    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde, mitjançant el Decret núm 4196/2025, de 22 d'octubre de 2025, ha adoptat la següent resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Expirat el termini de presentació d'instàncies de sol·licitud d'admissió per formar part del procediment selectiu per promoció interna per a la selecció d'una plaça de COORDINADOR/A DE PLATGES (Gestor Serveis), personal funcionari de carrera, mitjançant el sistema de concurs oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformitat amb les bases aprovades juntament amb la convocatòria a per la Junta de Govern Local de 7 d'agost de 2025, publicades al BOIB núm 117, de 4 de setembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Examinats els requisits i les condicions presentats a les seues sol·licituds per les persones interessades a prendre part del procés selectiu i en compliment del que estableixen les bases reguladores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, de conformitat amb el que disposen els articles de 21.1.h) de la Llei 7/1985 de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local i 24.d) del Reial decret legislatiu 781/1986, de 18 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de les disposicions legals vigents en matèria de règim local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Transcorregut el termini atorgat, cas de no presentar-se al·legacions a la llista provisional, aquesta s'elevarà a definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
