Tribunal Qualificador hagi resolt les al·legacions presentades, es procedirà a publicar els resultats definitius conjuntament amb la valoració dels mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.- FASE DE CONCURS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Puntuació total: 40 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de concurs serà posterior a la fase d'oposició i en cap supòsit servirà per superar la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La data màxima en la qual es tindran en compte els mèrits a valorar és la data límit de presentació de sol·licituds per participar en el procediment selectiu objecte de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits, que el Tribunal valorarà en la fase de concurs, seran els següents, sempre que hagin estat prèviament acreditats en el termini i condicions establertes a les bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Cursos de formació relacionats amb les tasques a desenvolupar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat 30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà la formació específica i relacionada amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada (ex: procediment administratiu, subvencions, desenvolupament local, polítiques d'ocupació, ...). La valoració d'aquest criteri es du a terme d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris impartits i/o reconeguts per universitats, escoles oficials de formació, escoles municipals de formació, l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP), l'Administració de l'Estat, l'autonòmica o la local, les organitzacions sindicals signants dels acords de formació contínua de les administracions públiques, les universitats i les escoles tècniques, o els homologats per qualsevol d'aquestes institucions. En aquest apartat s'inclouen els cursos de formació ocupacional impartits o promoguts pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), Col·legi Oficial de Secretaris, Interventors i Tresorers de les Administracions Locals (COSITAL) i per altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos poden tenir qualsevol durada. No són acumulatius els crèdits d'assistència i els d'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora d'impartició es valora amb: 0,3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora d'aprofitament es valora amb: 0,2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora d'assistència es valora amb: 0,1 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el certificat no determina si ha estat amb aprofitament o assistència, es valorarà com d'assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Cursos de formació transversal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat 10 punts (igualtat, treball en equip, prevenció de riscos laborals, ofimàtica –no anteriors a 2015-, idiomes (llengua anglesa, alemanya o francesa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració d'aquest criteri es du a terme d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora d'assistència es valora amb: 0,05 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el certificat no determina si ha estat amb aprofitament o assistència, es valorarà com d'assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VUITENA.- RELACIÓ DE PERSONES APROVADES &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació final de les persones aspirants vendrà determinada per la suma de les puntuacions obtingudes en la fase d'oposició (60%) i en la fase de concurs (40%).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada acabada la qualificació de les persones aspirants, el Tribunal publicarà a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament la llista dels candidats per ordre de puntuació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat, l'ordre de prelació s'establirà atenent als següents criteris: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer: millor puntuació en la segona prova tipus test (PART ESPECÍFICA);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segona: millor puntuació en la primera prova tipus test (PART GENERAL);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer: millor puntuació en el concurs de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de persistir l'empat, aquest se solucionarà per sorteig en acte públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix un període d'al·legacions de tres dies hàbils des de l'endemà de la publicació dels resultats finals a la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament. Les al·legacions es presentaran telemàticament a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada finalitzat el termini anterior, el tribunal conformarà la llista definitiva dels aspirants que hagin superat el procés selectiu per ordre de puntuació obtinguda, proposant a la Batlia de l'Ajuntament el nomenament del candidat amb major puntuació i la corresponent constitució de la borsa de treball temporal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resta de candidats, que hagin superat almenys la primera prova tipus test, passaran a formar part d'una borsa de treball, per ordre de puntuació, per a eventuals nomenaments interins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de procedir a dictar la resolució de nomenament del candidat proposat pel Tribunal, es requerirà al mateix que en el termini de tres dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà a la publicació de l'acta definitiva del Tribunal, presenti la següent documentació relacionada amb els requisits de la base tercera: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat mèdic que acrediti que el candidat tingui les capacitats i les aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions corresponents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració responsable de no haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, en què hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu estat, en els mateixos termes, l'accés a l'ocupació pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així com la documentació acreditativa d'estar inscrit en el SOIB com a demandant d'ocupació, sense perjudici de poder-se sol·licitar qualsevol altra documentació conforme a aquestes bases o conforme a la convocatòria de subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les resolucions que es dictin es publicaran al tauler d'anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament i en el Portal de Transparència, al marge de la seva publicació en el BOIB quan sigui preceptiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa al nomenament: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els nomenaments hauran d'incloure una clàusula amb el contingut següent: «El contracte es fa en el marc d'un programa subvencionat i dirigit pel SOIB, que tindrà una autonomia i substantivitat pròpia oposada a les activitats permanents ordinàries i habituals de l'entitat». