&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;MODIFICACIÓ DEL RÈGIM DE DELEGACIÓ DE COMPETÈNCIES EN ALGUNS MEMBRES DE L&amp;apos;EQUIP DE GOVERN &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRET&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A la vila de Santanyí, la batlessa que subscriu, Maria C. Pons Monserrat, en presència del secretari de la corporació, dicta la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="list-style-type: upper-roman"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el plenari organitzatiu a principi de l&amp;apos;actual mandat (28/06/2023) es van establir els càrrecs amb dedicació especial i, dins d&amp;apos;aquests, la delegació de competències a favor dels distints membres de l&amp;apos;equip de govern. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Mitjançant el Decret núm. 2023/1.113, de 26 de juny, es van nomenar els regidors i les regidores responsables amb l&amp;apos;especificació de les distintes àrees de gestió del govern municipal, i amb els decrets núm. 2023/1.159 i 2023/1.160, ambdós de 30 de juny, es va conferir la delegació especial d&amp;apos;atribucions a favor dels regidors Bàrbara Xamena Bordoy i Joan Gaspar Aguiló Martínez, respectivament, els quals compten amb la potestat resolutòria sobre les matèries del seu àmbit competencial. Amb el decret 2025/120 de data 24 de gener es va conferir la delegació de la postestat resolutòria de les seves competències a Antoni Matas Blanch i a Maria Monserrat Bennássar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Encara que amb la distribució de les àrees de gestió entre els distints regidors i regidores no s&amp;apos;especifica a favor de ningú en concret la competència en matèria de parcs i jardins, aquesta ha estat exercida per la Sra. Bàrbara Xamena. No obstant això, el transcurs del mandat i la realització d&amp;apos;alguns canvis, aconsellen modificar les atribucions sobre aquesta matèria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En conseqüència, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;RESOL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Modificar el règim de delegació d&amp;apos;atribucions a favor dels membres de l&amp;apos;equip de govern en el sentit següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Bàrbara Xamena Bordoy passa a ostentar les atribucions en matèria de conservació i manteniment de jardins i espais públics. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Martí Bonet Quetglas passa a ostentar les atribucions en matèria de jocs infantils. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar la present resolució a les persones interessades, publicar-la al BOIB i al web municipal, i donar-ne compte al Ple de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
