&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. En data 11 d'octubre de 2025 s'ha publicat al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; número 135 la Resolució del conseller d'Empresa, Autònoms i Energia de 8 d'octubre de 2025 per la qual es determinen les dates dels diumenges i altres festius en què els comerços poden romandre oberts al públic l'any 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. A la versió castellana publicada s'ha observat una errada material, en concret, entre les dates relacionades s'ha inclòs el dia «18 de agosto, sábado» quan en realitat hauria de dir «15 de agosto, sábado», tal com s'estableix a la versió catalana publicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estableix que les administracions publiques poden rectificar, en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. D'acord amb l'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, del règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l'òrgan que hagi dictat l'acte o la disposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'article esmentat estableix que la rectificació d'errors ha d'especificar, si escau, els efectes jurídics que se'n derivin, i s'ha de notificar o publicar preceptivament quan faci referència a actes que hagin estat notificats o publicats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Corregir l'errada advertida, que apareix en l'apartat primer de la versió castellana de Resolució del conseller d'Empresa, Autònoms i Energia de 8 d'octubre de 2025, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;On hi diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Determinar que las fechas de los domingos y otros festivos en que los comercios pueden permanecer abiertos al público en 2026 son las siguientes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;— 4 de enero, domingo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;— 18 de enero, domingo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;— 8 de marzo, domingo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
