&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Primer. Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;L'objecte de la convocatòria és impulsar la transició de les produccions audiovisuals de l'illa de Mallorca cap a la sostenibilitat, amb la reducció i tractament adequat dels residus dels serveis de begudes i menjars&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[menjars|dinars]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, d'acord amb el sistema europeu de puntuació per valorar la sostenibilitat de les produccions audiovisuals “Green Film Ràting System” i en el marc del Pla&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Plan|Plano]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència finançat per la Unió Europea – NextGeneration.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La finalitat és impulsar la transició verda i sostenible del destí Mallorca, com a destinació&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[destinación|destino]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; turística cinematogràfica i audiovisual, responsable i sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Segon. Import i crèdit pressupostari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El crèdit és de cent cinquanta mil euros (150.000 €), a càrrec del pressupost de la Fundació Turisme Responsable de Mallorca, derivat del fons europeu de Next Generation. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Si el crèdit pressupostari no és suficient per cobrir el 100% de les sol·licituds, l'últim beneficiari ha de rebre, com a màxim, l'import romanent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Tercer. Compatibilitat dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aquestes subvencions són compatibles amb l'obtenció d'altres ajuts o contractes de la Fundació Turisme Responsable de Mallorca, sempre que siguin per&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; activitats diferents de la finalitat d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Són compatibles amb altres subvencions, ajuts, ingressos o recursos per al mateix objecte, procedents d'altres entitats diferents de la Fundació Turisme Responsable de Mallorca, ja siguin del sector públic o privat, sempre que la suma dels ajuts no superi el cost total de l'activitat, projecte i/o rodatge subvencionat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Quart. Règim de concurrència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El procediment de concessió és de concurrència no competitiva, per ordre d'entrada en el registre electrònic de la Fundació Turisme Responsable de Mallorca, sempre que l'expedient sigui correcte i s'aportin tots els documents preceptius, fins a esgotar el total del crèdit assignat a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En cas de fer-se un requeriment a la persona interessada, l'ordre d'entrada que figurarà en el registre serà el del moment en què es presenta la documentació correcta i completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Cinquè. Beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Poden ser beneficiaris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Persones físiques o jurídiques donades d'alta en els següents epígrafs de l'IAE: 961 (producció audiovisual) i 844 (serveis de publicitat, relacions públiques i similars) i 677.9 (altres serveis d'alimentació propis de la restauració), amb seu social a Mallorca, almenys un any abans de la presentació de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Han de complir els requisits i límits establerts al Reglament (UE) 2023/2831, de 13 de desembre de 2023, de la Comissió, relatiu a l'aplicació dels articles 107 i 108 del Tractat de Funcionament de la Unió Europea als ajuts de mínimis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Estar al corrent d'obligacions amb la Seguretat Social, l'Agència Estatal de l'Administració Tributària, l'Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears, el Consell Insular de Mallorca i ens dependents i la Fundació Turisme Responsable de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. No poden ser beneficiaris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Persones o entitats en les quals es presenti alguna de les circumstàncies previstes als articles 8.2, 8.3 i 8.4 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell Insular de Mallorca, i l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Societats públiques o entitats de dret públic, així com qualsevol empresa o organització en què la participació d'aquestes sigui majoritària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Les persones o entitats que han rebut ajuts atorgats en concepte de mínimis, per un import superior a tres-cents mil euros (300.000 €), als tres últims exercicis fiscals, des de la data de presentació de la sol·licitud a aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Les persones o entitats que hagin estat beneficiàries de la II Convocatòria de subvencions per reduir els residus relacionats amb begudes i menjars en els rodatges de produccions audiovisuals a Mallorca, publicada l'any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Sisè. Termini de presentació sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El termini per presentar la sol·licitud i tota la documentació annexa és de 20 dies naturals a partir de les 9.00 hores de l'endemà a la publicació d'aquest extracte en el BOIB. L'últim dia per presentar la sol·licitud acabarà a les 14.00 hores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Setè. Termini subvencionable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El termini durant el qual s'ha de realitzar l'activitat és a partir de l'1 de gener del 2025 i fins al 31 de desembre del 2025, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Vuitè. Lloc&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Lugar|Sitio]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de presentació de la sol·licitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Les sol·licituds, annexos i documentació requerida s'han de presentar a través del registre electrònic de la seu electrònica de la Fundació Turisme Responsable de Mallorca:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;https://fundaciomallorcaturisme.sedelectronica.es/info.0, mitjançant el