    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès l&amp;apos;acord del Consell Executiu de dia 25.11.2024 (BOIB núm. 161 de 12.12.2024) s&amp;apos;aprova la convocatòria dels ajuts del Consell Insular de Menorca a les escoles de música de Menorca per al curs 2023-2024&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que el termini de presentació de sol·licituds va finalitzar dia 14 de gener de 2025 i s&amp;apos;han presentat vuit sol·licituds a la convocatòria, una de les quals es va presentar fora de termini. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que a la convocatòria&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;es destinen 97.130 € amb càrrec a la partida 4620002 del programa 32600 i l&amp;apos;import màxim per sol·licitud és de 15.000 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que en data 2 d&amp;apos;abril i 14 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2025 s&amp;apos;ha reunit la comissió avaluadora per valorar les sol·licituds presentades&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vist l&amp;apos;informe de concessió de l&amp;apos;instructor que consta a l&amp;apos;expedient, que s&amp;apos;ha fiscalitzat favorablement per part d&amp;apos;intervenció en data 16 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que l&amp;apos;article 33.2 k de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, atribueix als consellers executius la resolució de les convocatòries d&amp;apos;ajudes i subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Com a titular del Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports, en exercici de les competències atribuïdes per l&amp;apos;article 33 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, en relació amb el Decret de presidència núm. 227/2023 de 17 de novembre, d&amp;apos;extinció d&amp;apos;un departament i reestructuració de la resta de departaments (BOIB núm. 158 de 21 de novembre de 2023)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. &lt;/strong&gt;Excloure de la convocatòria d&amp;apos;ajuts a l&amp;apos;escola municipal des Migjorn Gran perquè va presentar la sol·licitud fora del termini establert a la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER. &lt;/strong&gt;Aplicar la despesa derivada de la concessió d&amp;apos;aquests ajuts, per un total de 76.931€ (setanta-sis mil nou-cents trenta-un euros) a la partica 4.32600.4620002 del programa d&amp;apos;Educació del Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports del Consell Insular de Menorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquest acord de resolució dels ajuts es remetrà a la BDNS en compliment de l&amp;apos;art. 20.8 de l&amp;apos;LGS i es publicarà pel CIM en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears a efectes de notificació (art. 45.1 b de la LPACAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La resolució de l&amp;apos;expedient de concessió o denegació dels ajuts es remetrà a la BDNS en compliment de l&amp;apos;art. 20.8 de l&amp;apos;LGS i el CIM la publicarà al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, als efectes de notificació (art. 54.1.b) de l&amp;apos;LPACAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquest acord – que no exhaureix la via administrativa – es pot interposar un recurs d&amp;apos;alçada davant el Consell Executiu en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes comptador des de l&amp;apos;endemà que s&amp;apos;hagi publicat, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;art. 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;esmentat recurs s&amp;apos;entendrà desestimat, si no es notifica la resolució corresponent, quan hagin transcorregut tres mesos des de la seva interposició.