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el procediment selectiu i, com a mínim 5 dies hàbils abans de fer el nomenament, l'entitat beneficiària ha de presentar al SOIB la documentació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de la persona aspirant per cobrir el lloc d'AODL, amb el model de comunicació d'inici i còpia del nomenament com a funcionari interí. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El SOIB ha de comprovar que la persona aspirant compleix els requisits. En cas que es detectin deficiències, el SOIB pot requerir l'entitat beneficiària perquè, en el termini de deu dies, esmeni la deficiència o adjunti els documents preceptius, amb la indicació que, si no ho fa, es pot considerar un motiu de revocació i reintegrament de la subvenció, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el que donarà lloc al no nomenament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. En el supòsit que no es pogués executar el nomenament de la persona candidata, l'entitat podrà presentar la segona persona de la llista de reserves, en cas que existeixi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA.- FUNCIONAMENT DE LA BORSA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La borsa de treball que es formi resultant d'aquest procés, estarà vigent fins a la finalització del projecte execució de l'AODL i com a màxim fins al 31 de desembre de 2027, tal com estableixen les bases de la convocatòria de subvencions del programa SOIB- Desenvolupament Local 2026-2027. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan es produeixi la necessitat de nomenar personal, les persones aspirants seran requerides segons l'ordre de puntuació mitjançant contacte telefònic durant dos dies seguits amb un màxim de tres intents totals o per una sola vegada a través de correu electrònic del qual es requerirà resposta dins les vint-i-quatre hores posteriors independentment del caràcter hàbil o inhàbil del dia següent de l'enviament del correu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A través de diligència quedarà constància a l'expedient del fet que l'aspirant ha rebut la comunicació, o dels requeriments efectuats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que renunciïn de forma expressa o tàcita (conforme al paràgraf anterior) passaran a l'últim lloc de la borsa de treball, excepte en el cas de la concurrència d'alguna de les circumstàncies següents, les quals han de justificar-se documentalment dins del termini de tres (3) dies hàbils: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en període d'embaràs, maternitat o paternitat, d'adopció o acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, inclòs el període en què sigui procedent la concessió de l'excedència pel cuidat de fills per qualsevol dels supòsits anteriors. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Trobar-se en servei actiu en un lloc de treball de qualsevol administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Malaltia o incapacitat temporal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar exercint funcions sindicals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que, malgrat haver renunciat, al·leguin i justifiquin alguna de les circumstàncies previstes anteriorment conservaran la posició obtinguda a la borsa. No obstant això, quedaran en la situació de no disponible i no rebran cap oferta més mentre es mantingui la circumstància al·legada. Així mateix, hauran de comunicar per escrit la finalització de la circumstància al·legada, amb la corresponent justificació, en un termini no superior a deu dies hàbils des de la seva finalització per a poder passar a disponible i poder ocupar el lloc ofert en cas de ser seleccionats. La falta de comunicació en el termini determinarà perdre el seu ordre de prelació a la borsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre de cridada als aspirants s'alterarà per donar preferència als qui tinguin un nomenament vigent amb l'Ajuntament, quan es tracti d'un nomenament a temps parcial i sempre que els correspongui per major posició en la llista, i que el nou nomenament millori el vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan es produeixi el cessament de la persona seleccionada en el seu lloc de treball, es reincorporarà a la borsa de treball ocupant el mateix ordre de prelació, tret que sigui per renúncia voluntària. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'incompliment del deure d'incorporar-se al lloc de treball prèviament acceptat o una vegada ocupat, la posterior renúncia voluntària, suposarà l'exclusió de la borsa de treball, excepte que aquestes circumstàncies es produïssin per causa de força major.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el moment de fer ús de la borsa de treball, l'aspirant a qui es dirigeixi una oferta de treball haurà de presentar a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla, dins dels tres (3) dies hàbils següents a l'oferiment del lloc de feina, la documentació següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat mèdic que acrediti que el candidat té les capacitats i les aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions corresponents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració responsable de no haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, en què hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu estat, en els mateixos termes, l'accés a l'ocupació pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aspirant que en el termini fixat no presenti la documentació, exceptuant en els casos de força major o si es comprova que no compleix els requisits establerts a la base tercera, no podrà ser nomenat i seran anul·lades les seves actuacions, sense perjudici de la responsabilitat en què hagi recaigut, per falsedat, a la seva instància. En el seu lloc es nomenarà la persona que ocupi el lloc següent de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