tràmit «sol·licitud subvenció per reduir residus de begudes i menjars&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[menjars|dinars]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; en els rodatges&lt;em&gt;»&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La presentació electrònica de les sol·licituds ha d'aconseguir mitjançant el certificat digital de la persona interessada o amb el certificat digital d'un representant de l'entitat prou poder en l'entitat que representa i que s'acredita amb el seu certificat digital com a representant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Novè. Subvenció i despesa subvencionable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Els beneficiaris poden presentar més d'una&amp;nbsp; sol·licitud sempre que es compleixin les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;L'activitat, projecte i/o rodatge subvencionable per als quals sol·licita la subvenció s'han de produir en dates diferents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;L'activitat, projecte i/o rodatge subvencionable ha de ser diferent de cada sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En una mateixa sol·licitud es poden incloure un o diversos projectes o rodatges.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. L'import màxim subvencionable és fins al 75% de l'import total de cada activitat subvencionable i fins a un màxim total de vint mil euros, IVA no inclòs (20.000 € + IVA), por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; beneficiari i convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Despeses subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La instal·lació de sistemes d'osmosi o homòlegs que purifiquin l'aigua de la xarxa local a les instal·lacions de la seu social del beneficiari, en aplicació del criteri C1 del Green Film Ràting System.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El lloguer i/o compra de dispensadors d'aigua independents i el seu subministrament, sempre i quan el subministrament no inclogui parament (vasos) d'un sol ús, en aplicació del criteri C1 del Green Film Ràting System.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El lloguer i/o compra de parament reutilitzable por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; al servei de begudes, càtering i/o menjars&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[menjars|dinars]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de rodatge, en aplicació del criteri C2 del Green Film Ràting System. S'inclouen, específicament, cantimplores i/o termos d'ús individual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El subministrament de càtering i/o menjars&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[menjars|dinars]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; al rodatge, sempre i quan aquest sigui amb parament reutilitzable. Queda expressament exclòs d'aquesta convocatòria el subministrament de càtering i/o menjars&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[menjars|dinars]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; al rodatge amb parament no reutilitzable i/o carmanyoles d'un sol ús, en aplicació del criteri C2 del Green Film Ràting System.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El lloguer i/o compra de parament reutilitzable por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; al servei de begudes calentes (tasses i mescladors rendibles), en aplicació del criteri C3 del Green File Rating System.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El lloguer i/o compra de dispensadors de begudes calentes i el subministrament de les mateixes, sempre i quan el subministrament no inclogui:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Parament (tasses i mescladors) d'un sol ús; i si ho són, només seran vàlids aquells fets amb cel·lulosa, en aplicació del criteri C4 del Green Film Ràting System.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Càpsules. El cafè ha de ser molt o en bossetes de gasa, en aplicació del criteri C4 del Green Film Ràting System.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La compra de parament reutilitzable per a l'activitat habitual dels beneficiaris a la seva seu social (fases de pre i producció de projectes), sense estar lligada a un projecte o rodatge concret, és subvencionable, però està limitada a una quantitat màxima de 250 € (IVA no inclòs) para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; beneficiari i convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El lloguer i/o compra de contenidors per a la recollida selectiva i adequada de residus el set de rodatge i/o a la seu social del beneficiari, en aplicació del criteri E1 del Green Film Ràting System. S'inclou, específicament, el lloguer i/o compra de compostadors per al tractament dels residus orgànics derivats de les begudes i menjars&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[menjars|dinars]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; en els rodatges o a la seu social del beneficiari.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si es contracta un servei de recollida d'escombraries selectiva o s'especifica al contracte del servei de neteja&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[neteja|netedat]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; que la recollida d'escombraries es farà respectant la selecció i tractament específic dels residus, serà subvencionable. L'esmentat contracte ha de ser específic per al rodatge/s o la seu social del beneficiari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Onzè. Justificació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Els beneficiaris han de presentar la documentació justificativa de la subvenció abans del 31 de gener de 2026 inclòs, com a màxim. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Si una factura és igual o superior a 15.000 € s'han d'aportar almenys tres pressupostos i s'ha de justificar el motiu de l'elecció si no fos el que té el preu més baix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;S'ha d'aportar una memòria d'actuacions, una memòria econòmica (factures i pagaments), justificar la publicitat de l'ajuda, justificar que s'està al corrent d'obligacions, els annexos, tot d'acord amb el que estableix la convocatòria.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
