&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;quot;De conformitat amb l&amp;apos;article 21.1.h) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril, de Bases del Règim Local, &lt;strong&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PRIMER. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Realitzar la contractació com a personal laboral fix de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Santa Margalida a favor de l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;es persones que a continuació s&amp;apos;indiquen&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; i ocupar els llocs de treball d&amp;apos;oficial segona Brigada després d&amp;apos;haver guanyat el procés selectiu pel sistema de concurs de les places que consten dins l&amp;apos;Oferta d&amp;apos;Ocupació Pública 2022 per a l&amp;apos;estabilització de personal temporal (BOIB núm. 5 de data 12 de gener de 2023 i BOE núm. 29 de data 3 de febrer de 2023):&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
